good morning Hammersmith be and I my name is Jason Choi I'm from a company called welcome gate Kapil kindly invited me to join you for breakfast this morning but do documents I haven't been able to come along so I thought I'd record a very quick video just to let you all know what we've been up to welcome gate we specialize in commercial security systems and that means we work with companies large and small generally those that are moving and relocating offices so we work directly with those companies all we work with fit-out companies or through landlords and managing agents property managers and so forth and where our background originally is in the facilities and IT space and so when we were buying security systems no one gave us any decent advice on which system to go for and where they're over 60 are different systems out there so we decided to set up a company a few years ago to help guide our clients to help them choose the right system for them and what that means is that we are comparing their 30 40 different systems at any one time and the costing sheet the weight the way that we put together our old costing sheet in Excel was simply struggling to cope with all the new brands we're putting in and also we were onboarding quite a few new consultants and all was taking them a lot a lot of time to try and figure out where things were and it was also taking them a lot of time to actually put together so that we could you know was that the proposals were taking a long time for us to prepare a for our clients and so we asked people to come in to see whether or not he could speed the whole process up once our consultants fill these costing sheets in and once we get a project underway our job is to hand it over to the procurement team to procure the parts and again because they are operating on a different system it was taken them forever in a day to transfer that information across so there was a real business need to make the process easier to make the process more efficient so that we could serve our customers better and Kapil has been fantastic all the way throughout he's always got a great can-do attitude and what he's done is really revolutionized the way that this costing sheep works we're able now to get out many more quotes than we ever did before which means that we are much more responsive for our clients and our operations team are off our back isn't backs now because they are able to process the procurement of parts and labor so much quicker now so that means that they can focus on providing better service to our clients so all I can say is thank you very much Kapil for your for your efforts this project is not is not at the end at the moment there are a few more finals small tweaks to go and you've been great throughout and we look forward to working with you in the future all the best everybody
