How to create outlook signature

[Music] thank you very much for joining the webinar today my name's Richard Bates for those of you that don't know me I'm the sales director for EBS and as a business we pride ourselves on being your experienced technology partner for those of you that don't know us electronic Business Systems is abbreviated to EBS we're based just outside of Birmingham near spieta Junction and we've been established as a business for just over 40 years at 43 actually we're a long-standing safe partner having spent over 30 years reselling stage 50 Sage 200 products in various different formats and also a Microsoft partner with a it managed Services offering which includes our own EBS Cloud platform as well which is ideal for sage 200 or 50. so EBS and scicon have got a number of joint customers already benefiting from many of their different Integrations um obviously predominantly around this age 200 product and obviously we want to share this with you today so before I pass you over to Michelle and you might see Nikki on on the call as well who's our account manager um but I'll pass you over to Michelle from scicon who's going to demonstrate the latest release of the cyclon document automatic I don't say that word automation uh good morning everybody good morning so uh just quickly before I do pass you over sorry Michelle um just let you know that we are recording this um it will be uh edited and within a couple of days put on to YouTube we'll send out the links uh so obviously everybody can watch that again share it internally if you want to uh let colleagues also uh watch it and see see what the latest features are so uh right there Michelle um over to you now I've done my fabulous I'll let you take the reins thank you very much Richard thanks very much everybody for joining us today I'm just very quickly just going to pop you in and show you my screen so you can actually see perfect okay so it's like on documents and document automation or solutions for sage 200 that sit integrally inside your solution essentially what we're doing is allowing you to be able to do three things you can attach documentation you can produce documentation outside of sage and accompany that with your terms and conditions your header Pages your branding and more significantly a third option which is to add something called OCR technology to it we call it document Automation and that's what we're going to have a little look at today but OCR as a technology is optical character recognition and the idea behind that is that it's going to limit or decrease the number of invoices that you need to key in so that you are allowing your suppliers to either send you via email to a designated email address that will be read by the system to automatically populate the invoice or for you to be able to choose to file and read that invoice so depending on the mechanism depending on the media depending on what you want to give to your suppliers you might give them an email address to email to for invoices credits or sales orders that's what document automation allows us or you might have the opportunity to file them yourselves in other words send them up to the OCR reader so that it will read the invoice for you key it in and allow you to then accept that invoice for processing so the hope is that many of your invoices won't need any intervention from you and that all you're actually doing is accepting them into the system and in order for me to be able to display that for you today let me actually take you in and actually show you where Cyclone documents are sitting I actually have a very extensive menu over on the left hand side so please don't feel overwhelmed by this but this is where cyclon documents sits as part of cyclone documents as I mentioned previously you have the opportunity to just have the ability for you to be able to attach documentation and distribute documentation from Sage so we're going to have a quick look at that bit first and then we're going to concentrate our efforts on the document automation side of things so first things first we're just going to pop ourselves into the settings behind and cycle documents and you'll see that we have a number of email templates which allow us to be able to configure an email that you would want to accompany certain documents that you send out from Sage if I just pop in and edit my order acknowledgment one you'll see that there are a number of fields over here that I can then include into a nicely formatted email with our HTML without hyperlinks with our website with our brand that would then be the conduit to sending out that information to my client or to my supplier so we can set those up to then be able to use the document distribution side of things so again this is sitting inside of scicon documents and in here I can determine what type of documentation that I send out from Sage is going to have these sets of header Pages these sets of terms and conditions so in the case of my purchase order I've said as we just move this around guys it's nicely squashed up in the bottom of my screen here as you can see I'm just going to move that up and again you'll see here we have header Pages terms and conditions that I've said are the default position for when I send out a purchase order that might be completely different for when you send out a quotation when you send out a pro former when you send out an order acknowledgment you get the general gist you can determine what you want the system to send with your documentation we're going to see a little bit of this as we go through the demonstration foreign however what's even more significant in here is the ability for us to be able to determine what our suppliers are going to do