How to create outlook signature

okay so exporting leads from zoom info there's a few different ways you can do it if you already know the person or the company you're trying to target you can just use this search bar here so you might look up lorna jane as a company select the right company all the basic information about the actual company will be up here but then you'll also see the top executives um so the cfo for example um you can then click through the org chart as well if you want to drill down a bit further and this will hopefully be the contacts that you're looking for you can then click into the person's profile and again you'll see all of their information in here so you've got their business email for example contact details you can export this however if it's just one lead it's probably easier just to manually enter this into sugar or sales loft depending what campaign you're running you'll also be able to get a few details about the company so if you go into technologies and attributes some of the bigger companies will have listed in here the erps that they use the um i guess other tools as well the add-ons that they have so always check this section as well um but essentially you just log in search for the person's name or the company and then you'll find their contacts in here when you are exporting a contact or you know using a contact make sure you target so you'll target as an active contact which then signals to everyone else using zoom that um that one's already in use so we're not exporting things multiple times in terms of i guess getting a list together um so if you don't if you're not targeting one specific person or company you just go into the advanced search and then go through all of your filters over here um so contacts you'll be looking at specific job titles for example tfo press enter and then you'll add yeah more parameters so contact info you want to require at least a business email so that we're not just exporting i guess contacts with no information potentially also a direct phone um you'll also see here companies so you can do it by industry for example some might do business services you can also do head count which will help you i guess distinguish what kind of market you're looking at whether it's small or medium sized businesses so let's do 20 to a thousand financials might also be helpful there so you can look at the company revenue and you can also look at trigger events so funding um potentially if that's something that you're wanting to do campaigns around location is important so you'll come in here press locations oceana australia new zealand you can also select um countries from asia malaysia maybe singapore [Music] and then make sure that you specify that the hq and the contact is in the location you've selected so that we're not targeting businesses where the contact might be in australia but the head office is actually in the us for example so we're going to require both of these fields and then the most important one is the exclusion so you want to exclude active contacts and unsubscribed and then company tags existing client and existing opportunities and exclude that will then give you a list so you'll be able to see 379 contacts have been found depending on how many contacts you want to export you can go through and select page by page select page and then press export export to excel that will then give you your excel file with all of the information but make sure here you also tag the contacts so tag them as an active contact press tag and then again that signals to everyone else that that's now a contact in use and we don't need to export it multiple times your lists will then come up in the list section so you can see these are previous exports i think you can export them again in case you've forgotten and then you'll get your csv file from there your csv file is then what you'll load into sales loft which i'll show you in the next video you
