here's something new that we have connected with this week that i think you'll find is really dynamite so we've got a showcase item on the power performance coaching page and it's for these folks the guy in the picture here is steve herro and he owns victory selling and victory selling is using a thing called sales dna but what they're offering to us for free is um is a thing called the sales maturity evaluation it's about a three or four page questionnaire simple probably 20 minutes to or less to fill it out and what it'll do is measure your sales process where where is your sales process in relation to where successful sales processes are and it taught you know ask you these questions that you're going to get through filling out the assessment is you know do you have a selling system what's the selling system that victory selling can show you uh what are the nine steps that give you the best chance to make a sale these are all really critical things and they're going to come out of this evaluation of your sales process now that's the starting point they have paid products they've given us the assessment for free and that will show you where your deficiencies or where your your benefits are in your sales process but what they have a thing called the sales dna it's been around uh for a while um it's it's 92 percent accurate and it'll tell you whether your sales person is fit for the job or not and and it isn't like a yes or no thing if you do business with them after you do the sales maturity evaluation you'll find out if you've ever suspected whether your salesperson is any good the sales dna test will tell you and and it'll tell you where your salesperson is deficient and victory selling also has the tools the education and training tools because that's their main business is sales training that'll fix the deficiencies in your salesperson you know pretty much you don't have a business if you don't have sales and and this sales event sales maturity evaluation assessment will tell you where you rank in that whole penelope of where companies are and if you're highly deficient then you really need to get on things and improve your business uh and like i said they're they're the main tool they have after you take this evaluation is that your sales people can take the sales dna assessment and the it's very detailed um now this is more involved this is you know a couple of hours but those couple of hours could make you a million dollars so i think it's important to take a look at this is a new thing it's a showcase page on our power and performance coaching page i think you'll find it very very interesting and more importantly why we're giving you all these tools and these free tools is that it's going to help you get where you want to be [Music]
