hi welcome to automate CRM in this video we are going to cover service contracts management now service contracts are major opportunity source for upgrades and process the sales team and the service team needs to be best friends also keeping a track of service contracts credit consumptions renewals notifications to customers and internal team can be challenging for any business let us have a quick look at how you can streamline an automate service contract management with automate CRM let us take an example where the business provides three months of service Post delivery of the order and covers up to 10 incidents we'll see how business can automate contract creation tracking validity and service request which have been consumed also we'll see how the sales team can have all the information available in the customers profile for continuous relationship building so let's take this sales order as an example so here we have set up an automation as such when a sales order is delivered the CRM will create a service contract automatically so let's do that now a service contract has been created let's just have a look at the service contract here so this service contract is valid for three months and also this contract include 10 service requests we can also observe how many service requests have been consumed by the customers so whenever we have a service request from the customer it will be added into the active service contract automatic CRM also comes with the customer portal from where the customer can raise the service requests so let's add a request here so we have added the service request here and as per the automation as soon as the requested service is closed the system will automatically update the consumed unit in the service contract similarly we can set automations to notify the customer about the expiring contracts or create a new opportunity for the CSD member for contract renewal so let's close this request so now the service requests have been marked as closed now let's go back and have a look at the consumed unit in the service contract so the consumed unit has been updated over here now let us log in as a CSD member and check the customer's profile we have logged in here as Mahesh who is one of our sales team member now let's open the customer profile foreign so as you can see this AST member has all the required information about these service contracts under the customer's profile itself also the sales team member can go to this service contract list over here and then get the list of upcoming renewals ongoing renewals and so on so with automate CRM you can bring the sales and service team on the same platform making the relationship building a Char and that's all as an overview of service contract Management in automate CRM let us know if you have any questions in the comments you can also schedule a free CRM strategy workshop with us the link is in the description have a nice day and thank you very much for watching
