all right in this video I'm going to go over the opportunities section this is a sales pipeline in this example we're looking at a gym client of ours so keep in mind that any of the stages in this pipeline can be customized so if you're a property management company your pipeline will look very different than this one and it's very important that you utilize this pipeline not only for visualization purposes but also for functionality because we can later down the road create some triggers and automations that get triggered by moving a prospect or some one of these name cards that we call them moving one of these name cards into a specific stage we could have some automations campaigns get triggered by that so let's say you have a new prospect here and you move them into a hot prospect column you know it'll allow you to keep track of where that lead is in your sales pipeline but we could also down the road have a lot of as I said campaigns get triggered by that move so yeah that's kind of how it works it's it's fairly simple what I would recommend is once we have your account set up you let us know how you want your sales pipeline to be structured again if you're a property management company we will set up a pipeline for you by default which will be something like a new prospect or new lead hot prospect appointment set and then maybe sale you know or closed or something like that but if there's other stages within your pipeline that you would like to have let us know we could add that that is pretty much it for the opportunity section again we highly recommend that you use it it kind of does coincide with your dashboard stats as well so yeah let us know if you have any questions about that thank you
