How to create outlook signature

foreign now that the company is set up and you've added several team members you can proceed with creating your first job in the scheduler view click the Plus at the top right of the screen select add new job the client selection screen will open existing clients will appear here due to no previous clients present we will proceed to adding our first client complete the client's details as required you can add client-specific memos in the notes section similar to the client selection we need to add a new property the address will auto complete as you enter the details select the correct address from the drop down list a small map appears which you can use to verify your entry you can add property details and notes in this section too once completed you save your entry the property confirmation screen appears next proceed to the next screen we will skip the insurance policy and alternative billing detail Fields by selecting next we will cover how to add and edit these in another tutorial video the client's contact details are automatically copied and saved as the default billing contact details we will now proceed to assign a technician to the task this is easily done from the drop down menu the date picker allows you to select the task date select the start time from the drop down list now allocate a task duration using the slider the task type list will only show the most recent used tasks if your task is not on the list please start typing the task description and it will appear you can add several task types to each visit the main task description will be copied from the first assigned task types in this instance it will be Plumbing we now add the task and invoice statuses we will cover the purpose of the Urgent toggle in the tutorial where we edit and update tasks the final field is to add task specific notes once done click save the job overview shows the client's name the address and number of tasks linked to the job you can also expand the billing details click on the job edit icon at the top right hand corner of the screen here you can custom name the job and add job specific notes clicking on the address expands the details showing the map and specifics such as the number of floors and notes you can also add alternative contacts in this section clicking on the client provides you with all the information such as the client's billing details the jobs booked for the client and the properties linked to the client let's explore the task from the scheduler from the colors assigned to the task we can quickly see the task progress status is confirmed and the invoice status is pending clicking on the task shows us more details such as the task types here we can choose to expand the task view the job or navigate to the client this concludes the tutorial on how to add a new job client and property please see the list of tutorials on our website where we explore each section in Greater detail are you ready to revolutionize your workflow join us for a free 30-day trial
