marketing automation building the drip campaigns your email campaigns your automation campaigns building your single drip campaign for one individual client what are those things that we are doing or your automation like your birthdays referral request welcome thank you clients or Google reviews policy renewal all the fancy stuff last but not the least is your agency branded mobula making sure all will let you import and let's say if we are doing Auto checklist so you can customize your checklist to build whatever you want to have in your process that let us say if you are doing trucking insurance you have five or six things that you always want to make sure you follow up with the either with the client or with the referral guys who have sent you that referral that can be a part of those compliance built into your process so it's easy to train it's easy to follow and maintain and you can have as many checklist as you want like I have our added one auto I can go ahead and add a second one let's say mortgage vessel guys so I can do it thank you your partner email and explain the coverage what you got um you can assign it within your team members so right now John Doe who am I signed in and I can assign it to Harry Potter now Harry will be maybe the CSR following up on this lead so this on the left side is all about in the policy and on the right side is what we do in terms of taking notes I'm sending them in oh I'm adding a activity on the calendar or assigning a task to a team member let's assign a task please update code and follow-up email and the due date is tomorrow and I assign it to let's say Alex and the priority is hi try to check for bundles so this task got created now not only this guy a task is created in my bean pipeline but when I click on it it takes me to please update update the code which is this one right and it is assigned to Alex when Alex logs in instead of John Doe he can see the same task on his task list which means now you have a workflow built for your team members let's go back you can make a call right from here installing me and I'm gonna take a call you can send the text message with our attachment you can add a code sheet which is basically like a form let's say we are doing a commercial insurance and doing trucking so you can import a courtship which is like a web form and you can send it to your so my name of those basic information came in and the trucking information once your client fills that done subnets it brings that information back you can send it to your underwriter as well right from here send it to others it will bring it with a link pretty neat you can add a label because it came from Bob so we'll put in a Bob referral you can assign trip right from here so let's say it's an auto campaign trip so we will assign Auto campaign last but not the the final action final action is about let you win the deal it will trigger off automation for welcome campaign if you lose the deal unfortunately it happens you can assign it let's say a year from now you wanna come back and you can put it on a next date so not only I'm managing that deal from start to end which is gone now because you know put it a year from now it is also given the analytics to tell me in the last 30 days so in last 30 days it seems like I am now 50% I want three and I lost three at what stages am i losing those deals you will know that where is your most dollar very stuck at what stage who is giving you more referrals and what are you doing in that last 30 days how many notes you created how many notes you sent how many text message in a good month you want to come back and look into your activity because that's gonna tell you what does winning look like all right so that's in a nutshell um you can also you know there are some visuals to make it you can compact the view so you know if you have a lot of deal going on and you can have multiple filters here so if you are gonna just see all my winning at what stage am i winning all my losses I can just filter by those all the in process I can filter by those if I want to see all the due date this week all the due date next week so there are four different filters okay I wanna see everything that came from Bob are you and Johnny realtor well-read there so these are two coming from bomb so there are different with this you know this is just powerful sales tool to let you do your sales automation your lead management to engagement management pushing this to the next stage from sales to engagement so engagement is all about communication travelers and you are ready to send an email out pull in your email template right from here let's say who lost the 11 umbrella campaign or something and be able to send it out one thing you will notice and you will remember when you talk to our clients or once we on boat you guys everything you want to accomplish is three clicks away that's how it has been designed and something that you cannot accomplish in three clicks it's not well designed on it's our fault then you know let us know because that's what we always strive to accomplish so once you get your list next thing is about your sending those campaigns out you can build your campaigns with multiple stages second stage can be hastened into first stage who have received but not opened or the who have opened but not clicked you can build your stages as you want and you can send it on X number of days or after X number of days so you can build that use your sequence of a list that you have created use a template let's say I'm sure several of you try to pull the data what is my renewal this month what is my renewal next month my line of business and stuff like that and it takes forever this is just one click away same thing you know where are my customers the location I wouldn't know them on a map tell me what area am i doing well what idea I need to concentrate what kind of a marketing campaign do I need to build it to understand that that business and you can click on in each of them let's say or even if you need to communicate with them let's say where there is some kind of weather issue that you know there is a cyclone or there is a flood warning or you know some kind of a situation or hill storm or something I click on that particular thing it opens up that list I'm ready to send a communication up as simple as that [Music] so taking it further you know now you can also see in terms of your client missing detail um which is what how many have email addresses how many are missing email addresses I just click on that 10% you can open that list up who is missing phone number 11 percent open that list up policies by line of business click on this auto is gonna give you that policy count on my premium same thing you click on that it's going to give you that policy come ready to send an email to them in grace you know Google reviews look look into that or you know policies by line of business same thing you would know exactly who those guys are by line of business or bad doesn't share you know your customers by gender by demographics just click on this 106 guys between 70 to 80 go and if there is a specific product you have in mind for them go and the speak on it and send those communications out you get your live feed of your email who is opening your email what campaigns are running your task list all that analytics a lots of good stuff and then you get your notifications your just one click away from sending a car add a contact and a deal at an event and the policy has deep into so many beautiful stuff that has been built for you to accomplish use in this and this all gonna come to you I'm very excited so now I will pause here I know I also want to touch base on management system as we say we are add-on to a management system which means we pull data from almost any management system under the Sun which means you will never have to pull any data from any management system it's not a duplicate work for you so that's number one second part is do we feed all the data back to the management system Kusum beta yes several what are for products and several other products we are already integrated for back and forth so at least the good part is you don't have to feed the data for everything we need to accomplish so you need to accomplish it is getting done here the data is never leaving what we call it an AWS cloud which is Amazon Web Services it always stays there no data gets downloaded no data gets uploaded in any form of shape number one number two in terms of security around it it is very well protected because every data only when we you are looking at with your naked eye that's the only time that data is decrypted even when the data moves from one table to another or one screen to another it is encrypted not only that we are now in the process of going through it's a very expensive testing that we are deploying it costs somewhere between 30 to 50 grands a year for what we call as penetration testing which means we hire a group of hackers to hack our system and that's where they tell us where the one of the ladies are and they help us fix it so they are coletta chol hackers but that penetration testing eye is like gold standard and I can assure you none of these in short tech that you talk to none of them do penetration testing so we are putting ourselves to such a high standard that nobody can even compete from the security perspective [Music] [Music]
