I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

tax professionals nowadays and finally we're going to walk through the ideal taxon workflow for tax preparation when we say ideal practice management system tax professionals might think of a tool that enables them not to miss any of their clients emails or messages ever again or maybe a perfect document storage system that automatically organizes their clients documents well in our experience there are a few things that any tax practice management system must have first and foremost a client portal nowadays there's absolutely no reason not to start saving clients in the firm time by allowing communication document sharing and more through a single simple to use channel that can be accessed via multiple devices messaging or email synchronization where clients can either continue to communicate using their email or securely message their trusted professionals within their client portal seamless integration with any tax software task management is another important aspect the firm management must be able to at all times know which clients have not yet sent their documents and which ones have not signed or haven't paid and last but not least optimal security the firm and the clients should get a sense of safety and security every time they use the system now let's go to the taxon portal and see some of these features in action imagine the next tax season is about to start and the firm is getting ready they want to try something new and do their best not to make the same mistakes that they made the previous year one of the best things that the firm can do with tax dome is get started by sending a welcome back letter to all their clients they would prepare an email template select all the clients and then send them all an email a week later the firm wants to remind their clients that tax season has just started and for that reason they will schedule an email to go out a week after their initial welcome back letter that same day they expect their clients to start sending documents fill in their organizers or even sign a recently updated engagement letter and the best is all these requests can be automated by using the taxon workflow but before we go there let's take a look at what the clients see when they receive a message in some tasks within their client portal on the top of the tax on client portal home page the client would have a message from their tax professional and a few check boxes underneath the message indicating that they have some pending tasks to do then they would click on the message box to open the conversation from this requesting signatures and locking these documents to pending invoices in order to save time taxtam offers great integration with other software this means that whenever the firm needs to share a form with the clients they will be able to upload these directly into textual request a signature and immediately locking the document to appending invoice all at the same time by using the text on desktop app tax firms are able to print documents straight from any tax software into tax dome and sharing documents this way is the most efficient way to do it especially if the documents require some actions after they've been shared with the clients like signature documents or documents that require a payment here i'm going to print an e-file authorization form into my client's profile at the same time i will prepare the document in order to request a signature and set up automated reminders for my client just in case they don't e-sign promptly they get an automated reminder after one day of inactivity on average using our desktop application can save anywhere between two to four minutes per signature request and if the firm does hundreds or thousands of clients every season that would certainly add up to more than just a couple of hours each year now due to the fact that the clients will be doing quite a lot in tax though the firm has the ability to automatically respond to the client's actions and this is where the taxon workflow comes in now let's see what a workflow for tax practices looks like in tax though this is a tax preparation pipeline and just like all processes it has a start and it has an end particularly this process starts when the clients schedule their initial consultation with one of the firm's tax professionals the tax professional will then conduct a meeting and during that meeting they would introduce tax dome to the clients of course only if the clients are new to the portal right after the meeting the clients would create a password and log on to the portal to start completing their organizers and signing the engagement letter when they finish those two items they get a thank you email and a document request stating that the firm is expecting their documents in a timely manner the clients will then start uploading their documents and finally notify the firm that everything has been uploaded into the portal the clients then automatically get a thank you email acknowledging that the documents have been received by the firm the firm prepares a return reviews it and uploads it back to the client they then request signature and payment at the same time then e-file after they've collected their fees once the job is done and the client is happy the firm sends a final thank you email with a request for review on the firm's social media pages by using this process the firm is making full use of all the taxon features and this process has been proven to work pretty efficiently all taxtime users are free to make adjustments to the pipelines adding or removing stages in a pipeline is very easy through our pipeline editing tool the end goal is to be able to know and understand the status of all the jobs that the firm is doing at any point in time and so if the firm's management team ever wanted to know which clients have not yet made a payment or which clients have not yet provided their signatures they can easily go to the clients list and then apply a filter by using the pipeline and the stage of the clients this way they can then take action like sending the clients an email or a message through