from a document automation perspective are they going to send electronic emails that we want to be able to read so that sits in the document automation settings so we're just going to pop ourselves in here and we're just going to pop ourselves into the automation settings where you'll see that we do indeed have a number of email addresses that these are the ones which you would potentially give to your suppliers so when they've got an invoice to send to us when they've got a credit when they've got a sales order these are the email addresses that you might give them and the system will then automatically read the invoice so let me just pop myself out of here I'm going to go in and actually process invoices and credit notes what this will now do for us from a document automation perspective is it will actually present to me a list of invoices which we have either dragged in or have been emailed onto US in this scenario we have a number of invoices which are ready to be processed denoted by the little tick some which might need attention but we still haven't actually keyed anything in these have arrived into the system in a variety of different ways if we look at this one for Everest as my first example you'll see that this particular one is a valid invoice ready for processing if we look at it we'll see what the media looks like over on the right hand side this is what my supplier has sent and they did that via email so you can actually see the original email that was sent by me to that email address that was designated to me for the processing of invoices and the original copy of the invoice that was attached to it is then present in here and what the system has done is it's now started to read the content in order for it to understand what is valid the process for how you actually get the system to recognize where you want it to in terms of the fields is that you train it each and every supplier would potentially send you a different type of email layout or invoice layout so in the case of this one from Everest the Everest invoice looks like this in the case of this one here from bgt slightly different layout and so what we want to be able to do is to teach the system where to pick up the appropriate information from so there's a training model that we'll go through we'll have a little look at that in just a second what you'll also see in here when we look at that particular one for bgt is that when we look at the email tab there is no email and that's because this particular invoice arrived into the system having been dragged in so it arrived to me and I said process it so we're going to do one of those for ourselves in just a second so different mechanisms for getting the information in to the system we're going to process a couple of these through but before I do that we're just gonna be look at what the other pieces of cyclone documents is going to do for you so let's just have a quick look at that particular purchase order 4272 is the purchase order number and the end result of the Journey of purchase order 4272 is of course my invoice which we're not going to process just yet so we're just going to come out of here and we're just going to have a quick look back in our purchase order list and we're going to have a look at purchase order 4272. so let's just pop ourselves in and have a quick look at it that particular purchase order actually has because cyclon documents is switched on the ability for us to be able to see and view documents and also add additional documents so this is the standard document version before you attach document automation to it anywhere where you see the view documents button or the add documents button you can do exactly that view the documents and add the documents it's in purchase order processing it's in sales order processing it's in your sales Ledger your purchase Ledger your cash book your nominal Ledger it's in the stock module there's a variety of places that you can use in order to determine what type of documentation you want to add and what type of documentation you actually want to distribute out of the system this particular purchase order becomes one single holistic view of all of the documentation that applies to it therefore what I'm seeing down here when I look at these three documents is the original copy of the purchase order that we sent out for using document distribution you can see it's taken that header page the terms and conditions and it's archived the original copy of the purchase order that we sent to this PO I then have another document which just say happens to be a sage logo which I've added to the system so this could potentially be your supplier saying I acknowledge your PO I've then also got my goods receipt information so adding the goods receipt notes in here we're going to go ahead and we're going to match our invoice to this purchase order so when my invoice arrived it would look at the individual supplier information to determine whether or not it needs to match to a purchase order or can go directly into the purchase Ledger they are all settings that you can set to be your defaults and then you can override by supplier and all that's actually happening here at the point at which we're going to process this invoice is it's literally reading the standard stage information what is my purchase order what are those values has it been Goods receipted do you want to make sure that it's been goods receipted and they're all settings that you can set behind the system so in the case of this particular purchase order as we'll see again it's been received and but not yet invoiced so that's exactly what my system's just about to do before we actually go ahead and do that I'm just going to pop myself