so there's this guy called Eddie Cumberbatch on Instagram that's been blowing up because he's talking about how to make money online 10K per month or more being a growth operator and I wanted to create this video because a lot of things that he's saying I'm like wait I have done this for years but in a different way so if you've been following Eddie or if you don't if you're not sure who it is I personally made $263,000 in a single year in high school as a growth operator partnering with the Creator I will talk about all of that and give you two different options to make money as a growth operator or a different way that you might not be familiar with yet so I think Eddie you sent me a message on Instagram but we haven't connected so let's connect more to see if there's things that we can do to collaborate but Eddie talks a lot about being a growth operator for paid uh communities for creators so basically how it works is you would create a paid Community for someone who has like 100,000 subscribers 1 million followers on Tik Tok Instagram and you as a beginner who don't don't have a business you would just go to a Creator who has an audience and you say hey I'm going to use something like kajabi or school or high level or clickfunnels and I'm going to host your community we're going to charge uh 97 a month or 297 or 197 a month and we're going to split the profits and you can obviously structure the deal the payment structure in a way where you get paid a certain percentage based on The Leverage that you have so if they have a million subscribers and you're just getting started then then you're not going to get 50% of their 100,000 per month when you just launching a community for them but if they're smaller and you get them to 10,000 a month which is income they didn't have then yes you could do something like 50/50 uh to a certain point and you could negotiate where the more they make then you will just get the percentage down a little bit and get like 10 20% of that Revenue so I have a different model that I've been doing but before that there's another model that is kind of on the back end of this business so I have two friends they are doing email marketing for people and creators and business business owners and coaches where they just send out emails to a dead email list so if you have an email list you're not using it they send out emails and based on all the revenue they bring in they just take a percentage so it's kind of similar but it's not a growth operator it's more like a growth partner right you're like a consultant on revenue maximization or profit maximization so to me I see this as you're a funnel consultant right and that's why I talk about funnels I have for years where I say you're a funnel consultant for business bus owners and you're helping them find blind spots where you're leaving money on the table but instead of what Eddie and by the way shout out to Eddie one thing that would add to this model of like building paid communities is uh build sales funnels and websites and opt-in pages and book funnels event funnels and sales Pages for their courses and communities so that now they you help them get leads you don't run traffic for them you help them get leads you help them get customers you help them increase the profit per customer because there's only two ways to grow business bus find more customers maximum of customers Mac and maximum of Maximum maximum about the value per customer meaning you just increase the value of each of those customers that you find so what should you do which one should you pick if you're looking to start an online business don't go out and learn Facebook ads it's going to take you a long time to make money but build them a simple like you use a template and you can build a this a proven framework for how it works uh and you can build and brand and design and write copy using AI tools to speed up your learning curve and get there faster and help these creators launch their offers some of them just want to do like there there the fitness coach they want to just uh do coaching and uh make money that way build a coaching sales page that sells them on why they should work with this coach Fitness coach and then have an application where people can book a call with this Fitness coach charge 2,000 3,000 for this funnel up front now you get paid up front you don't have to rely on them making money in order for you to get get money but they will and then they come back and they hire you for the next one which could be an automated course funnel now here's the interesting part that Eddie brings to the table which is you can charge a percentage of all the sales that uh people are uh bringing in that you're working with so the Creditor that you're building the sales funnel 4 if you're also setting up their Community I know he's using school a lot um you can also use high Lev or kajabi or any other platform you could set up a Discord server where you have a free community and a paid community and you the growth partner the funnel consultant where you're like hey well my job is just to see how we can maximize your
