The BEST Decision We Made

What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

Easy to use, increases productivity

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

How to create outlook signature

Hello everybody! This is Parveen and i welcome you to the AppDNA channel where we talk about all things apps till now I have covered a range of apps but today I am going to talk about one of the most basic apps that you need in any sort of business and that's the inventory app you will have inventory of any sort at any point of time and to manage the stock inflows and stock outflows an app can come really handy so today we'll be building it with Zoho creator our low-code app development platform a low-code platform uses a drag-and-drop interface where you're drag elements drop them code some basic workflows and deploy the apps quickly any inventory management app should have five essential features and we will look at how to achieve these features in our app today the first is that considering that you have multiple out lists and multiple products our first feature is that I should have a way to capture our stores the second feature is that once we know our stores we should capture our products the third feature is that we should manage to capture the stock in flow the fourth is that we should manage to capture the stock outflow or sales and the fifth is that we should have a product catalog which we'll be creating with a Kanban report we've been logged into creator dot Zoho dot com where we will see how to build forms the first form we'll build is the add store form where we will be adding our stores welcome to creator dot Zoho dot com where we will be building our inventory management app today on the right hand side you can see that we have options to create a new application or you if you have been using spreadsheets to manage your inventory then you can simply import these files with this option and an app will be created automatically for you now I will hit on new application and this takes me to this gallery page where we have more than 50 apps pre-built for you by our developers you simply have to them and they are ready to be used but I'll create one from scratch today and I'll leave it as inventory 2018 hit create and this will take you to the edit mode of the app view we'll be creating new forms workflows and stuff now I have to create a new form to add my stores for this I will hit on create new form I want to create it from blank and I will name my form as store hit create and this brings you to the drag-and-drop interface that I was talking to you about so we have our data filter which we will drag and drop to create our store form now what they want from the store details is that I want to know the name of the store so I used a single line field here and I will rename the field a store name next I want to know the address of the stores so I use the address filled and then the email and the phone number of the store now I'm done with the store form already I'll hit done and I will access this application which will take me to the live mode of the app the live mode is where we see our app running and edit mode is where we keep building our app so this is our store form I will name my first store form as Chennai stores I'll hit an address and then I'll add an email and hit submit now every time a form is submitted in creator it gets saved in the reports so when we go to the all stores report you see that our Chennai stores is visible here along with the address and the email so our first feature where we create the store form is done now that you know how to create forms the second form would be to capture our products and here we will look up the stores in which this products are housed for the second feature that is to add a new product I'm going to go to my edit application and create a new form just the way we built the store form click on the add here go to the form and create one from blank I'll name it as product now form a product form I want to know the product name so I'm using the single line field and I'll rename it as product next I want to know the product code the product code is a mandatory field because we are going to uniquely identify each product with their code so I'm going to make it as a mandatory field and also no duplicate four values so that each product code is unique then I'm gonna use the image field for the product image and then I'm going to use the lookup field which is a special field it relates two forms so that we can access I'm going to use the store form and the field I need is the store name so this will fetch the store name for us the next I want is a number field for our in stock I'm going to assume that the initial value for any stock value is 50 so that we have a minimum of 50 numbers in our inventory and now my number field is also done so I hit done and go to access my application to see how our product form looks like so this is our product from I'm going to enter the details let's say the product is Google pixel to the product code is ABC 0 1 I'll select an image and the lookup form will tell the stores, I will hit Chennai's stores and I hit submit. In my all products I will see that Google pixel 2 is right here along the image storing in stock value so this is how we create our product form we will move on to workflows and see how to capture the stock inflow and to capture that in our storyboard to capture our stock in flow we have to create a new form for our stock in flow we will name it as stock in flow and here I will need to use the lookup for the product code referral so I use the lookup product code next I want to know the product itself we named this product code then I'm going to use the single line field for the product name which will be Auto populated using a workflow later on and last I want to know the units purchased for this we'll use the number field now to populate the product using the product code I will create a new workflow while using the form stop inflow run when a record is created and I will name my workflow as populate product in here I'll add a new action custom action when the farm loads this is our deluge workspace