automatically respond to Google reviews using chat GPT plus zapier now if you're not familiar chat GPT is basically an AI Communicator that responds very naturally to props that it's given zapier is kind of like the Internet of Things where you're connecting different apps together and communicating having them communicate with each other responding to Google reviews can be time consuming and repetitive especially with those four and five star reviews where you find yourself responding with similar messages because it's typically positive messages thanking the people for leaving the reviews I would not not recommend doing this for one two or three star reviews if you happen to be getting those that's the kind of thing that you really want to take on yourself still manually to really communicate better with the client and get them redirected into the right direction so here's how this zap as they call it works someone leaves a review on Google my business if they leave a four or five star review we'll filter that through zapier zapier then pushes the details of the review in into chat GPT which then writes a unique reply to that review and then chat GPT pushes the required message back into zapier which then updates the Google review with the reply generated by chat GPT and this all happens in seconds which means that if you're getting a good amount of Google reviews you could save yourself a ton of time and it's still gonna sound natural alright number two jasper.ai this is one that I use all the time this is an on-brand content creator wherever you create Jasper can help you write almost anything emails social media posts blogs video scripts you name it you can choose a tone with Jasper and it'll write in that tone so if you want to be witty or you want to sound disappointed or polite or creative heck you could even sound like a pirate R I don't know why you would want to do that but you can and Jasper's AI engine starts by pulling from a cross section of the best models that out there so including chat GPT anthropic and Google's models then it infuses those outputs with recent search data your brand voice and optimization tools like SEO and grammar so what that means is you're getting very natural sounding and engaging content that's going to show up in search engines so what you end up with is that copy that you could really use for any kind of project agents are using Jasper to help them write blogs come up with eye-catching video titles and SEO Rich descriptions to help them be seen on YouTube so I'm actually doing that myself I would go to Jasper Ai and I would put in a title idea maybe I say for this video I would say Insurance AI in a humorous voice and I would ask it to give me several titles and it gives me a bunch of different titles and I just go through and I was like oh that one's eye-catching you do that for a description or an intro it improves my marketing copy tremendously and the possibilities are that right it is scary realistic by the way I'm gonna put links to all these in the description below it's professional quality video that you're able to generate in minutes and how does it do it it basically turns any text into speech in over 120 languages and then you can choose from over 140 AI avatars or you can create your own that resembles you to actually read that text on camera right but there's actually no equipment or video editing skills required so for for me I'm using lighting I've got camera I've got my computer a microphone all this stuff technically I could replace Myself by just putting a script into Synthesia and it would create a video in just seconds so agents are using this to quickly create marketing videos and YouTube content imagine not needing a camera or spending hours doing multiple takes and retakes you just feed it that script maybe you created the script in Jasper and voila you have a professional video that's ready to share you can also repurpose anything so existing blogs website content PowerPoint presentations whatever you could think of think of how much time you will save what I'm talking about is the creation of content marketing content not to run with it but they have done a lot of updating and I'm about to take a look at them again you can run any long-form content through lately and it will create smaller chunks of content and auto magically schedule them for you so this works really well with blogs videos podcasts webinars you name it anything that's going to be long form you know 15 20 30 minutes or longer that you could put in there and it basically slices it up into smaller pieces so how does it know what to slice up well lately AI gets smart by studying what messaging gets you the highest possible engagement it learns that by processing your social media analytics data like your existing data and then it Compares that to what it learns against the best practices of millions of data points amassed from its
