My favorite part about airSlate SignNow is just how easy it is to upload, setup fields and be done with it. It literally takes me less than 3 minutes to upload the document, add text/signature/date fields and send it for signature. I also like that the signing process for other users is very intuitive so I don't have to explain anything, they can just follow airSlate SignNow's instructions.

What do you like best?

Convenient interface, easy to modify and cheap. Everything works as expected, and we have had zero issues using the program. We upload our documents, edit them in their program, then create a link and have our customers sign it. And if there are any issues, or something needs additional editing we just go back into the program and quickly fix the issue. From start to finish, we can upload and edit a doc, while emailing a sign here link in under 10 minutes. We would not be able to operate without this program.

How to create outlook signature

hi there I'm here today to talk about streak which is uh one of my favorite crm's for a lot of reasons of course the one that everybody likes the most is that it's free but I think it's really helpful for Real Estate professionals and lots of Agents ask me what's the best CRM and the truth of the matter is the best CRM is the one that you actually use and if you're searching for something and you're not quite sure what way to go then I think streak would be a good place to start so I want to show you a little bit about it so on my screen right now I've got the streak homepage now streak lives in Google Chrome and Gmail so if you're not using Google Chrome for as your browser and you're not using Gmail then streaks not going to work for you but if you're interested in trying uh Google Chrome and Gmail then uh streak is a great addition so the way it looks let me get you me get over here basically it kind of looks like this this is actually in your Gmail and it's very very cool because it helps you to manage all sorts of things and you can see right here they've got sales pipeline Support also it's not just for Real Estate so what you do to get started is that you streak as an extension for Gmail so here you can see that I already have it installed it says streak installed and if you select the real estate option it will give you some uh kind of pre-constructed pipelines so a lot of you know that I am a real estate broker and I do support lots of agents in the office and one of the busy agents is my husband and he really likes streaks so here I'm in his uh Gmail and his streak so he's got two pipelines set up he's got his listings separate from his buyers because he likes to keep those separate so up here at a glance we've got the sales pipeline so leads that he's sharing active leads and then he even configured each of these different groups as leads he's assigned to different preferred partner lenders and then leads that are qualified active buyers and then pending closed closed 2015 and then beist people that aren't really working right now and then in the listing sections kind of got the same thing going on people that he shared these listings he's gotten uh leads he's gotten from Cora that he's working on uh active leads leads that are in process of listing and active listings contingent listings pending Clos listings 2016 2015 and like that so let me kind of show you how this works so let's just say we get a new listing lead that's called a new box so you click here and you put in the name I'm just going to put Mickey Mouse and then each lead is a separate box and then we're going to click on Mickey Mouse and over here I'm going to put now what stage is Mickey Mouse in is he currently a lead am I in process of getting him as a listing I'm just going to call him a lead and I will put in Mickey Mouse's phone number here his email here so Mickey disney.com his property address his mailing address and then later when he's in active listing I can even put in the MLS number the expiration date the list price the source of the lead maybe I can say he a past client and then the title and Escrow Company I want to use so whatever I want I can make my own categories here and then I can add notes you know Mickey wants to sell his home in six uh let's see 60 days or what uh whatever that is and then what happens is that as you add things and then it's done you can change the stage later so right now Mickey is in as a lead and then later let's just just say I'm going out to list his home tomorrow so it's in process or it's going to be active I could just change the stage like that I just put him in active and then he just moves across the sales Pipeline and when it's closed I can put it in the right closed category it's a good way to evaluate my production at a glance now another cool thing and let me pick a lead that's got a bunch of stuff going on is let's see so I'm going to pick this one right here so with this lead unfortunately there's not a lot of stuff filled out but what you can see what happens is every time you something goes into the box in Gmail it goes into the content section so here's got every single email associated with this specific lead even the jpegs maybe there were photos different things like that the listing agreement all that stuff and then down here all the people that have been included on emails relating to this leader box and then if I wanted to link a a box like a buyer or seller box that would be fine and then you can even upload other documents into the folder as well and then if there are multiple people working on it then you can use the comment section to communicate you know latest items in the news feed and things like that and one of the other cool things about streak is the app so you can the app for free on your phone and so here's the app and here I've got the buyer pipeline the listing pipeline all the same stuff is right here and I can toggle in my categories and I can get access to all my information wherever I am so if I've got a client that needs something here's his documents I can click on the paperclip and look at all the documents here's the emails related to that things like that one last thing I wanted to show you is I did say that it lives in Gmail so what happens is here's my Gmail inbox and every time I get a new lead such as this one or a new email what I do is I click on it and I from this drop down right here I assign it to a box based on the boxes that I've created already remember there's one box for each uh individual so then you can quickly iall and that's how it kind of gets housed in the box so that later I can get the documents and things like that so you kind of have to make it a habit of every time an email comes in take a second to assign it to the Box anyway that streak I think if you're looking for a CRM that can really help you to boost your business you might want to try streak as I mentioned it's free up to I believe 50 um leads in your pipeline and then you have to pay and it's $19 or $39 a month but it definitely be worth a try if you're looking to increase your business and
