in this video i'm going to be going over how to add automations on your pipeline so first you have to make sure you're navigating in the admin view only admin will be able to edit automations so from the pipeline module you're going to find the three dots in the top right corner select action and then click automation each pipeline can have different automation so every time you switch your pipeline the automations will follow to add an automation you're going to click the orange add new automation stage and here you can select the different type of automation that you would like you can send an email a text message a task will assign something to an agent a notification will show up as an email you can add a checklist if you've created those you can move the card automatically copy a card assign it to a different agent or you can mark the card won or lost immediately from an automation if you have a thanks io membership or voicemail drop you can also automate those once you've created your automation you'll click save [Music] each stage will have a different automation so to add to each stage you'll just select the stage you'd like to add the messaging to if at any point you want to come back and edit an automation you'll click the small pencil underneath that automation and each one will have a pencil if you want to delete one single automation you'll click the small orange trash can next to that automation if you want to delete the entire sequence of automations you'll click the trash can up at the very top you can also add automations on the triggers based upon if the deal card is marked one or lost and you can also add labels automatically from the deal card
