what's going on YouTube family John whiting here and today I'm going to share with you how to build a sales pipeline and keep it filled ok first thing you need to do is have a good an offer it's going to be impossible to attract people to you if you don't have what you know attracts them so it's very very tough to feed a horse a doughnut but if you feed a horse and carrot he's going to come run it ok so you need to have a good offer that your target market both wants and meet is step one you need help with that there's other videos on my channel probably some links below that are going to help you craft your offer or just real quick you can click the link below and we do a free leads training that walks you through how to reverse-engineer a good offer but it's very very very important that you have a good offer next thing you need to keep your pipeline filled is have a good infrastructure there's a lot of entrepreneurs that manage prospects just on an excel sheet or on sticky notes on their wall whatever what you need is a process what is your funnel process I'm not just talking about like an internet marketing funnel although that's kind of what we're talking about here I'm talking about just in general regardless of what you're selling you need to have a place for people to come see your offer and then a call to action to do something with you ie book a call on your calendar and from there you need to have the infrastructure I use pipe drive as a CRM it allows you to segment your leads into stages so when you go and you somebody books a call with you those show up is a deal and then once you've talked to them you can move them to the next stage and then once you've given them a proposal you can move them to the next stage and once you've closed them you can move to the next stage okay and you can see at any given time all of the deals and at what stage they're at okay and you can also see the conversion rates from one stage to the next can be very impossible to build a consistent sales pipeline if you don't have the ability to predictably track all of your deals and attach the notes to them you're going to get lost okay if you're not organized and able to do things at a very very volumous level meaning if you have like 10,000 prospects you don't have a system and an infrastructure to manage them you will never attracted prospects so you need to set up an infrastructure a very basic one would be having a landing page that leads to a calendar link which then through zapier you can have them automatically added to a CRM like pike drive okay and yeah so if you have a an infrastructure now you can begin to take on volume it's going to be impossible to scale pretty much anything other than this okay so you need to set up your infrastructure next to keep your sales pipeline full you need to be good at lead generation you need to have a very proven predictable process that's a lot of peas there that will get you leads coming in through your infrastructure so that you can ultimately get on a call with them and close them on your products or services whether it's a call or in person whatever you're selling you need to get a infrastructure in place and then start pumping through to get them here okay you need to start pumping people through and have a very very good lead generation process and as I if you click the link below it's going to be a free training on how you reverse engineer both your offer and your lead generation process so you know what are the right channels to use one of the right tactic tactics to use were the right messages to use to get people in here so that you can fire them through your infrastructure okay so you need to be good at lead generation finally you need to keep improving and optimizing each phase of your sales pipeline okay so it's not enough just to have all this in place and then let it run your really really good you can probably set it up let it run for it might last for three months six months a year or something like that or it might not last that long because it needs a lot of work so each stage of the transaction when just from somebody discovered you like you not to be too salesy what I'm saying is is you need to have a process for yourself and just like I need to get better at making sure that my YouTube videos are even more valuable in my landing page converts better and then on the when we do phone calls I gotta make sure that what we say on the phone converts them better in each stage of this process the whole point is to get a prospect here he is here's your prospect the whole point is to get them going all the way through all of these stages all the way to the end where finally we close them as a customer and the idea is together many people through that process is humanly possible but you need a really solid infrastructure a really great offer you have to be good at degeneration and for the love of God keep improving your processes so that your conversion rates from here to here and these are going to be percentages of how many people hit your landing page book a call and how many of those calls actually turn into proposals and I mean those proposals actually close okay you're going to want to make sure that you keep improving each phase of that process because all these and little incremental improvements along the way are going to go in a long way in ultimately increasing the number of prospects in your pipeline and ultimately the number of customers that you have so if that video is helpful for you
