yourself is whether the real estate agent you're speaking with is working with buyers or with sellers buyers means that they are looking to purchase a home sellers means that they own a home that they might be looking to get top dollar for or some other piece of property and they're looking to sell that home a lot of real estate agents tend to specialize on one side or the other they either seek buyers or they seek sellers so knowing those questions to ask is going to affect your copy it's going to affect the actual ad and what it looks like as well as your funnel so it's good to know the answers to those questions and it's also a great way to legitimize yourself and make it seem like you know what you're talking about in front of your potential client so what we're looking at here are a couple of services that real estate agents typically need now the best way and the most profitable way to help real estate agents is actually by helping them with leads that's what we do for the with a free report on homes for sale right there in minneapolis perhaps educating them on the local market or things that they might want to know when purchasing a home it's a great lead magnet this ad would then take them to a funnel like we'll talk about in just a moment and then once they opted on that funnel or get the lead magnet we'd email them fulfilling on that lead magnet promise as well as asking them to discuss potentially purchasing one of the homes another example here is for virginia and in this case there's a little bit more copy talking about some off-market homes or a great reason why somebody might want to work with this agent in particular there's a compelling ask there's a big differentiator and if i was looking at this i might see is this as a limited opportunity to work with a leading agent who has access to something that i want like off-market high-value homes so what we're looking at here is actually the opt-in page that the ad would point to so they see that ad they are offered some sort of guide they click on that ad and they're taken to a page that looks just like this now you might want to add in more content or more differentiators whatever it is but this simple ad is typically what we run and a form like this is really all that you need in order to start collecting leads it also couldn't be easier to get started with clickfunnels or high level
