I like the ability to drag a Word or PDF document and quickly get to work on editing for obtaining signatures. And I like the fact that airSlate SignNow emails a copy of signed documents to all signers. Also, I like the ability to automatically set reminder emails to go out with expiration dates.

hello my name is christian espinoza and welcome to this brief demo of the microsoft dynamics crm sales lifecycle we'll begin by navigating to our crm website using internet explorer keep in mind that you can also complete the same tasks via the crm outlook client this is the microsoft dynamics crm website the activity section in crm is typically your landing page activities are essentially your to-do list for your potential as well as your current customers i'll begin this demo by following up on a potential lead with a customer by email double-click the email activity to open up the record this is my draft emailed to joe who inquired about our latest products he requested a follow-up phone call so i'll go ahead and create a follow-up activity in crm simply start by clicking the follow-up button at the very top you'll notice that the form assistant appears on the right side of the screen this is where i can create a quick follow-up phone call to joe this afternoon i'll go ahead and schedule it for 3 pm last but not least hit the save button to save it to crm my follow-up phone call was successfully created for this afternoon please note that if you have the crm output client installed outlook will notify you when it's time to call i can also send my reply email to joe by clicking on the send button joe really seems interested in our products therefore i definitely qualify him as a lead in our sierra i can easily convert joe to a lead by simply clicking on the convert activity button at the top of the form to convert this email to a lead i'll have to add joe's basic profile information here to start working with the lead record right away leave these boxes checked and hit okay now we have the start of joseph anderson the lead record i'll go ahead and fill out the rest of the fields since josie is keen on getting started right away i'll go ahead and rate this one as a hot lead if needed i can create additional follow-up activities to further qualify the sleep however since i got a verbal agreement from joe i'll go ahead and convert this lead to an opportunity to convert the lead click on the convert lead button at the top here's where i can joke my company has never conducted business with joe and his company therefore his records will not be found in crm that means i have to select account contact and opportunity to create those new records in crm click ok to create the account contact and opportunity record this lead record will be closed and essentially archived as we can see joe's lead record is now read only let's take a look at the account record joe's company acme inc is now saved in crm note that crm already assigned joe as primary contact let's take a look at joe the contact record here's joe's contact record the information here pertains specifically to joe including all the past history with joe things such as phone calls emails etc now let's take a look at the opportunity record think of the opportunity record as time to close the deal here's where you would put additional information such as estimated revenue estimated close date probability etc all of this information gets factored in sales pipeline joe and his company qualify for our gold membership pricing so i'll go ahead and add that price list since i made a change to this opportunity record i'll click the save button joe is really interested in our shiny new gadgets so i'll add those to this opportunity record on the left side click products then click new opportunity product button i'll add the product name here as well as the quantity then hit save and close on the opportunity record we now see that the estimated revenue is at 3 000. joe wants his shiny new gadgets yesterday so i'll close the opportunity as one and process his order right away here's where i would mark the opportunity as one or lost in the description field i'll enter that this is a rush order click on ok to close the opportunity as one and close the deal our sales life cycle is now complete using crm workflows i've automatically processed the order to our warehouse and email joe his invoice thank you for viewing my demonstration of the microsoft dynamics crm sales lifecycle please visit my website and twitter feed for the latest news and tips and tricks on microsoft dynamics crm you
