just dropped out of school to go all in on AI and Automation in my online business I run an automation agency helping CEOs online business owners save a hundred hours a year in their business in 30 days or less with AI and automation this is going to be an automation that you can add to all of your traffic channels and it is going to be insane so check this out alright so this is called AI qualification sheet and the trigger is going to be a new meeting recording or summary in fireflies AI if you don't know what fireflies AI is it automatically joins your sales calls team meetings for this it's going to be sales call and it transcribes summarizes and Records your or virtual meeting so that's Zoom or Google meet and the next step is going to be looking up a spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets and the Google sheet is going to be our qualification sheet as you can see here we have a Google sheet and the values are as listed above so in our qualification form or our funnel this is where we direct traffic to this is where online business owners can apply to work with us so we can see if we can guarantee save time in their company and these are the values as you can see here first name last name email phone number yes no yes no so you can see the values in here continue to scroll down it says explain your business like you're talking to a sixth grader so this is going to be also a separate automation so whenever this is filled out the qualification form is automatically going to Auto populate with name Source calendly phone email sales up front so these values up here are coming from the calendly automatically anytime a lead or Prospect fills out that County they're coming on here an appointment setter is then going to look at this keep in mind it's also sending a slack notification it is also adding them to our Pipeline and go high level but this is just great to have for me to see the appointment centers as well as for the appointment center to have so you can see here they have an option to qualify or unqualify this person for example if this person doesn't explain their business well or if they don't make at least 10K a month if they have a sales cycle lasts more than 40 days we're gonna mark this person as unqualified and get them out of get them not on a call as well as just out of all of the automations we have so that's what happens if they're unqualified and we do get a lot of unqualified leads but that's just any business if they are qualified then there is a meeting scheduled as you saw here a meeting is being scheduled on calendly and it's automatically being scheduled if they're not qualified we're canceling this call we're letting them know that you know they're not a good fit to work with us we can't really help them it would be a waste of time for the both of us so from there if the meeting happens and our appointment center or our closer is on the call with this Prospect once Firefly AI has is join the meeting and the meeting is over meaning we either have a close or we don't have a close maybe the person actually wasn't qualified or potentially there needs to be a second call close but all of it is going to be automatically recorded anyways on Firefly's AI but you don't want to have to go to fireflies AI every time you want to see what's going on with the state of your prospect so what's really cool is any time that fireflies AI records a new meeting is going to look up a spreadsheet Row in Google sheet and it's going to look up the email so the email is one of the only values or variables in here that is the same so there will be an email in here from when they scheduled with calendly and that's going to be the same email they join the call with so it's a matching value meaning that we can do the lookup action right here and get that row ID as you can see here we are going to then test it and it is going to copy that email next we are are formatting because the format of the fireflies AI data has HTML on each side so we're just formatting it every single value that we want to add but look at this so not only is it automated from calendly coming into our qualification sheet and to slack and to go high level now ai is going to automatically update with meeting date transcription URL recording URL duration outline which look at this here gives you an entire outline of the call and keep in mind this is automatically populating it gives you an outline of the call Action items from the call and even pricing notes so that is AI taking your transcriptions summarizing it it's already going to be in fireflies AI but we don't want to go around looking for it and now it's going to Auto populate from K to Q every time the meeting is over so now all we got to do is come in here we have all of the data about our incoming prospects and leads if they're unqualified they're out of the pipeline they're out of our automations if they are qualified after the meetings it's
