whether you're just starting out in honey book or you're already in full swing with some projects your honey book project pipeline allows you to stay organized and know exactly where any project is at any given moment to find your pipeline click the project's tab now you can quickly see where each of your project stands thanks to your pipeline stages which represent where each project is in its lifecycle taking you from brand new leads all the way through completed projects you can view all of your current and potential projects in the active section or click into any individual stage to view projects with that status your clients journey begins in the inquiry stage if you've added the honey book contact form to your website any lead that submits an inquiry through the form will automatically populate as a new project here you can also add new projects yourself which will enter the pipeline in this inquiry stage as well when you reach out to your potential client via email that project will magically move from inquiry to follow-up then when you send a file like an invoice contract or proposal the project will automatically make its way down to the sent stage once your client receives their file they can review sign and pay with just a few clicks and again like magic your project will move through the signed and paid stages based on your clients actions then you can take it from there you can also customize your project pipeline stages to better suit your business's needs and specific workflow just click the customize button then click a tile to add a stage enter the name of the stage then drag and drop it into the appropriate position some stages are built into your honey book account and can't be moved or deleted because certain actions as we saw earlier will automatically trigger movement between these stages to move a project to one of your custom stages just click the stage drop down menu in your pipeline and that's it with your pipeline set up the way you want it you'll never lose track of a lead or project again
