hey how's it going charles kyle here owner of adapt digital solutions and the owner of nl kyle construction i just want to show you today the extremely simple marketing setup i have for my own construction company and show you the different pieces show you the results i'm getting and explain to you just how simple it is there's millions of marketing companies out there and they all promise the world they promise they'll make you millions of dollars and all you got to do is give them your credit card but time and time again they just don't deliver and it gives us marketers a bad name and to be frank i'm pretty sick of it so here at adapt we've just really nailed the fundamentals you don't have to go crazy and do all these new things and all this facebook stuff and all this geo fencing stuff look the basics the simple things that worked 10 20 years ago when the internet first came out still work today a website and just be found on google that's it so check it out this is how my setup is so if someone in my city types into google bathroom remodel coeur d'alene idaho that's where i live coeur d'alene they'll see all these people paying for ads that's not me i don't pay for ads they'll go below that and they'll see this google maps box and my company nl kyle construction is right there on the top that's on purpose because i want to be the first person that they see underneath all these ads a lot of people skip ads i know i do and below this google maps section you'll find my website here on the top as well see it's that simple click on my website what do people find a super flashy crazy awesome design no it's just a simple clean design it shows them that i do what they typed in bathroom remodeling talks a little bit about my company shows them some pictures of our projects and that's about it it just shows them what they were looking for they can press on this button request a meeting and it takes them to a form where they can fill out and as soon as they fill out that form and press enter i get a text message alert letting me know that somebody just filled out the form now why do i have it set up like that because if they say the right things in that form and it's the kind of project i really want to get i might just decide to call them right away but if i don't call them right away the next page they see is a calendar where they can choose a time to that i'll come meet with them at their house i have my calendar set up so we only meet on fridays because the rest of the week i'm busy it works really nice if you see on this page you can see all the people that have filled out this form lately and i removed some of their personal information so that it wouldn't give them away but just look at the dates december 4th november 18th november 16th november 14th november 11th 9th 3rd october 29th 21st 17th and so on these are all the leads i'm getting just from what i just showed you i'm not paying for advertising i don't pay homeadvisor i don't do any of that and this isn't all the leads that i get these are just the people that fill out that form on my website remember when i showed you that google maps box here let me go back to it so i can make sure that you know what i'm talking about remember this thing up here this is called the google maps box i'm showing up right here and sometimes people will click on my phone number especially if they're on their phone they'll click on my phone number and they'll just call me so how many calls am i getting from this thing well if you come here this this little dashboard lets me see how many calls i get from my google maps listing and it looks like i've got 10 in the last month so that's 10 people have called me straight from this google listing now some people will go to my website and see my number there and call me the point is i'm getting at least five really high quality leads every single week only through my website and my google maps listing it works exactly the same for any local company whether you're doing remodeling plumbing you don't even have to be in the home services it works great in the groundwater industry water well drillers pump contractors basically any service business where you go and deliver a service to a customer this is by far the best setup and if you don't have this working properly you're missing out your competitors are taking all these customers from you so even if you already have a website and you're already on google if you're not getting phone calls and you're not getting any customers through it something's messed up you have not figured out the fundamentals at adapt digital solutions that's what we do if you think that you're interested in this contact us and we'll take a look at what you have going on we'll tell you exactly what's going on and what options you have for taking advantage of the internet to grow your own business all right thanks for watching
