How to create outlook signature

last week i talked about how to effectively promote your coaching business online and i mentioned the importance of using a sales funnel in this video we're actually going to build out that sales funnel from start to finish [Music] hi i'm yummy welcome back to my channel a place for coaches and course creators looking to expand their reach using paid ads and automated funnels so if this sounds like something that you want to learn make sure you subscribe hit the notification bell so you don't miss any videos so the tool that we're going to be using to build out our funnel is called system.io and i will tell you all about it but before we even get technical it's important that you map out the user flow before you even start trying to build your funnel having this diagram would make the technical bits more variable now you can just use a pen and paper to sketch it out but i got a little fancy and i drew the graphics on canva so the first part of our funnel is going to be a landing page this will be where people can sign up to get your lead magnets or your free offer after that once they sign up they're going to go to a thank you page now this thank you page is the most undirected page in a funnel you can use a thank you page to grow your facebook group increase your instagram followers book more sales calls and even showcase limited time offers personally i have used a thank you page to get an extra 2 000 followers on instagram and i was able to fill up a temporary facebook group that i created with 700 members just with using that thank you page now after the thank you page your subscribers are introduced to your welcome sequence it's really important that you don't just give them the freebie in an email and then forget about them you need to nurture them with the welcome sequence and move them to the next point in the sales journey after the email sequence then if you're offering a course or a coaching program you would have a sales sequence as well and most importantly you would have a sales page so i'm not going to be building a sales page from scratch i'm just going to edit one of the existing templates on system.io the same with the order checkout form this is where you'll be able to accept payments you can also do upsells or down sales or bump up offers and um yeah that's it so let's get into the actual tutorial okay so this is system.io um it's truly a very simple easy to use funnel view that it's an all-in-one tool that you can use to create sales funnels email marketing online courses websites blogs and automate your entire marketing workflow and the great thing about it is that the pricing is so affordable it's more affordable than the existing competitors on the market and you can get started with the free plan for up to 2000 contacts and we can build sales funnels and all of that and um set up your email campaigns for free all right so we're going to get started um you're just going to put your email address i think i already have this email but once your email is confirmed you can sign in so i'm just going to do that all right and this is what your dashboard would look like so i'm gonna click on funnels because i want to create a landing page and we're gonna click on create so the the funnel that we're building is a list building funnel that would eventually lead to the sale of an online course so we're just going to click select build an audience and then i'm going to see just this building then the currency set to us dollar so click on create all right so once the funnel has been created you have a squeeze page or an opt-in page and you have a thank you page so we have to select a template for the opt-in page i am actually going to build from scratch because i hardly use templates for the sales page i will use a template but for this one i'm just going to peel this one from scratch so you can see what it looks like so scroll all the way down hit select and then we're going to click on edit page so you can name this whatever you want so um once we're done viewing the page you can always come back and name this so we're going to click on this to edit all right and this is a blank canvas so first thing you're going to do you're going to drag a section right and then for that section we are going to use a background image now i already have a background image that i designed in canva and this is this beautiful um i already designed it i love this gradient and i love this plain color um so one thing i want to show you is how you can create color palettes from images just by using this color pic eyedropper tool i'll leave a link in the description it's a google chrome extension so this is an existing image on its own and i created a color palette just by clicking on the the section that i like the color of and then i can copy the color code and then i have another tool called coolers.com again i'll leave the link in the description and i was able to um so i'll just show you quickly so when you go to colors.com before you go to class up close this is the home page right and you just click on generates so make sure you get signed in so you can save all your projects actually and you can click on any of these right and paste the color that you just created and do that for all the other um colors which is how i was able to generate the entire palette that i'm going to use for this so it's a really quick and easy way so you can also even um upload images from a picture and it's a creative palette for you so definitely check how cool those are cool if you want that so this is the color palette that we're going to be using today for the entire funnel all right so i'm going to copy this purple because that doesn't match escape and then i'm going to paste it in here all right and that is our gradient background now i'm going to download great and then i'm going to go back to the funnel i'm going to upload it i already have it on here no okay don't okay all right i will select that insert um don't panic if the it looks like this the more content you add the more it expands so next thing we're going to do is we're going to add a column so we're going to have two columns because i want to put the image on the left and the text on the right so i'm going to delete this so i'm going to drag headline text um before i continue very quickly i want to set the font for the