into my supplier list and I'm going to choose an alternative route to put on an invoice for these guys called Corcoran supplies so this is the normal standard way that you would put on a brand new invoice but because like on documents is switched on you'll see that in here I'm going to go in and I'm going to enter my value so this is the manual way of doing it so my thousand pound invoice and as you will see in here as I go to hit save because I've told the system that when I put on new invoice on I have a required document that needs to be attached to it it will then give me a warning to say there is no invoice attached to this transaction are you sure you want to continue you can actually force that to happen so potentially you might say actually I don't want them to put any invoice into the system without an accompanying document in which case it won't even let you save mine's giving me a choice so it shows me a warning so in the case of me processing it manually I'm going to say no to continuing and it will say right give me the document then so cycle documents allows me then to either scan in an image very rare these days everything tends to be electronic to attach it to paste it or to drag and drop it into this particular scenario so in actual fact let's just do that I'm just going to pop you into my drafts and we're going to choose any document we'll do but for the purpose of today's exercise and just for visual purposes I'm just going to pick up that picture of some French doors and I'm just going to drag it into here and you'll see that little plus sign appear for me and therefore I now have a document attached and at the point of which I then say save it now knows that there's a document attached here and we can go ahead and do that ingly now what we're doing with document automation is we're bypassing this process of me entering it in and we are processing invoices which have already been sent in and read and validated in order to actually get the information into the system so we're just going to pop ourselves back into that process invoices utility as I minimize Sage out of the way and that's icon approvals you'll see that I actually have a number of documents scattered around my desktop there just so that you can see what I'm about to do you know that we've already got some invoices in there for processing there were four of them sitting there's a couple of them needed attention two of them were valid and ready to be processed what I'm now going to do rather than seeing stuff that's already in here is I'm going to add a new one like I say that might be that your suppliers already sent that in as we did with our Everest one however for us I'm simply going to pick up that invoice I'm going to drag it into here and you'll see that the system is now reading it that's what that little green Banner's doing it down here and as it reads it it takes from you one document from your document bundle So when you buy Cyclone documents there's a standard platform for the attaching and distributing of uh documentation you buy a cycle documents user for each Sage user based on whether or not you want them to be able to attach and view or view only when you buy document automation you buy the module and then you buy a number of a bundle of documents which would cover the amount of invoices that you process periodically so if you processed a thousand invoices a month you might say actually I'm going to buy a bundle of 12 000 documents to last me a year but they don't expire and the documents are based on or the document counts are based on the number of invoices the documents not the number of pages there is a fair usage policy in place so if you do have invoices which have I don't know 15 pages every time there may be a you may count that as two documents moving forward but the general rule is it's one document equals one document count therefore one invoice if you have suppliers that send you one single PDF with multiple invoices in it we can also manage that process for you so within the software so I'm just going to pop myself back into Sage very quickly and you'll see that under this icon documents settings and in my tools there's a tool over here called split PDF and just to display that for you I have a set of invoices which have arrived as one document here but I've used the split PDF tool to split them out into multiple invoices which can then be processed individually and I can drag all of those in but the idea would be take them all drag them in here and the system will process them for you so multiple ways of getting your invoices in having received my new invoice we're just going to close that down we're just going to pop ourselves back into process invoices and credits and this time when I load my documents you should indeed see that we now have five documents to process two of them are valid three of them require some attention from me so we're going to concentrate on the ones which need a bit of attention so let's have a look at this particular one from bgt the one that we've just entered into the system and we'll have a look at the validation and what you'll see in here is it's telling me that the invoice number hasn't been read so I need to teach the system where to pick it up from it's more than possible that your suppliers will change their invoice layout without telling you once you've told the system what the model or models look like for that particular supplier it will attempt to read it which it has of course done on all of the other areas but from an invoice number perspective it's struggling it wants to know where to pick that up from so I'm going to teach it that we're just going to pop ourselves back in here and we're going to go into training