Very user friendly and intuitive. I can set up multiple signers and then add my own when they're done. A great feature I use frequently is the merge option. If I have 2 or more PDFs that need to become one, I can do that here without buying a different program or the full Adobe. They have an app that I use frequently as well and the syncing between the app and web browser access is seamless.

what's up you guys jason wardrop here and in  today's video i'm gonna break down the two best   converting go high level real estate saas sales  funnels that you can use to grow your own business   now if you're brand new to the channel my name is  jason wardrop i started my own real estate saas   company about six years ago back in may of 2015.  i was able to get over 15 000 real estate agent   paying clients on that software company and now i  exited that business earlier this year and now i'm   here to help you guys get more clients and grow  your own real estate saas company leveraging and the number of  people on your email list that is the gold mine   because what happens if something happens to your  core product well guess what if something happens   my core product tomorrow because i focus all my  time and effort and energy on building my database   that doesn't matter because i can go and turn  around tomorrow start promoting a different   product right so that is why your database is such  a gold mine and why everyone always says the money   is in the list but that's 100 true so we're going  through we're having them opt-in to a free leads   training and then from here i've got this you  can see this whole funnel right here so from here   we're having them go through and watch a 15 to 20  minute video sales letter okay and this is a value   video and the whole point of this video right here  and hopefully let's see i'm just going to mute   that so you guys can't hear that over what i'm  saying um the whole point of this is basically let   the person know that you understand you know who  they are what their pain points are and then also   increase the pain to the point that they actually  want to go and book a call with you all right   and um with this whole sales funnel all that  stuff i actually give you guys this powerpoint   script i give you the word for word sales script  everything that you can go through and leverage   this in your own business so i've got kind of like  the little overview of the video sales letter it's   like 15 to 20 minutes you can obviously like go  through where it says about me jason wardrop put   in your info all that good stuff and they've got  like all of the client results down here as well   so now from here what they're going to do is going  to click on this and actually go and schedule a   call okay so now they're going to have a scheduled  call on your calendar and at that point we're   selling them some type of high ticket service  right now for go high level real estate saas mode   what we are selling for a high ticket service is  we are pre-selling several months to the software   up front okay because if we're going through and  having like a 200 per month software it's hard   to make that high ticket unless you pre-sell  months to the software right from the get-go   plus templates plus training plus one-on-one  account setup which at the end of the day   you want all of that anyway because it also helps  increase the lifetime value of your customer which   at the end of the day is the whole goal to all of  this increasing maximizing lifetime value of every   single customer that comes into your business  right um so that's what we're going to do right   here and like i said inside of if you sign up  through my link through go high level i have the   exact sales script everything that i would say on  the phone the exact packages i would sell for the   real estate market everything that i did a to z  and by selling high ticket right out of the gate   it makes it significantly easier to back out  on your ad spend so when you're going through   and invest in a dollar in ads and you're hearing  about people getting two to three dollars back out   it's because they're selling high ticket all right  nobody's selling a 50 per month membership or saas   product is going to back out on their ad spend  unless they go through and bundle some type of   package and offer and sell it for more right out  of the gate all right so now uh if we're looking   at this though if we get 100 people opt-in on this  landing page right here within your first seven to   14 days you're only probably gonna see about one  to two percent of the people that opt-in actually   buy and that's once everything is refined that's  when you actually are going through and scaling   one to two percent is pretty typical so out of  the hundred people you're only getting one to two   people actually buying your service right away  right where obviously you're going to have like   email follow-ups and different things to go and  add value and let them know like hey you are the   person that they want to go through and trust and  actually go and build your business with but then   what i do after this because i have 98 to 99 other  people that have not put money into this business   and maybe it was because it was too expensive or  they didn't really trust me they didn't really   know me right out of the gate what i would do  from here i would send all of these people to   let's see if this will pop up here for me is it  was a 30 day i don't know it's not popping up here   it's a 30-day real estate lead challenge okay this  is just a demo count i don't know why it's not   popping up but promise it works for you guys once  you guys go through and pop this up so the reason   why it's a 30-day real estate lead challenge one  people love challenges it's been known to work in   pretty much every industry out there the fitness  industry is kind of what really made it popular   you know a 14 day weight loss challenge or 30 day  like get fit challenge all that stuff people love   challenges it's exciting it's way more sexy than  sign up for a free seven-day trial a free 14-day   trial a free 30-day trial it's like this is not  cool right whereas with this i'm like hey how   about i get you 15 exclusive leads within the next  30 days and i'll show you everything on how to   do it i'll get you the templates the training and  all the members of my team help you get your first   um campaign completely set up and by the way it's  only 199. that sounds way sexier than like hey   try out this software for free for 14 days right  even though once free the other offer is way more   valuable and people are actually willing to put  money down and i like 30 days because think about   a monthly software subscription is billed every  30 days it's every month and so now i go through   and i make money on the front end i'm able to pay  somebody to go and help them get their account set   up get familiar with the software get familiar  with everything and then after the end of the 30   days we because we helped them get everything set  up and they had the templates they had all that   good stuff they've seen results and so now they're  going to be rebuild the 199 a month or wherever   you're pricing your software at and so they're  going to stay on as a customer right and the crazy   thing is is this specific funnel right here it it  gave me the best lifetime value for any customer   even better than the people paying like the  higher ticket prices on this initial sales funnel   so now of the 100 people that initially opted in  to this landing page and we sold maybe one or two   of those people on this higher ticket offer we  can typically get another three to five buying   this offer right here rolling into that monthly  software subscription which the monthly revenue   model is the holy grail to any business right and  then what we do is we just continue to spend money   on paid ads getting more people opting in selling  that higher ticket service and then for each   person that goes through an option and that does  not buy we follow up with them with this lower   ticket sales funnel and then what i like to do  obviously as you guys know right here on youtube   i like to sprinkle in value videos on youtube  that they can watch 100 for free but the great   thing about it is they're watching this video on  youtube i'm building a lot of trust credibility   and rapport with that person that maybe had no  idea who i was to get from the from the get-go   and now after they've watched maybe three four  five videos of mine on youtube they're like man   i know this jason guy like i like him he's got  good stuff he knows what he's talking about   maybe i'm going to go back and sign up for his  30-day lead challenge or maybe i'm going to go   back and i want to jump on the phone with him or  a member of his team and actually go through and   buy like his high ticket products or  services or maybe i'm going through   and demoing different cool things on the software  and they're like man that software is pretty cool   the automated email sms follow-up the facebook  messenger bots all that man i want to sign up   for that where do i sign up for that so now you're  going through and you're getting more