entire page so what this does is when you click on settings and choose the font you don't have to keep changing the font every single time you drag a text component so i'm going to select command garamond right because i like how clean and easy it is and then color of links you can come down here and set this to i'm just going to set it to black because we're using like really light colors for the design okay so next we're going to name our headline how to okay 10 days oh yeah this is one of the this is one of my favorite movies that i watched when i was younger i don't know if you guys know this movie how to lose a guy in 10 days so i'm gonna be using this throughout the tutorial all right so now you have your headline um and also i have a headline writing tutorial on my channel i'll link that in the description box as well and i also have a headline writing guide that i can give to you so if you want that leave a comment below and i'll send it to you so after the headline you want to put a brief description of what they're going to get right and then after that we're going to put the form where they can sign up so for this description it can just be uh get my simple step-by-step framework to using a guy in 10 days without looking like a crazy person or something right so um you always want to have a description because even though it's a free offer they still need to know what's in it for them it's still um they still need to know why they should download and why they should give you that email address for this thing okay so i'm just creating the form of this i'm going to change to black and then delete the subtext because i don't need that and i'm going to add the image next so i found this really nice image of someone dancing in the sunset i guess i don't know but it just really went with the gradient vibe that i was going for so yeah and then the text will make it more clever instead of just then click here as you show me how right then format the form so this one would be named and then this one would be your email okay this settings seo change the name here and let's do changes okay great so we've done this squeeze page now the thank you page so thank you page we're not allowed to be from scratch so i'm just going to select this one so what we're going to do as i described is the thank you page is going to thank us confirm that's from our emails our freebies on the way to our inbox and follow us on instagram so we can be connected so that's a really good way to grow your instagram followers i'm actually going to take everything out so just take out this entire row okay and then all right and then um i'm gonna drag an image to this side select file okay so where i get my images from uh is from unsplash right and this is the image i'm going to be using for the thank you page because it's ideally you would put your own picture like oh thank you for signing up it creates more um connection when they see your face but for this tutorial i'm just going to use a stock image but unsplash is really good for forgetting stock images so i downloaded this picture but i didn't really like the background it's not going with our pastel vibe so what i did was i uploaded it on canva and i just um edited the image by removing the background so this is available if you have canva pro i'm using camera pro um on the free plan you can't remove the background so um there's another tool that i recommend remove the pg so you can also drag the image there and it would remove the background for you there you go so but since i have covered you i just did it on camera so i downloaded this picture and i'm going to upload it on [Music] on system.io all right okay beautiful all right um so i'm gonna just say you're the best so this text will just say that um you know the download is a way to inbox check your spammy promotions um a little word of encouragement and then you would add the let's you know follow me on instagram i'm gonna find the the neo icon on on canva i think you can do that with the free plan so go to elements stuff around there we go now that that's done we are going to copy this link just by clicking on this link here just make sure that you select the send form um option yeah i wanted to copy the url that it's going to redirect you select send form custom url and then paste right save your changes and then exit out of that i want to make sure that everything is set up before i actually test everything so now we have ours our squeeze page and our thank you page next thing we want to do is to create a tag now a tag is like a label that you use to monitor the actions that your subscribers are taking so for example you want to know how many people actually subscribed to this form or how many people um joins to get this download so we can name this first we can name the tag new subscriber for now and just save it so anybody that signs up on that form is going to get this tag new subscriber so we know that they came through that form then um another thing we want to do is to create our email sequence right so we have landing page thank you page email sequence so we're going to create a welcome sequence right and it's going to consist of a few emails that you're going to use to nurture your clients right from when they get the free download to um when it's time for them to you know move to the next step maybe book a call with you or sign up for a webinar and all of that now one of the tools that i use to create really quick email sequences is drip scripts so drip scripts helps you write high converting email sequences all at once like it's really easy it makes my life so much easier so um you can just sign up to dripscripts.com i'll leave a link in the description again so what you want to do is click on create new sequence and select new subscriber welcome sequence and right now this is my favorite so i'm gonna use this one okay and this is what uh drift scripts looks like so it has different prompts that you can use to fill out your um emails so you can change the subject line um and you can edit all of this so i'm just going to copy the text because i'm not using html um put it in your email sequence all right so um name i'm just going to call this machine sequence save campaign so your campaign is where all your emails inside that particular email sequence is going to sit so you can have multiple campaigns