introduced let's say in this email then i want to tag them as a prospect and from there i will save a rule and from there i can create even further different rules what i want to happen after this person was tagged as a prospect now let's have a look at the workflows this feature is way more advanced and if you just have a look here you will realize that inside a workflow you have multiple different steps and this is how a workflow could look after you've built one so if you click on some of them you'll see that you get here multiple triggers and actions you had the trigger you can select what trigger it is and on the next step you will choose what happens next after this tag was added so let's say we apply the tag prospect and then on the next step this user will be subscribed to a specific campaign and on the next step you can even create conditional events meaning if someone clicked on a specific link inside this email then one thing can happen for example if they clicked on an unsubscribe link then they will be unsubscribed if they didn't click on the unsubscribe link then the next step would be different you will wait an hour and you will send them another email with
