hey i'm sean i am a sales and marketing coordinator i give insightly a five out of five for more reviews like this click below prior to using insightly my team was using salesforce uh there's a lot of caveats that come with the salesforce product um being that it's such a big product uh we really wanted to move to something that was a little bit more manageable and all inclusive for all of our processes and that's why we made the switch when my team was looking for a new software to manage our crm we were really looking for something that did everything all in one place whether that was project management um managing sales managing marketing material insightly just kind of brought all that together and it was a big factor in why we made the switch over to it making the switch over to insightly was actually really easy uh i've worked with a lot of crms in the past uh just the user experience with the insightly app is one that i really enjoyed they make everything really easy to do very visible and user friendly all the way across to the board even some of the users who might on my team who tend to have issues with new software has picked it up very very quickly for anyone thinking about getting insightly uh the one thing i can say is just pop over to the site and try the free trial uh that was one of the key factors that got us to switch um when when we were using it the the management team looked into the app they decided they would try it out for a little bit before they bought it and it really helped them decide whether or not it was the right product for them in the end of the day
