How to create outlook signature

hello today I would like to show you how you can measure the performance of your mobile apps sales funnels here you can see an example sales funnel it starts with a landing page where you are advertising your mobile app now the problem is that as soon as the customer is actually downloading your app from the App Store the customer is transitioning from the web inside your application and that makes it hard to measure the endtoend performance um of your sales funnel because at that moment you actually losing the customer and you no longer know that the person who is using the application now has been the person who also viewed the landing page just before we have developed Maxim metric funnel as a solution to basically bridge this Gap and in the following minutes I'm going to show you how that works precisely the fundamental idea is that we want to incentivize our customers by providing them a special offer and they can only redeem the special offer with a voucher code and the use of this voucher code will actually allow us to understand that this is a customer that has previously visited the landing page what you see here is the maxim metric funnel plugin for WordPress basically it allows you to Define certain things on your WordPress page that that are essential for this approach to work first of all you need to include links to the App Stores so that the customer can download your application and this is what we need to count but we also need to create a unique voucher code for your customer that the customer can use uh once they transition over to the application when using the plug-in you can use these three macros that you see here on this slide basically there are two macros to insert the badges for the uh Android and iOS app stores using the links that you have previously configured in the settings and then there is a third um which allows you to insert a voucher code on the page and the voucher code is really unique it's been generated for the customer that is currently visiting the page and that voucher code will allow us to basically understand that this is a customer who started a journey in the web or on the web let's see how that looks looks like when rendered in the browser when rendered in the browser the same screen that we've just edited in WordPress uh has all of these macros replaced now you can see that really there are the two familiar Badges and there is a voucher code used namely gray 1731 and also note how this page is incentivizing the user to use that voucher code it says to celebrate our launch we are offering an exclusive twoe free trial instead of the usual three days well now that is the motivation for me to basically use that code after I've downloaded the app now let's look at the app and how the setup in the app works uh not only do we provide a WordPress plugin so you can enhance your landing page but we also provide sdks um here in this example I'm using the flutter SDK um when you're building a crossplatform application but we also have an SDK if you're building a native um iOS ative Swift app what you would do as an app developer is to basically create a small page where the customer can type in the voucher code here you see in the example of Wonder R just a little screen where the customers asked in German do you have a voucher code and that's exactly where you can type in the code that you have received before on the left you can also see um the code that you need to write in order to either redeem the voucher or then later on Signal to the SDK signal to Maxim metric funnel that a purchase has happened the logic inside the app is very simple once the code is redeemed and you get like a positive feedback from from the SDK you know that you can actually um show a different offer to the customer you can actually show the customer the incentivized offer here in this case it's an offer with a TW two weeks free trial instead of the US usual 3 days and we call it the startup Plus offer and once the customer clicks on purchase at that moment in time we would also record this event um which it is a conversion event now let's look at it together the plug-in as well as the SDK allow us now to actually see the funnel end to endend and here in the table below you can actually see some example measurements so the first p page the first layer in the funnel after you're getting your traffic is basically the views of your landing page and we call this the view event in this example we already have 97 views now each step or each layer in the funnel is what we are tracking with this solution the next layer would basically be the link that the customer is clicking to download the application we're calling it simply clicked and in the example here you can see it's five people who have clicked on the link now the customers is actually transitioning over to the um App Store into your app hopefully and that's when we're losing them but luckily thanks to the voucher code we can still identify that this is a returning customer and once the voucher has been used also that is counted in this example it's a six now you may wonder why is this a little bit higher than the uh clicked event and the answer is simple it's not necessary that you need to click on it before you can actually do the next step there is also the possibility that you manually download the app and then and still continue the journey just keep that in mind it's a little bit of an edge case but it can happen and then finally once the voucher has been used and the customer really subscribes to your new offer the startup Plus offer in this case you can send this conversion event and here we counted two conversions and now we can put that into perspective and basically 97 views to conversions gives us a conversion rate of 2% and that is really the number that you're looking for because that helps you to um characterize your customer acquisition cost if you
