We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

what's going on Guys Don Ross with REI automation Squad and best damn sales crm.com I'm gonna go over a sales funnel feature in kind of sales process if you will we are putting together a free little course to kind of go through our recommendated uh items that you have in any CRM so that you have a sales process to follow and that allows you to determine kind of priority of leads as well as no lead being left behind calling your people when you say you will Etc so part of that is we kind of talked about having the next contact date a date field where you say you're going to call somebody and having that push through the different spots on your sales funnel over here based off the statuses and based off the next contact date they show up here to get your attention as an example I have an item in here obviously we're inside of a podio item but this also works on other crms as well and so next contact date who's the person in charge of contacting the seller um and we've got it set to where hey for the four days after that past due date this person is going to get a email reminder that you said you were going to call this person and you are past due now an additional checks and balances um we've got it set up to where in our configuration area hey there is a Ops person manager or owner that wants to get notified after four days of something being passed due they should be getting emails that there is this item the seller that should be contacted that they have not so you now are able to to do things like hey once a week I want an email report or I want an email report every day letting me know who's past due and then when you do your morning huddles or weekly meetings you can talk about hey these are some of the items that you know we spend a lot of money on marketing uh we're trying to get these people out to an appointment or an offer a contract and you're saying that you're going to follow up on certain dates and it doesn't appear that that's happening so we've got certain expectations here this is what we expect to have happen make sure that you're following up with your leads because it costs us x amount of dollars in marketing to get in front of somebody and get appointments and offers Etc so this is just some thoughts and ideas on having a sales process making sure there's checks and balances and the right people are getting notified that items are passed due and then action can be taken now obviously inside a Podium you can set task but you're only getting those reminders of your task through the email once a day and you know pass certain amounts you're not getting notified anymore from podio's email notification so this can be done in high level this can be done in pipedrive this can be done in podio ETC Salesforce so you can set these functionalities behind the scenes to make sure that people are getting notified and taking action if you got any questions reach out to us otherwise best sales crm.com or bestdam sales crm.com both of them reach out to us you can always go down to the bottom right on that website as well as REI Automation squad.com and hit the little chat bubble schedule some time with us got little 15-minute slots where we can talk through some sales process and maybe what we have as a fit uh otherwise you know maybe talk through some of your ideas on other things all right take care