mode this over here on the right hand side of the screen or all of the fields that you need in order to process your invoices and therefore anything that it can't read is then going to be taught by me so I'm going to pick up the invoice number and I do that simply by clicking on it you'll see it turns into a nice little different shade of green and I'm going to say that's the invoice number I've now essentially taught the system by Saving and training the model that that's where I'd like you to pick up the invoice number from in the future so let's just do exactly that again all of these fields as you can see are being read by the system anything that's got that nice little highlight around it means that the system knows what that text looks like and then you can tell the system where to put that text once you've taught it where to put the text it'll attempt to do that the second third or fourth time or 150th time that you receive an invoice so we're just going to save that away and having taught the system where to pick up the invoice number from you'll see that my invoice has now gone to a status of valid because the validation has been successful and it's read everything that I need to also Within These tabs you'll notice that we have the ability to be able to analyze the data to recognize the data we're able to validate our invoices so should anything change throughout our processes in the case of my Everest invoice as an example before I could succeeded it it would actually have put this invoice into a status of having receipt issues because I've told the system that when I when an invoice arrives from Everest it needs to match to a purchase order and goods receiving will have need to have taken place so without Goods receiving taking place it will pop it into here as having receipt issues and then when receiving does take place I can revalidate that invoice to go and pick up the now current Sage data there is also the ability for you to look at the account information when we look at the account information in here what's also happening as well as reading the invoice the system is also validating who your supplier is and it validates your supplier based on the purchase Ledger information in the system in the case of this particular one I've told the system that I would like the information to be taken and scored at a minimum of one so a minimum of one field needs to be recognized in order for my system to say that supplier is valid and recognized if you set your score at three it might need to read at least three unique things about the supplier before it's able to validate them you can see the score on this one is two because it's been able to read their email address and their vat number but the minimum score I've set is one it's a lovely little clever utility in here to be able to copy the document value so where it's read the um the vat number for instance I can highlight and copy that value and then update my supplier account with it in order for me to be able to then recognize it moving forward so it's reading the information from the purchase Ledger account reading the information from the invoice matching the two things together to validate my supplier it then looks at the invoice to validate all of the areas are correct particularly things like your net value your tax value it's also going to look I'm going to have a quick look at this one for bgt which also requires attention and you'll see it's a slightly different a piece of information that it's giving me it's saying I've been able to pick up the invoice number but I can already see that an existing invoice with a reference of type 2513 triple six already exists inside of sage in other words it's a duplicate so it gives us every opportunity to be able to process our invoices without having to key anything in but also by allowing us to add any intelligence that we have to it we're going to go ahead and process a couple of our invoices there's a few more bits and pieces uh to talk to you about as you can see it talks to me about what it actually used by way of credits in my bundle but the original email looked like if it arrived via email what model it's actually using I can go and train the model edit the model view the model I can see a log of every action when it arrived how it arrived where it's validating where it's checking for additional documents from a processing perspective these little tabs that exist across the top here are automatically switched on so I'm seeing everything in these tabs if I don't want to see those that require attention I'll switch my need attention off and I'll just see those which are valid so by switching these on and off I can see everything in a single screen if we look at the one from Everest again because we know that that particular one as opposed to the one for bgt is going to go directly to the purchase Ledger no purchase order matching required the one for Everest is a little bit more complex as you can see and is not only looking at the invoice values but it's also looking at the order value it's order matching it's also Goods receiving and matching to my goods receiving as well so it's doing an awful lot of stuff for me but still there might be other things that I need to be able to do with it before I actually process it so we'll process a couple of our invoices in a couple of different ways so the first one that we're going to do is just into our BDT one down here so let's just highlight that one that's the one that we're just about to take into the system the hope is that you're going to have 10 20 50 150 a thousand invoices which are all at a status of valid so that you can do a multi-select select all and process them automatically no additional