spend hours and hours on this we figured we might as well just send this over to you maybe you can figure this out faster this is HR partner and uh never mind the domain it says local9 marketing.hrpartner.io we can't change the local nine marketing part that's from my old company but um but that's nonetheless that's the that's the URL and this is a tool um to help us try to keep track of stuff right um HR type stuff and what we're trying to do is we're trying to make it easy so that everybody can log into their own portal and access their job description and also access hey hey guys be quiet please and also access their um Pi profiles and stuff like that Marvel comes down okay so um so this is the back and this is like under the hood for the admin side of things and uh so this is Emily's login and it's contact at I think local9 marketing.com is the main one and this is where you can kind of adjust they've got all employees it's just where we put up put us all in here and um then there is we could add employees here we can you know adjust some things we're just trying to be or very organized so then you come over um if you're to log in with your own it would look something like this and it's it's it would like you click home as an employee this is what it would look like so you've got request time off company directory my profile complete checklist file an expense claim News company organizational chart and so um so you see there's these different fields here so this is some recent training renewable documents uh your position history Assets in your care your dependents um just the job portal and um then there's all kinds of forms and different things like that right so forms is right here so um my forms so training and development General so there's General job description oh there we go so this is what we were trying to trying to adjust here a little bit so there we go so it just has text area so we I was just playing around here and I found a custom place to put custom text and there's all kinds of ways you could put custom fields and different things so if you're gonna if we're going to go back to Emily's um we go down here so far I went to forms and I went to configure and then I went to uh I think I went to templates and then this allows you to add custom template type things add new template and what I did is I added this job description template I'm not sure if I did it right but it shows here portal access so people can access it employees can access it from the portal and then if I wanted to edit this job description thing I could come over here and I can edit this form and I can call it whatever I want to call it and this is a brief description for us form is active um there's a text area and employee can select and fill this form on their portal without having it assigned to them hide the identity set follow remind me anyways this may or may not be what we're looking for be able to drop a file into it there's a file upload yeah there's a file upload so they could upload something well you don't want to just be able to put a Google doc link I guess you could do that in the text area like a link to a Google doc their job description yeah so maybe we link to the Google I don't know we just got to figure out a very easy way to have a job description in here and no one can actually like for example yeah so this is this is the job description and you have access to it as an editor but this is the one that we printed off I was thinking somehow we can get this so that it's easily accessible from your side so this is yours right and um you'll be able to see exactly like what your job description is we want that really pretty prominent somewhere and I think there's ways of editing and these forms so that's one thing the other thing is the pi profiles so this Pi profiles is um these like personalities have things so yours we put in here we want to add these somehow so that we can at least we can have access so that you can have access to all of those from all of these yeah from the actual portal uh HR portal and even if it's a link to this this so we're just going to send this over to you as an assignment see if you could come up with a way so that there is that we can we can allow employees like you or jern and even each of us to um have access to our PI profiles and their job and our job descriptions very easily and um and so that might require some customization the shortcut would be up yeah if there's a shortcut to a Google doc that would be cool under if we could put it under my profile that would be that'd be cool that would be cool but I'd like also the actual text here to to have actual text saying um you know saying what the job description is to here as well so anyways that's one thing I'm gonna we're gonna send you the login information and um if you could set this up as an Asana project um for yourself to work on that would be great I know that you got a lot that you're working on this is pretty awesome that we're getting organized so we appreciate you appreciate your willingness this doesn't need to be a rush thing too yeah just when you get a