where we will be dragging and dropping this deluge tasks which are nothing but blocks of code which make coding much easier for this I'll use the if statement here so if my product code is not null then this loop will run so what I'm going to use is to fetch record field here so my variable will fetch a particular record from the add product form so I'll leave my variable as get record from different product if the field I equals my product code so my variable get record goes to my product form ID is a unique identifier by creators so it searches all the records whose IDs match the ID of the product could in my stock form and then once this variable knows which record I am talking about we can manipulate it to auto populate our product field by input dot product equals get record dot product so my variables product will be used to populate the current form this code is done I hit save and we're done now I'm going to create the next custom action button in my product report so that we can fill our stock in form form with a button so for that I will go to the design I'll go to my all product report and here I will treat a custom action button with the help of this plus symbol here for single record I'll name my action as purchased stock run the workflow always name a work flow as add stock create workflow so I want to run it with my own custom script and Here I am going to use the open URL function which will open my stock inflow form so the open URL function is available here and as you can see it's asking for the string so it's asking for me for the link for my link I go to my app which is open here I reloaded so that the stock in platform which we have created especially available so this is my store control form I copy this link here and here I paste it with colons and in this link I'm going to pass my product code along with the ID so that when my stock and flow form opens from a custom action button my product code and product are Auto populated this happens because the form will know the particular product code I'm talking about using ID which I told you is the unique record identifier by creator so I'll do that by putting the question mark credit good equals plus input dot ID I want that window type to be a pop-up window I don't need the height which is just for HTML purposes and now I hit save I'm done with my custom action button I create the item and for this button to appear I have to go to the fields layout and here I have to use the add field in add field I have the purchase stock right here so this time when I reload my application here I can see that in my products report my add stock button is right here this is the add stop button that we have created right now so when I click on the add stock it opens my stock in flow form and now you realize why I had put the product code equal to ID in my link because now it is Auto populating ABC and because of my other workflow / I pass the variable to auto populate the product my Google pixel 2 is available here the units purchase system and hit submit so when I go to my stop control report Google pixel two units purchased and when I go to my art products my initial value is still 50 it should be 64 that we will have to go back to our edit to add this talk to the product report I will go to my workflows and in my stock in flow workflows I'll add a new action and this one will happen on successful submit of the form I will use the fetch record variable once again to go to my product form ID equals input dot product code so this variable will go to my product form and it will fetch the particular record whose ID matches with the product code of my current form and then once I have it I will use it to change my in stock Plus input units purchased so this will add the units purchased to the stock value in my product I'll hit save and done so now when I use the add stock so here is my all product and I add stock it goes to my stock in flow form I add say 20 so this time in my all products the 50 changes to 70 so my workflow to add the in stock to my all products report is working and this is how we create the add stock custom action button now this stock and flow form is visible here I would want to hide it from this app so that it is not easily accessible from for anyone by mistake they can only do it when they bid on this add stock button here for this I go to the edit mode I go to the design and here on the right corner you see that there is the sections I hit on the sections and it asks me what I want to show and what I want to hide so I want to hide the stock in plural form so it comes in the hidden components and this time when I reload my app I can see that the stock in flow form is not available only the stock and flow report is there so I have to access it only to the add stock custom action so my stock inflow feature is done the stock outflow would happen just like we did the stock inflow accepted here we would be subtracting the products from the master inventory report now that we're done with our stock inflow feature the stock outflow is going to be a cake one because we are going to replicate the exact same things except that we are going to subtract the units sold from the product report so let's get started by making the stock outflow form we use the lookup for the product code then we need the product name and then the unit sold now we will access our application so that we can use the link this is our stock out flow and I'm gonna copy paste the link here so that I can create the custom action button I will go to my product report all products and here I'm going to create my new action button I'll name it as record sales add a new action create your own script and here I'm going to use the open URL function and here I'm going to pass the product code plus input that ID that we had done in the stock in Louisville input dot ID and the window type is a pop-up window sans to HTML and I had saved so my custom action button has been created here I created the item and I go to my fields layout and here I add the field record sales and this time when I reload my app you'll see that in my products report my record sales button is also here when I click