keying required so the first one that we're going to do today is exactly that we're going to do a process automatically system says are you sure you want to process one document and then as you can see the document status instantly moves over to that of completed because we've now processed that invoice if we reload our documents for one more time you'll see that now now disappears from our processing and what's actually happened in the background let me just pop ourselves back into Sage we're going to pop ourselves into the BDT account and you'll see that we do indeed have a brand new invoice sitting at the top here with of course the ability for us to be able to see the invoice ready to be paid no keying from us whatsoever just an acceptance of the invoice having arrived the second option where you do want to add more information to it because actually what's actually happened in the case of my invoices it's actually taken the default supplier nominal account as where it wants to post to but this time we're going to do something slightly different and we're going to pop ourselves back in here and this time with our bgt one we'll go through the process of manually processing it what manual processing will enable me to do is do some additional keying at the point of entry so the screen that it presents to me is the enter purchase invoice screen I've still keep nothing in the system is obviously keyed in the goods value it's keying all of the information that I need to the default nominal it is at this point because I've gone through manual processing and it is comparing that information to the document on the right hand side that I might add additional information in so it may be that I'm going to again because I've got projects switched on guys I'm going to have to do my coding here so I might say actually it's 250 pounds to that nominal and I might choose a completely different nominal at this point for this one to go to maybe a different cost center maybe a different department and 250 pounds is going there obviously the net result for most people without projects is exactly this this is where you're doing the keying of the information also and then something else that is actually really clever is I actually have the opportunity to pick information from the invoice that I might want to add to my invoice so if I actually said any one of these will do guys it could be anything at all but as you can see I'm just highlighting that text and I'm going to copy it and potentially add it into my narrative it's that level of information that we're able to achieve by having the original copy of the document read by the system but allowing us to add additional information to it at the point of processing I'm simply going to save that away again just because I've got Cyclone documents switched on with the warnings that's the one that I've got sitting in the background I'm just going to say yes to continue with that because it has got the document that's now gone to completed my invoice has now been processed in exactly the same way as our first one was and again we'll just go in and have a quick look at it just to prove that it does indeed exist so let's pop ourselves back into our bgt account I'm just going to order it by unique reference number so the most recent one is sitting at the top there is the one that we have just processed with of course the additional information or the document attached to it and of course mine has actually gone into a status of unauthorized so the nominals that I chose aren't currently sitting here this has gone into an unauthorized purchases status and if you wanted to guys there's another solution that you might look at now for the automatic approvals or the automatic routing for approval of invoices that's exactly where mine has gone concentrate on too much of that today the end result is going to be of course that it will post to exactly where we want it to our cycle approval system for invoice approvals is actually literally takes it out of the unauthorized purchases code having been approved and Pops it into that 44 100 or 41100 code exactly where we intended it to be so we're just going to complete our little process for documents because this time when I go back in and actually process my invoices so one more time back into my invoice processing screen I'm just going to load those documents again we're starting to work our way through our invoices as you can see again the hope is that you're going to have multiple tens or hundreds of them which are valid that you can simply click the button to say process automatically I'm just showing you every different permutation of what could potentially happen this time we are indeed going to process our purchase order so let's just go ahead again choose process automatically process manually absolutely fine with either of those I'm going to do mine automatically I'll now disappear into a status of completed load my documents again it's now done but the end result of that is without even going into the purchase Ledger transaction we're going to go back into my purchase order 4272 we're just going to pop ourselves back in to view it and we should see in here that it has indeed been ordered received invoiced and the end result from a document store perspective is that when I go in and view my documents I'm also accompanied now by the original copy of the invoice which we haven't even touched so when we go in and actually view the documents we see that original copy of the purchase order that went out the document that we added in the goods receipt note that we added and our final process which is the copy of the invoice that arrived via OCR document automation into the system all nicely done