Because you can hop between things like Application Performance Monitoring, to monitors, to logs all within two seconds, just by clicking different parts of the products. And it's all interconnected. One of the goals of the Post-Sales Tech Solutions team is to help clients understand how to better integrate the Datadog product with their environment. And the more integrated the product is with their environment, the more they can see what's happening within their space and how they can better leverage that data. Because we are a Datadog expert, we're able to work with them in order to lay result as efficiently as possible. Working in the [Post-Sales Technical Solutions] department here at Datadog really helps with growth, because it helps us to unlock a customer's potential as they use the product. And as they use the product more, we can introduce them to other products that we offer that can help them in their environment. I interact with customer success managers to understand what is happening with the customer and we pass all the information from the customer to the Engineering team. My role is helping clients specifically in their containerized environments. Datadog is a hyper-growth company, meaning that there are lots of opportunities. Opportunities for career growth are so freeing and flexible. I started off as a solutions engineer and moved into an account management role. From here, I could go to product engineering or other management roles. I have had two opportunities, one was on a more technical side, and the other one was in a more managerial side. Datadog is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience this growth. And you can be heard, you can be recognized, you can always contribute. The culture of the Technical Post-Sales team is collaborative and humble. Here, we value team camaraderie, and we also value people who ask questions. We've added a ton of new roles and those roles are becoming more specialized. And we're always seeing the interesting and unique ways that customers are using our product. If you're interested in joining us here at the Post-Sales Tech Solutions team, I think it's important that you, number one, be inquisitive, and number two, be collaborative. What I would tell somebody looking to work in the Technical Post-Sales group is that it gives you extensive exposure to technologies, it develops your listening skills and curiosity, and it gives you the confidence to help clients face their challenges. I would suggest to get ready to learn a lot, but in whatever field that you want. Sign up right away. Don't hesitate even a moment. It's an amazing team, an amazing culture, lots of opportunities.
