[Music] hey there chad with progel's customer success team here in this video we're going to talk about the two cell status and what to do once you start getting approved estimates from your customers in the lead pipeline from the dashboard here we could click on the go to lead pipeline button in the top right or from anywhere else within project you could click on the lead pipeline button on the navigation bar on the left hand side in this case we can see we have the mulligan steakhouse job in the two cell status if this was not approved and we wanted to manually approve it on the customer's behalf we could click on the three dots in the top right and additionally down here where it says estimate approve start project that's what you would click and it would move right over into the sold status in this case it's been approved through the customer portal by the customer after they reviewed the estimate we'll simply click on the approved stamp and we'll click start project it will move from the to cell to the sold status now what you see here is we have a go to project timeline button if we wanted to click on that that would take us to the project timeline filtered by specifically this job but additionally we could click on the projects page and this would show all active jobs what we see here is we've moved the mulligan steakhouse job here into the project timeline and that's approving your estimates and turning your leads into active jobs in progel thanks for watching
