our office started parsley and so we started rotation and all so i used to visit offices but again last month uh the lockdown happened yeah yeah i think we were also in the verge of saying that let's start going back to the office and then all of that just paused again so um are you familiar with what is your understanding of this uh discussion so okay so i have researched a lot about all of uh companies which is working in this market right especially for you know data and adversity right so you know one thing which i get to know that uh in marketing there's so many tool which is available in marketing right so uh let's say uh zoom in for or you know mailchimp other so many mango db so these are the tools which mostly marketing team use but there's a no one platform where you can you know do the analysis of entire data and you can get the you know perfect roi mechanism and which is help you to you know use better of those or tools and you can optimize that as as per the requirement got it understood uh okay so whenever you're ready you can get started also i will record this meeting i know that's okay that's totally okay sure okay recording in progress yes but whenever you're ready let's start anything which you wanted to mention like how your marketing process is right now and what kind of tool you guys are using so honestly i don't know much about the marketing processes uh internally okay okay so okay so uh do you want me to you know uh specify any kind of you know uh uh okay so uh how you want me like i should present entire demonstration and or what are you what will you suggest your call so um the format we can follow is i am a customer usually uh it's the mock rule uh right you should open it uh like the way you would open with a customer i mean that's the entire flow right right so yeah so you know that's why i asked you know like is there anything which you wanted to mention for the marketing role if you'll go for this kind of tool what kind of things you guys are focusing on you know what kind of help you guys will get from this kind of tool um honestly i uh i've come to the open mic um not that i have any problem or any specific users in mind i would like to understand where we are okay perfect so you know let me start with the you know introduction of so basically we started in 2020 uh 2013 right and uh you know our headquarters based in austria and we all do have offices in london and new york city so now our basically the main concern is about how we can optimize and how we can help our customers to know get more data point of view and how we can help them to you know evaluate the different marketing tool so what happened right now in you know any any company in any industry which they use different kind of marketing tools so they have to go from a different prospect so they they can you know uh go from product management team for customer service and marketing sales there's so many things which are going on within a company so our founders who come up with this idea that we should build a tool which help companies to evaluate their you know marketing uh strategy to get the better iu roi from different tools and to get the better you know understanding of what they need in future so what is the major challenge in any industry right now in any company is basically they don't have certain kind of mechanism which help them that what kind of roi they are getting from different uh different tools so let's say if you are using melchi mailchimp or zoom info or if you have any kind of uh you know uh uh crm solution so is is there anything which you wanted to optimize them or what kind of roi you are getting there's no specific tool in in place so uh where we what we are doing we are just giving a solution where we are integrating with each and every tool right we are getting the data from that and we will integrate with api then this you can here you can see this entire data is not in a sync and you will not get so much idea about that so our ai will do the syncing and you know they they sync the entire data and after that it will it will come slow to either your third party kind of crm or any kind of sap or something like that or you can also see the you know ai based analytics on our platform which is basically help you to do the uh roi calculation and do the right so now the thing is why you will go and what kind of benefit you will get after this solution so we have seen there is a 15 to 20 percent chances to reduce your marketing spend right so if you think about the percentage which is very high in in in year on year basis right so 15 and 60 15 to 20 is a high number and we are have seen the entire trend in our different client base right uh there's a 60 you know uh chances of you know improving the uh uh uh in a manual work so let's say uh if you are doing any kind of like right now what you are you have to do you will get the entire leads and then you still are not able to see how i will take and add value to my team i mean everything that you have discussed so far that there is something we already had at least we've built something internally to be able to get into all of these use cases okay perfect so it may know how you guys are doing uh that workflow right now so you know like let's see as you mentioned that you have something internally so what is that entire process you know that may be helped me to understand or where we can you know get fit sure um so essentially we have written our own code to be able to uh get data from all of these uh different tools that we use harmonize it and enrich it and finally we visualize it as well it could written an entire stack by ourselves okay perfect and you know do you get the entire kind of prediction that what kind of solution to you guys need and which need to be replaced and what kind of you know percentage of costing uh you guys have to you know uh uh you know give to different tools we right yes okay and what kind of marketing trend let's say if what if i say that this is for your data like this is for your company right but what if you wanted to know what's going on in market like say you like like other companies who are working in your industry right so what kind of expertise do you have that uh you can also get what kind of other tool they are using and what kind of you know otherwise they are getting and what kind of better you know roi they are getting from different that but help tools understand this could actually be able to give me data from other companies not exactly the data but we can give you the trend of what goes on in your industry so let's say if we have that team of experts who will you know get in touch with you and who will you know do that as a they will work as a consultant so let's say if you kind of need some kind of suggestion that uh let's say mailchimp is not working for you right and you need some kind of other email tool right so we can get back to you and we can let you know these are the companies and these are the tools which other companies are using within your industry and you know uh they can give you the better roi but that's a very small part i mean it's not a very problem if you look into you know yeah if you look into the you know bigger picture of this you will get better ideas so let's say uh uh if you're using mailchimp and the roi is basically 60 or 70 percent right and uh if you replace that with other tool which is basically give you the roi of 90 200 the 20 ratio is bigger than any any any other you know ratio so even if you are able to crack one client from that basically you know change it will impact your you know clientele and affect your ar revenue right you got it got it yeah so and another thing which is basic you know uh basically very helpful from why we are different from other companies is basically we are 24 7 you know support so even we are based out in u.s or you know in a different country we have 24 7 so you don't have to adjust with our timeline we can work as per your time you know june uh i guess this this is what i have gathered so far uh i guess like uh started well but yeah in middle class you know like uh i have you know researched a lot the few things which i missed out uh that you know i missed out the mentioning the team member size and what kind of you know uh potential we have so i also reserve that they have a 20 250 people team and within that around 70 to 80 percent from our tech department and they are doing the coding and all they have advanced tech department and they are using advanced languages so yeah these are the few things which i miss out is there any feedback you wanted to give me um not yet i typically thought i'm someone who's out of withdrawals and tries to uh rethink about how this conversation went and then come back with feedback if you i mean i would not be able to come up with a meaningful feedback on the goal okay perfect asset no i sure okay so this was the entire uh what i say interview so two things very much important the first thing when that person asks you how you did just give a honest feedback them on a straight back then i keep them second always ask how you did it all right so yeah it will help you i don't know this interview is going to crack or not but the thing is uh this will help you to understand where you are you know like not doing well or something like that so uh let's see what happened out there
