How to create outlook signature
in this video i'm going to be going over how to create a pipeline in your insured mine account so first make sure you're navigating under the admin view only admin will have the ability to create a pipeline so from the pipeline module at the very top you're going to click the down carrot and then select create new pipeline you'll follow the steps to create your pipeline you'll give it a title you can select the default category which will be all categories or you can customize it and only have certain categories on your pipeline you'll click save and continue on step two you're going to add the stages the stages describe each part of your sales process from prospect to click policy and continue on this screen this is where you'll select what can be seen in the deal card at the bottom we have final actions of one and lost or final action close you can only select one of these options at a time so if i select one and lost then i have to select final action but both will not work you'll click save and continue if you'd like if you'd like to add any custom data fields within the deal card you can do that here such as plan and there's multiple options that you can add in you'll click save and continue and then the final step is to decide which agents should have access to this board so all agents can have access or you can allow only certain agents to view the board click save and there you go you've created your pipeline [Music]
