whosoever is calling somebody whosoever is talking to others everything all the person all the call duration everything is here and I can also download the calls I can also listen to those calls right I can download foreign so how many calls how many calls were sent how many calls were received how many minutes my sales team was on air I can track all those efforts of my team okay so if you see there were 498 calls made today if I want to see from first till 27th February this whole month so today my team was on air for nine hours right and some 500 calls were made let us see how many calls were made in the month so everything is documented I don't have to my sales people also know that the calls are being tracked my sales people also know that if they miss the call of the customer you know my team can check and say your their TLS can check and say you're not picking up the calls so if any customer sends an SMS everything is tracked out so guys 2 000 contacts were added this month 7987 calls were inbound 13 390 calls were made we sent 811 SMS so you can see these are the number of contacts added this month 2000 people contacts were added 7987 calls were received people called my staff 13 390 calls were made so aren't these awesome numbers yes or no guys so if my team has made 13 000 calls I know my team is working right so that all is tracked here so all these calls are tracked there okay so now coming back to our funnel so Rolo CRM is used there right we also use a software known as Zoho Zoho projects are done because we do five six resale a month and for because paperwork is done by Lisa Home Solutions so we need to track them properly so these are the projects that are going on right all these projects so we have got all these you know these are the new deals that we have done so registration of the property bank loan process POA process right all these there are no major category so all these not all these no tickets or all these tasks are raised here right and all these tasks are then assigned to people and then they work on it so okay so all these tasks all these tasks are open all these tasks have to be you know worked upon and if I click on this thing I will understand what are the times what are the comments what are what is going on so these numbers have to be done by the team live and whenever we are so these are the one projects there are other projects also uh where you know we keep working on other projects like uh let us say so so these were the certain projects that we were working on so you know all those tasks are done and completed and timelines and everything is done so all these setups are done here and all the things that are related to that are put up here so I know what our tasks are done what are tasks are pending Okay so so this is another tool and I can keep getting the feeds who is completing what what is being done I can get a lot of reports right I can see how many hours of work is assigned how many hours of work is spending everything is assigned yet so number of projects right I can see all the dashboard how many tasks are open how many plans are going on how many you know uh project timelines everything is shown to me here right how many projects were initiated how many projects are going on everything is given here project grouping is also done so all these things are there you may not use it immediately we have also started using them slowly slowly so you may not use them right now but these are the things that you will use as you go forward automating your funnel do not