but on the free plan i think you can have only one campaign but you can have multiple emails inside the campaign so we're going to add an email um so we're just going to say welcome right i'm going to select classic editor create and i'm going to paste the text there now if you want to personalize so that anytime you say hi the person's name actually shows um the substitutes are on the right hand side right here so you would copy this so so if someone signs up like i sign up now with um get me and my email address so this email will go with you hi yummy thanks for signing up for a copy of how to lose a guy in 10 days stuff like that okay see i'm gonna save that um and here i'm going to add all the other emails all right so now that we've added all the emails we're going to make them active by publishing them so on the right hand side you see these green buttons and right now it's yellow so once it's active it's going to be green the welcome email is the one that is going to happen immediately after so we're going to put zero hours publish and then [Music] the second one is going to go one day after welcome so one day after they received the welcome email they're going to get the second email right okay right so now all of this has been created so this one goes first and then one after the other the emails go out so you've created a very simple email sequence and each of these emails is supposed to move the client to the next step so at the at this point you will have a call to action telling them to watch your training or to book a call with you or to buy your introductory offer all right so um since we're done with the campaign the next thing that we're going to do is we're going to set up an automation for this campaign now ing to the free plan let's see i think we're allowed to have uh automation automation we're allowed to have one workflow or um one and one automation rule so let's go we can choose you can use any one so um i'm gonna do a workflow so you can see how that looks like so we're going to call this music i intended all right so we're gonna go in here all right so the first trigger what do we want like what is the first thing that happens in order for our workflow to be activated the first thing is the funnel form subscribed so they're going to subscribe to our form which is the squeeze page click create right then the next step that is going to happen is we want them to add a tag which is the new subscriber tag that we created so click on create and then after that we want them to be subscribed to the campaign which is the welcome sequence that we've just created right click on create um and yeah that's it so we might come back to make some further changes to this workflow so in in the event that someone buys something from you what do you want to do um or you know things like that so we might come back here to or we can use the rules to set up that one um maybe that's what i'll do so just exit out of this this is yellow so it's not active yet so make sure you click on the green button that says activate confirm all right so now we can test out the funnel up onto this point right before we start building the sales page okay so let's click on this your final step all right let's check this out so i'm going to see yummy and even more just show me how this redirects the thank you page and if you could follow me on instagram it should take you to instagram so just remember that in your url you're going to put slash whatever your username is and if you take them directly to that profile so as you mean i put my username in there you would have just taken them directly to my profile and then they can follow you all right so let's continue um let's see what happens with this contact right so the contact is here and the contact has been tagged with new subscriber so let's go to campaigns let's see if the campaign has been sent it might take a few minutes because as a new [Music] user your emails are closely monitored so it might not be instant it might just take like 30 seconds or a minute and we can always come back and check this later but ideally what happens is the subscriber is um subscribe to this sequence and they should get the welcome email immediately so we'll check back later and see if that is um available the next thing we're going to do in our list building funnel so we have squeeze space thank you page we are going to create a sales page right so 10 day guy losing accelerator i'm really honing in on this house to lose a guy in 10 days so all right so we're going to select a sales page for this one there we go sales page save okay so i'm just gonna use the first uh template here and i'll tweak it to um match the branding that i picked in the coolers edit all that loads right um yeah so we're going to use this branding colors [Music] [Music] [Music] uh [Music] um another thing that we're going to do is we're going to make sure that all the buttons lead to the order form but we've not designed that yet so we're going to design that and then come back and make sure that it links to that form save changes um exit out and create the last step which is our order form 10 day checkout so it's an order form right let's see yeah this one is pretty plain and simple i'm just going to select this one [Music] [Music] so we're gonna link the sales page buttons to the checkout form oh sorry that's a couple that copy the link i always prefer to just copy the link as opposed to um using the next step url just my own personal preference you can always leave it on next step url for for yourself all right save changes and then we should be able to preview this the sales page see what we've done and then if i click on this yes it takes me here so i fill this out it would take me to um the thank you page but because we don't have any of that linked um we can see that okay and that is it for all the sales funnel building that we have done here so what i'm going to do is i'm going to share this entire funnel for whoever wants to sign up on system.io i'm going to share this with you you have the ability to share photos on system.io by the way which is pretty amazing i'm going to share this with you and i'm going to share the drip scripts emails with you so you can plug in the your own words and use it to write your own welcome secrets okay so let's check on the email that we sent um yes the contact has
