okay so we start off with the sales lifecycle and so anybody menu it's a really simple way of explaining any opportunity right from his birth all the way through to the point where the customer says yes you're amazing and we actually start to kick in our services so any opportunity start by getting out there to market and actually talking to these types of customers so how do we do that what we do is we start to understand the type of customers that we're working with in a certain target sector we realize that within each sector they have their own unique problems issues you know pains when it comes down to recruiting from these types of organizations so by understanding this working with the marketing team BG's BDMS current customers we started to identify those pains and of course our systems our solutions our services where we can start to make a difference so once we create that hunting brief we actually get out there with the BG's and the marketing team and we obviously attack that market we attack that sector so I'm getting in touch with the decision makers within these organizations to see if they really suffer the same things and problems if we do of course we hit upon a nerve we still see if they're actually looking to take action to fix these problems and if they are and it's the right time for these people we actually set up a nice bespoke discovery call so from here we get to spend time with them try to understand their aims pains and goals their budgets a decision making process how the organization tics what's important to them you know what's important to the organization so we can actually pinpoint the features benefits and services that we provide that's going to add the most value in the short and long term from here we can actually get the decision-makers involved and actually create a nice blue sky recruitment environment for them and present it to them either online on site and show them exactly what they're actually trying to achieve and how we can help them achieve it if they say yes fantastic we'll write it up we'll have a nice set goal in regards to time frames decision-making process and when the one actually go live with this and we put it all together in a nice write-up proposal so from here they're brilliant black and white a nice explanation of what were actually going to offer when we're going to offer it and make sure this is going to be a 100% successful project for them I know it's of course maintaining Egypt organization's reputation and they get the opportunity to say yes or no simple straightforward they say yes they're confident no those guys are confident in the salespeople and then we kick off and we start trying to evaluate a no go away you're not the right fit for is it's not the right time for us and of course we act ingly nice simple steak
