hi my name is todd brummond i work for mathson i'm the manager of automation and clean air customers choose to automate because of manpower issues in our area other reasons they choose to automate is because they might have a part that is hard on their employees or they have some very technical welds for reach position anything like that and they'll automate those parts or projects to save their employees for other easier projects the sales process we offer is our outside salesman you have a good relationship with our customers every day they discuss with them to see what they want to do in the future for automation we'll go out with the outside sales representative and talk to the customer get part prints see the parts and decide what cell it can be put into either a standard off-the-shelf cell otherwise we can do a modified sell or a totally one-off custom sell for our customers how our support for our customers usually work in automation is they'll call in we'll try to do any kind of phone support we can at first get them parts ordered sent to them they'll try to if they feel confident if they don't we'll go on site troubleshoot further if we need to order more parts overnight we'll do that replace those parts the next day basically recalibrate the robot and get the customer up and going into production you can come to our facility or we can come to your facility discuss any options that you would like to do we look forward to meeting with you and discuss how we can automate all your processes [Music]
