hey everybody i'm going to show you how setting up a quiz in go high level can help you generate mortgage leads what i've done here is set up a quiz that uses conditional logic to give actual feedback information right here is going to be submitted in just a second as soon as i click the submit button and here you can see these are the results hi tim your answers indicate that you've got a pretty good chance of securing a home loan annual household income over 100 000 credit score 800 savings over 15k and my employment status is self-employed then there's a disclaimer saying this is not a mortgage approval you will need to speak to a mortgage professional and complete a mortgage application you can see there's two ways you can reach us one is this calendar right here so they can make an appointment and two you can reach us via text on our text chat so right here in the corner is a text chat and it uh goes ahead and sends you a text and lets you know when somebody has a question information that said that they would be good a good candidate for purchasing a home like if their annual household income is below 50k we tell them you could have problems getting pre-approved for a high enough loan amount to purchase in this market and then also if their score wasn't over 580 you might want to work on improving your score before you apply we tell them this is not a loan denial see in my contacts folder here i am i've got my information here and it's tagged me as homebuyer quiz completed i can go in there and i can see the additional information that was populated and you can also see when the contact was created when the survey was submitted and all that stuff now because we got my phone number and information my contact information we can also set up really cool automated follow-up sequences to make sure that people will jump in and get our free resources and jump into our sales ecosystem now that whole thing can be built out right here and go high level and