processed through one single holistic view of everything and a purchase to pay solution that gives you full traceability all the way back through the system just going to pop us back in to the system one more time just to reiterate just to reiterate for you but it isn't just invoices it is also credit notes that we can process through document automation and there is also the ability for you to be able to add sales orders which will become purchase orders for you or the other way around purchase orders that will become sales orders for you there is also as I say the ability for you to be able to drag those in uh to here as well as your suppliers being able to send them in via email in this view you'll also be able to see your bundles how many you've used total operations total credits remaining general information around what you want your supplier score to be and so you know I said I had a score of two but my minimum was one this is where you set what that minimum score should be in here you're able to determine what the defaults are for most transactions do you want to validate the purchase orders have a grn do you want to validate invoices that have an order number so these are my general settings however at supplier level so we're just going to pop ourselves into my supplier list we'll have a quick look at my bgt so we're just going to pop in and amend the details for bgt and you'll see under the scicon tab in automation that we have the ability here to set the parameters by supplier so what you're doing here is including or excluding them from using the document automation and then you're setting the parameters so in the case of bgt I've said no purchase orders or grns are required bgt invoices go straight to the purchase Ledger when we look at how Everest one instead you'll see in the case of Everest that we want everything from those guys so when we go into automation and into the settings we do want indeed want to validate against an order number we also want the purchase order to have been grned we'll also go down right down to the level of validating against projects if you have cyclon projects switched on as well guys 40 minutes is normally enough of my voice for any of you to uh to cope with guys so that's kind of the Whistle Stop tour of cyclon documents it's like on documents for the capturing of documents and for the distribution of documents outside of the system and then document automation for the optical character recognition OCR technology that allows your suppliers to send in their invoices so that you don't have to key them in cutting down on any capacity for mistakes to be made and also cutting down on processing time for you that's it from me guys and thank you so much for listening to me we're more than happy to answer any questions that you might have and if there are questions for me to answer please give them to me now brilliant thanks ever so much Michelle okay just quickly catch your breath we have had a question uh come in from John um so what would the process look like for large invoice with say 100 lines on it and there was there was a grn match issue on one of the lines so again it depends on parameters that you've site at the very beginning of the process so whether or not you actually want to uh to do grn matching or not but the process would be that it would allow you to match the invoice to the grn or grns that have already taken place so a hundred line invoice would look at the hundred lines on your purchase order and potentially the 99 of them which have been Goods receipted if one of them hasn't that it would only match to the 99 brilliant um I haven't got any more questions at the moment um obviously uh if anybody does have any questions feel free to just pop them into the chat box or um you can unmute and make yourself uh well making yourself aware and and uh yeah ask the question but um I guess in the meantime you just looking at what you've gone through there Michelle there's a hell of a lot involved with the documents and I appreciate you've gone through every step there um but ultimately you know once the product's in established as you start to do the training on the product um this process gets quicker it becomes more natural um and a Time Saver isn't it exactly that so there's a little bit of I mean I hesitate to call it pain but there is a little bit of work that needs to take place at the beginning of any process um and particularly with OCR as well you're going to teach the system what to do in order for you to not have to teach it moving forward so when you go through that process you might teach it once or twice or three times because of different layouts it may be that the first time you process an invoice from your supplier it has one or two lines on it but then you get one that's got 17 lines and you have to teach it the logic of what that might look like but once that's done it's then hard coded into the model so that it will then recognize it moving forward so yeah it becomes a very very easy process then just for processing um I can see John's put his hand up I don't know if he wants to unmute and ask a question thank you thanks Michelle by the way and then Richard good great demo it looks very comprehensive functionality yeah really nice uh we have yes so I'm the uh yeah we have this one large supplier that gives us an enormous amount of invoices and we are the UK and Ireland distributor for their products so we have 5 000 part numbers they're big invoices big purchase orders hence that question earlier uh just to follow up on that one would the invoice remain in a awaiting um validation or some kind of needs attention state in the process uh if it had that grn mismatch on that one line it wouldn't try