We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

foreign for us document automation is about output it's about outputting documents outputting data into documents and outputting visualizations into documents we see lots of people struggle with that with getting that data into something that's visually appealing in a dynamic way so that's what we set up to do [Music] document automation is something that people have been talking about for ages but it's been kind of a static document automation so we've we've seen like bills invoices quotes that that appears like a mail merge tool but not very Dynamic with visuals with charts and tables imagery and if they had the visuals those visuals has been difficult to change difficult to maintain so one set is kind of set in stone where we put in document Automation in in our kind of category and in our space putting it on top of Microsoft Office we see document automation as something that can get into the hands of everyone so you don't have to be a huge Enterprise you just need to have some data and with that data we can put documents and presentations into play either as it as just something that downloads or as something you automatically put publish to your website or publish to your template tool set in case you're a template client thank you donkey motor is our tool for document automation document is a tool that brings your data into your documents and your presentations with documentary you're able to automatically create the the documents we can grab your data you don't need to have specific data for specific purposes whatever data you have is the data we can use to fuel your output so if your data is in one language or is in one tool set that's optimized for something else it's still not prohibitive for that we can create document outputs or presentation outputs on the back of that we use your skills and our skills combined you bring the data and then we put that into life to something that doesn't appear to be automated but is fully automated investing in the tool or investing in in document automation as as such is an investment in legal compliance it's an investment in productivity it's an investment in winning clients if you do quotes um so it's not necessarily an investment in Saving Time it's just an investment about being consistent about being able to to show your content and your visuals and your brand so if people see documentary as something that you would want to buy to to kind of save time I think you're at the wrong spot but if you see documentar and document automation as such as something that will make you appear more professional that will make you more streamlined in your quoting processes your sales processes adding automation to your existing tool sets no matter what quoting tool you're using what invoicing tool you're using what what the Lesser population tool you're using you will have the need for a output engine and we see donkey motor as that output engine [Music]
