You can use it on the go with the app and it works great to sign contracts and get a quick response. Very easy to use for unfamiliar users. Simple step by step instructions that are easy to follow for anyone. Ability to add text to the document along with your own signature is very helpful and gives you the ability to edit the document as needed with starting over. I like the fact that it emails you the document when finished and also every time a signature has been collected so that you are up to date at all time. You have the ability to download or upload to Google Drive as well. Template abilities and options help save time and allows you to send documents right after another to numerous signers.

[Music] this video is a brief introduction to the non-profit quick start which is an app that is built on microsoft dynamics 365 sales enterprise in the nonprofit quick start the landing page can be a dashboard which can show your constituents any active non-profit transactions that occurred rolled up by program you can show active accounts of different types constituents donors vendors it can show all volunteer activities volunteer activities that your constituents are working for you for your programs you can also show a chart-based volunteer activities it's possible for any of these to simply drill into the data by viewing records if you do it that way you get the full set of records and you can change the view so here's my open volunteer activities and here's all the volunteer activities and then we break that down by hours because the number of hours that your volunteers contribute roll up in this case to the program if i click on a specific constituent who is a volunteer i can see what level of engagement the volunteer has provided for our organization this is a rollup field happens automatically i can also see all of their activities that were posted over time this is true throughout the system views give us the ability to very quickly look and filter by specific sets of information you can also show charts right in line with the data and if you're interested in filtering off the chart you can simply click on a bar and it shows just those transactions in this particular case for a given program you can also drill down on any bar by by any piece of data that is supported for instance if i want to know who has contributed to skills plus my program i can see instantly the donor names and the amounts this is true throughout the entire system any number of programs are supported as well as development activities such as leads linked to opportunities for donations and then of course accounts which are organizations and people which are contacts with this system you get not only the specialized components for non-profits but you also get the full microsoft dynamics 365 functionality which means that you can interact easily with your constituency through a series of integrations one of which is microsoft outlook if you need to send emails to a specific group add to a marketing list and plan an outreach this has been a brief introduction to the non-profit quick start i hope it helps thank you you