and process it anyway no if it's if there was a mismatch in there it would go into that status which I mentioned to you here which is where it's got receipt issues so it's essentially holds it in here in kind of in reserve if that makes sense the status here in the validation status it actually does say in here receipt issues and then in the validation it will show you where the validation issue is what line it's on potentially terrific next question um is the supplier uh unfortunately um has different formats for many of the part numbers that has their own supplier part number can it do a match on the I know there's a field available when setting up uh the the stock items in the system for exactly that uh can it do a match on the supplier part number RPO would be for our version of the part number the stock item their invoice would be for their version of the item can they see each other and map through but you're matching it to the purchase order at that point John correct yeah yeah so that's the logic that we would go by absolutely so it should it should be absolutely fine but I will take that so if Nikki if you can just take that question away I'm pretty sure when you're when you're teaching it the logic in here you're basically telling it what the line quantity line item code line description line unit price is if you also go to the supplier record in the fine tuning with regards to the fields Etc there are um ways of of looking at stock codes and then um translating them so that's on the supplier validation okay perfect so if I if so it's a good job we're a team at Nikki let's just pop myself back in here actually my double click finger clicked in there just bear with me for a second just pop myself back in to amend the Account Details so this is what Nikki's referring to when I took you in here previously into the automation into the fine tuning here so we are able to then Define in in um in field extraction right okay perfect so you'd be able to take the supplier code but we will confirm that for definite for you um and come back through the guys uh at EBS guys good thank you because that's a big deal for us go no go thing so yeah I think the other the other thing this is this is absolutely something that you can do um with your uh account managers and with Nikki send us a copy of an invoice and we'll put it in and we'll see you know we'll do exactly that we'll go through that process with you okay all right good yeah thanks yeah I've got one question just about the purchase order to sales order process is it yeah effectively exactly the same as what we've just seen in terms of the invoices exactly exactly the same except that the end result is going to be a sales order yep into the system yeah yeah any more questions I think we're uh just on that same theme and sorry it's it's me again it's John um but it's uh again it's it the other use for us for the system will be to indeed import uh customers sales orders or their purchase orders and we'll create a sales order yeah and yes the uh the lovely individuals that they are they also have different part numbers so they're um on their um I if it can work for one side of the system I imagine it can work from the other but that will be on the customer record then I imagine there's fine tuning where you can possibly do this absolutely you might have noticed when I went into the system John that it had it literally reads every field and all you need to do is map it to where you want it to be so we're not just reading you know one or two or three or four Fields it actually highlights every field on the the paper as it were for you to be able to then Define what that is yeah all the challenges that isn't that transformed because they've got let's say their part number is a and our part number is one yeah where does a equals one come in somewhere so it's just that that transformation but we'd need to test them through but they should yeah absolutely should be more than possible for us to go in and so if I just show you that one from bgt again when we go into training mode these aren't very complex ones as you can see um but it actually has highlighted every field it's read every field and giving you the opportunity to say that is that and that is that and that is that you'll see that we've got some custom Fields what we just need to make sure is that we can go through that process of uh matching to the correct field but if it's on your purchase order if you're matching to the purchase order it shouldn't be an issue at all okay yeah that's that's just but let's just run that process through with you individually so that you can see exactly how it would work for you all right thank you welcome brilliant stuff obviously there's already more questions you're more than welcome to drop us an email or reach out to uh as EBS um website is ebs.tech and we can go to my contact page um or to alternatively you know things like LinkedIn or I can share our email addresses out to you guys as well um I think that probably uh finishes the webinar thank you very much uh Michelle like I said really comprehensive and it's really good to get some questions and two-way dialogue going on these things as well um so um you know if you're thinking it I'm sure somebody else is as well so um you know we'll wrap the session up um and just yeah thanks again to everybody and we'll get this published onto YouTube uh where a lot of other webinars that we've done in the past are so if you want to go and have a look at that and there's lots of content on there to watch and we'll be back in a few weeks time with uh with our next webinar fabulous thanks so much for your time guys appreciate it thank you all thank you thank you everyone take care [Music]
