welcome to expert hook in today's video I'll create a quote in Dynamics send it out to be electronically signed through and store the signed document back in Dynamics all in one flow let's start by creating a quote we'll add some more details like the shipping method and payment terms in the dates and we'll save the record now we'll run our smart flow the flow will retrieve the data from CRM merge it with a template generate the document and then send it to it is now waiting for the doctor for the document to be signed by our customer a customer receives a notification from and starts the signing process let's add a nice signature and finish designing process now if we switch back to our smart flow we can wait for the document to return we might have to refresh the screen a couple of times and there it is my signed quote document let's switch back to our quote to our timeline and there is the nodes with the quote document attached and that's a good looking quote with an even better looking signature that's it for today thank you for watching bye bye
