As an active real estate investor and developer, I am constantly on the move traveling from project to project and in out of meetings all day long. I received multiple purchase and sale contracts, escrow documents, public utility agreements, easement agreements, etc. There is no end to the number of documents I receive weekly. I used to use Docsusign, but thanks to airSlate SignNow, I can execute all of these documents online with 100% compliance and security built-in. airSlate SignNow can initiate templates on my mobile devices, it works in offline and limited wi-fi mode (great for airplanes), and I can get them back to the necessary parties in an efficient and expeditious manner. I’ve never been able to operate more efficiently now that I have airSlate SignNow over the prior solution. Thank you Sign Now for making my life so easy.

How to create outlook signature

so let's talk about why sourcing prospects consistently is important what goes in the top end of the sales funnel hopefully comes out the bottom if nothing goes in the top nothing comes out the bottom and it's the Cal before the C nothing happens when you throw a bagel on the scoreboard in terms of results that's why it's critical to consistently build and cultivate your list of prospects to do this you need to take the time to block two activities in your calendar every single day one of them is the time to develop the list and the other is the time to prospect that list I can't tell you the countless thousands and thousands of hours I've spent in the last 39 years building a list of prospects what I have observed is that many salespeople run out of prospects to contact because they don't consistently build their list much like painting a house you spend a lot of time doing the prep work stripping off the old paint sanding through the rough spots repairing damaged areas cocking the trim Etc but once all that preparation is complete the actual painting of the house takes much less time the same thing happens in prospecting you have to invest the time doing The Upfront leg work first to build that list then you can begin to prospect that list the first thing I do is set a a goal each week for the number of prospects that I want to source that week then I get on LinkedIn use the advanced search filters to look for accounts and leads that fit my ideal client profile once I identify leads I look to see if I have any common connections that can arrange a personal introduction I then go to their company websites to confirm that the information is accurate and up toate these are just two things I do to Source prospects but there are many other ways to build your list I do these activities in a Time block on Friday to build my list of prospects to contact the following Monday I do Fridays in the afternoon because it's typically harder to contact prospects at that time as a result I can maximize my Friday afternoons by doing something productive so what to do determine the best ways for you to Source prospects that fit your ideal client profile then block time in your calendar on Friday afternoons to build build your list [Music]
