hey you guys this is Brent and it is the holidays right now it's uh what less than a week from Christmas hence the Christmas music in the background if you can hear that my kids are gone my wife's gone so I'm at the house um and I just thought you know what I was just going over this quick flowchart that I know if you don't have one you should and at least at the very least for you to help you get your own understanding of your funnel your mark marketing funnel so what I'm showing you is I met with a client who um well I guess they're not a client yet hopefully they will be um we're going to build some awesome stuff for them the I I give out free strategy sessions um flow flowchart strategy sessions to help come up with your best flow for your offers so if you have a coaching business and Consulting business and you want to say well where how do I fit my offers and when do I offer this free thing compared to this low tier price thing compared compared to my webinar compared to my video series compared to finally when how when do I actually sell them something what's the best flow to do that let me show it to you right now so all right so first of all um this gal who's awesome by the way she has a Prosperity coaching business for men and women who she teaches um coaches people through helping them understand in their own relevant life and business how to reach that level of prosperity they want so that said um we built out a map for her so she could really get a good understanding of where to start so you'll see you've got traffic coming in you've got it coming into the funnel and then she's going to deliver Services once it's sold and so I'm showing you where the possible traffic sources she was um preferring to start with which is paid Facebook ads is what this means here then you've got referrals which is always the case for all of us right hopefully we're getting referrals and asking for referrals and then you've got like a podcast she had and some other other things she was doing with her social media and organic traffic and what we did was create um the flow chart so you'll see in all the funnels we do it always starts with a lead magnet a free offer that can be consumed in two to five minutes you know five best ways to reach prosperity in your life or the three things that are stopping you from getting the prosperity in your life whatever it is but um those were some very basic names I just came up with the point is is what we went through is found we said okay well first you're going to need a lead magnet she didn't have one so that was the first step is we'll get a lead magnet here's your lead magnet landing page or your opt-in page and then what's going to happen is after they opt in they're going to go to the thank you page and on the thank you page you never just say thank you you always invite them to the next step so this one we invited to the webinar in her case she thought a webinar I also thought her prospects would be great to um um show a webinar that's not the case for everybody it could be different for you that's why I think you should get on a call with us and we'll give you a free flowchart strategy session and what you'll want to or what she did is if they don't opt in for the webinar let's say they they opt in well they go into the the list bucket here and that or bucket list and all that is is so now you can follow up with them manually with like a weekly broadcast or whatever if they don't move to the next step and the system automates this process for you of course so you build your landing page and your thank you page and there's a background system we use in Fusion soft to build all this following up with them to get them to but if they don't you're not going to keep banging them over the head to get to the webinar yet um you continually give them more value and that's what you do in your bucket list here so that's that's assumes no this Arrow however let's assume yes for the rest of this conversation let's say they opted in said Thank you and on the thank you Page by the way we put we like to put an opt in right here for the webinar and not make them go to the webinar landing page so right here SS the webinar this is like a mini sales page for the webinar they opt in right here on this page and it takes them to in her case we're going to do a quick um Liquidator offer here where she could say thanks for registering for the webinar let me give you a tutorial on how to XYZ in um whatever that is and that tutorial teaches them um for maybe five to seven minutes and then pitches her ebook that will give them more in-depth look at that and that's a $25 ebook they they click on that they go they purchase it right here and then she even thought of upselling all five of her ebooks for just $100 so they'd get a they'd get $25 off total instead of $100 it' be $75 um so or excuse me I guess that would be $125 instead of1 1225 it would be it would be $100 if I could do math right so there we go so that's her flow so opt in thank you come to my webinar great register hey while you're waiting to attend my webinar check out this tutorial and then sell the ebook at the end of this tutorial then a one-click up sale that says hey if you like my ebook I have five of them if you would like all of them then you can get them for a hundred bucks right now it's webinar so that is happening in the background just to answer that question if that's um happening in your head um if you didn't ask that question you should have been okay so thank you if they don't opt in then we send them back to this registration page here and then they go through the same process in the upsell all right so if they don't respond to the webinar we have a backup offer um what we call a qualif another qualifier campaign the first qualifier campaign was the webinar well they don't want to come to the webinar okay well then um let's invite them to my live event and they can register here learn all about it here register check out pay for the um live event in her case by the way is is going to be a $297 to $497 she wasn't sure the point is is getting her offer right and this is where they would check out and then if at that point she has her ebook she can upsell as well say hey thanks for registering for the event if you'd like all my books you can get them for this this is optional by the way it's not like you have to do this but it's a great idea to test see if you can liquidate because you're paying for traffic you're putting time in towards this you want to liquidate any ads you're you're having to advertise with see if you can get any kind of upsells here and then you say thank you after going through that process and then of course you deliver your event and plus she's going to pitch her core offer now because this is not her core offer her core offer is going to be her 90day overhaul for $4.97 now I definitely think you should have a core offer at minimum $500 but I advise you start if you can at $1,000 to $2,000 cuz that's a lot easier to be profitable a lot easier to spend advertising and still make money um selling your programs okay so there we go um and by the way I didn't deliver or um address this but the delivery of the webinar happen same pitch on her webinar just like her live event this time she's just pitching on a webinar the same thing and by the way you always do the bonus strategy session when you're doing something like this if you have another upsell to do beyond the $500 offer and in this case she's bonusing in a strategy session that will then sell her her group coaching for a couple thousand dollars and that's the key so does that make sense um go through the webinar or live event buy something about $500 but then they get a bonus strategy session that then sells them even more coaching okay so this is an online course her 90day overhaul and she is going to sell coaching and that coaching is um she can she's does on a she sells the coaching on a strategy session it could be with her or her sales team but now right now she's a solopreneur so it's just going to be her and that's great if you are like that then it should be you if you been doing this for a while and you have tons of clients coming in but you want a better way to automate it then what you would do is just make sure you have a sales team selling these for you and make sure that's what we do as well I'm not the only one holding um these strategy sessions but so we have our team helping others bringing value and then if somebody wants our help personally then we do it same thing with you guys with you you're as a coach you're going to want to give out strategy sessions and hers is called the prosperity mindset strategy session it sells it here what it is it's free she's really selling it for free they apply though so she can pre-qualify them and understand that she should talk to them she delivers it here and pitches her Prosperity mindset coaching this is group coaching and then this checkout isn't necessarily a checkout page it could be she could send a link to them to check out but she probably I would advise you take this over the phone the credit card over the phone that is the payment so you pitch you you give them great strategy give them everything they would need to move forward without you if they had if they wanted to but then you P your coaching to help them do it and help um them get results with your assistance and with your expertise and then you go ahead and take payment that's it that is the funnel y'all so check this out let me zoom out a little bit that is the full funnel look at this so if you don't have this on your your um business yet and you don't have something automated this where each page is guiding somebody and there's follow-up campaigns in the background emailing them to get them to the next step linking to all your pages then we need a chat because let's build at least this flowchart for you you and get this going and help you and at least you'll have something a map a blueprint to go with okay and then from there if you would like us to help
