Before using airSlate SignNow, I had worked with one other eSign program, so I am no expert by any means. What I liked best about airSlate SignNow, is it was very easy to jump right into using. We are a small business and primarily use it to have new sales partners sign their agreements, payment schedules, etc. It was easy to add a combined agreement and insert text, date, and signature fields. I also like that it provides a link and an embed code depending on your version you purchase.

so most small business owners or even small business employees know that automation is good that it can simplify things for you or reduce your manual effort in a day-to-day or week to week basis but the context of automation where it is or where it isn't a fit can feel a little amorphous it can be tricky to pin down exactly what automation does so if it's useful for you I want to describe a framework that breaks up your business into different components that you can then use to examine where automation fits in that particular aspect of your customer's Journey or of your internal processes so the framework has four parts the first three are used to divide the actual experience that your customers and Prospects have we have marketing automation we have sales Automation and we have service Automation and so if you envision a timeline that breaks down every touch Point your leads and Prospects have as they go on to become customers and ultimately raving fans you can break it up into those three sections within the marketing automation area we're talking about things like lead capture or even before that the targeting or attracting of those potential leads and then how can you introduce automation at that point of lead capture to improve that experience and to set yourself up for a higher conversion as you're turning those people into customers in the sales section of your business so how could automation be used to get those prospects ready to become buyers or to follow up with leads who might otherwise slip between the cracks and then in the postp purchase experience how can we use automation to streamline their onboarding experience to make sure that those customers not only have their expectations met but exceeded and are likely to come back to buy more and to buy again and to tell everyone they know now once you have automated those aspects of your customer Journey you might turn to the other elements of your business and ask where could automation be used internally we call that operations Automation and I'm talking about things like receivables or even task management within your own business so the use cases for automation really are Limitless but it starts with examining your existing day-to-day processes your customer experience and using this framework to surface up the things that you should prioritize right now to move the needle in a meaningful way