it it goes to another window and it opens my stock outflow ABC 0 1 so I'm going to have to do a few more workflows just like we did for the inflow I'm going to populate my product and then I'm going to subtract my unit sold so I go back create a new workflow while using the form stock outflow I'll name my workflow as populate stock complete product create the workflow and this one will happen on the farm load this one will be similar to what we did for the stock inflow I'll use the if input the product code not equal to null then fetch the records from the form product field ID input dot product codes and then input dot product equals get record dot I forgot some concept now I'll add the new action on success and this one will be to manipulate the product reports stock every time a sales is done so for this one I will switch records get record from the form product field ID equals and put that product code once I know it get record dot in stock equals get record dot in stock minus input dot units sold and hit save now I'll access my application and here I will click on the record sales custom action button and this takes me to the stock outflow form where my product code and product is there so I will type the unit sold as nine so from the initial 50 - nine my product report should show 41 and stop so here it is 61 because I had also added 70 last time so it was 70 - 9, 61 now my fourth feature that was the stock outflow option is also dancer we'll move on to our fifth feature that was the product catalog Kanban we are done with our forms and workflows but now we will look at how to create a simple Kanban report with which we can catalog our products and see them all in one place I'll be creating my product catalog using the Kanban report so I create a new report it asks me which kind of report I want I want a Kanban view based on the form product choose filter group with a store I'll name my reports product catalog and hit create report so this is the simplest way to equipment catalog and now I'm also going to go to my art products report and I will rename it here and I'll rename it as master inventory report so our app looks much more sophisticated and organized also I had to hide my stock outflow so here I would hide my stock outflow form now when I go to access my application I will see my product catalog right here so you see there is Google pixel two in my channel store as I have more products this catalog with much more sophisticated so we'll move on to the day our app is ready so we will have a quick demo to see what we have built today and how we can use it on a day to day basis our inventory app is ready and I have to tell it that it's one of the most sophisticated apps that you will ever build so let's have a quick recap of all that we have done so first I will have a store name let's say that I have a new store in Mumbai I click on some address here hit done I put my email my number and hit submit they need an address I'll put a new address and hit done yeah and hit submit so in my all stores now you see that along with my Chennai's store I have a Mumbai store as well I'll go to my product form and when you have a new product in the market you put it here so let's say that I am dealing with iPhone 10 here pre-code I select an image the store belongs to mom baster and hit submit so in my master inventory report you will see that the product iPhone X is there it's in stock and it's there in the mumbai store now let's say that you want a new assignment of stock so you go to the add stock form and here with just one click you type how much per units you have purchased since let's get auto populated you hit submit 30 and when you reload here you'll see that in the mumbai store the stock has gone up to 30 80 now let's say that you have sold 2 folds to date so you want to record your sales and it takes you to the sales forum where you just put two units sold you hit submit and it come back here and it will reflect that in your stock the iPhone 10 is only 78 so this is how the ads talking to record sales buttons are working now when you move to the product catalog you will see that in our Kanban view the 10 a store has Google pixel 2 and the Bombay store has iPhone 10 so as many stores as you have put in as many products as you have they will all be visible here and right from this product catalog you will be able to check your Google pixel you can check the product the product code image and store just by clicking here when you check on the Mumbai store you can see the iPhone 10 so this Kanban report makes it much more easier to view and it has a real aesthetic value for your app so this is the quick demo and also if you want to have your stock inflow report you have them here your stock outflows is here so our inventory management is a really comprehensive app that we have built today I'll have a look at the App Gallery inventory management app that our developers have built for you to date which you can right away and check it for yourself to check out our AB gallery inventory app you have to go to creditors over comm click on the new application which takes you to the gallery app and right here you have the type inventory so here is my inventory management I'll this application so once you have learned how to make the inventory app if you don't want to create it yourself this app is ready-made for you you have to it and let's check what out features this particular app already has in store so here you see that there is the Kanban report that we built today we have today's sales to this purchase so it gives you the view it respected today the total products you have warehouses here you can add warehouses you can regenerate stock report it looks much better with the dashboard you have firms products stocks staffs as well so I would want you to this app and check for yourself if you can build this yourself with creator twist the end of this episode and I'm happy that you could build the inventory management app with me today if you have any questions regarding it shoot in the comments below and subscribe to our channel to know more about how to build low code apps till then keep making apps and be happy
