do it I can go sell insurance to anyone I can go anywhere anytime I have complete control over my business as an insurance agent okay so number one is control number two is I'm a business owner like you know I mean it's one of the easiest business if you're an entrepreneur it's one of the easiest business where you can spend a couple hundred bucks and you own a business in a box and you can do whatever you want with it it can grow as big as you want and you can explode it right well there's other stuff where Maybe it's not as easy to get into right you could name a lot of stuff and it takes more money or more time now personally I think insurance is too easy to get into a lot of people get into it and they don't stick around or they just quit or they leave I think the bear to entry is too low but the bear to entry also allows a lot of people to get come into the space right like it's growing like crazy covet and all this stuff like actually accelerated the insurance industry which is amazing which I love which actually I'm going to get into a little bit later as well number three is freedom I have the freedom as interest agent to do whatever I want whenever I want okay now are some of these true for other Industries yes but I don't think all ten prove me wrong if you want in the comments I don't think all 10 are true for any other industry on the planet by the way okay and I'll walk through the details right I like Freedom um I may if you look at like personality assessments on a disk I'm a on a d on like the colors I'm I'm a red on like the um I forget like the Myers-Briggs all this other stuff like I'm normally off the charts like crazy aggressive huge risk taker natural business person um influential persuasive right like if you ever look at different personality assessments that's me well I've always wanted Freedom right I I it's hard for like I I I've done the whole the whole other thing man you know what I mean but in the past you know but I like the freedom uh number four unlimited income potential Insurance legit has an unlimited income potential uh you could make zero dollars ten dollars a hundred dollars a thousand dollars a hundred thousand dollars a million dollars ten million bucks 100 million bucks a billion dollars right there's insurance companies doing billions right like it's a it's a business tens of billions you know whatever it's a business where there's so much money in it um and I love it okay when you think about unlimited income potential there's also I don't know if you know this fact there are more millionaires okay this one you can't dispute go look it up freaking Google it whatever you want more millionaires in Insurance and financial services this industry than any other industry on the planet Financial Services has produced more millionaires than any other period okay number five is residual income real estate how much residual income is there in real estate hang on I'll wait let me think about it let's do some math where's your calculator okay like this dude there's not any okay like you know I mean for my real estate broker standpoint sure can there be some like I've bought some dying some duplexes here's also I love Insurance talk about you know you're like yeah could real estate provide you know residual income yeah but but not from the sell of the real estate right so as an example I'm taking Insurance businesses multiple seven-figure companies producing cash from the companies taking the cash buying hard assets of real estate that produce passive income okay I own an asset my net worth and wealth goes up um there's passive income that happens with cash flow and there's tax depreciation involved but but I used insurance as the vehicle to make the money to invest in the other okay and that's that's what I believe you should be doing as well the residual income is phenomenal whether it's Medicare whether it's health insurance whether it's life a little bit whether it's PNC like there's some residual income that is really good like your income can actually stack every year it's kind of funny because if I sell 50 homes this year 50 homes next year 50 homes a year after that like my income stays the same but dude Insurance like it Stacks man it's like you're stacking paper you know and it just keeps growing which is awesome um number six you can make money while you sleep uh I've sold policies now they've probably been eight nine years ago I'm still getting paid like I'm still getting paid like I'm making money while I sleep which is awesome that's what I mean if you're if you're wanting to be if you're an entrepreneur like that's where you want to get to like you don't want to be in the business of like you know what unless you've got just a bunch of people everywhere doing work for you like you don't want to be in a janitorial business you know I mean I started slam dunk cleaning when I was a freshman in college just to make some extra income my buddy Ty and I we were cleaning Office Buildings and we yeah say Office Buildings was like a few offices let's let's keep it just keep it real okay uh we were not making a bunch of money but it was a cool concept there's some money in it but unless we clean it office we didn't get paid when we slept did we weren't cleaning an office so we couldn't get paid okay so make money while you sleep number seven uh you can also bring other people in and recruit people into the opportunity which is pretty cool you know like uh real estate yeah you can do that now with exp but that hasn't always been like a play other than like a local office but now you can you know you know what I mean but insurance it's the best for bringing people into making money off of people you know and some people would be like dude that's like a pyramid scheme right MLM or whatever like you shouldn't make money off other people dude if you invite someone to business opportunity they succeed and they win you succeed and you win and you both get paid and you get paid off of some of what they get paid he's winning who cares man right like they're not homeless they're making great money it's not a crime it's legal it's like dude phenomenal okay most people would kind of poo poo on that little concept by the way um but dude as long as I'm bringing somebody in and it's making their life better what's the freaking problem with that right like it's interesting there's a lot of different types of insurance opportunities and they're not all created equal a lot of places in ancient history I wouldn't work but is it better for a homeless person to work at a subpar opportunity than to not work in the interest industry at all yes it's making their life better so I'm not going to poo poo on them wanting to be like in that opportunity because it's still better than being homeless or not being in the insurance industry okay that was number seven number eight is the industries not isn't affected it's interesting covid dude more life insurance was sold um we've got we're kind of going through an economic downturn right now right like you're looking at you know the real estate real estate market less homes are being purchased real estate agents are struggling I I saw a stat this morning there's 1.4 million real estate agents 800 000 haven't sold a home what dude that's Insanity right there's just so many of those but also you look at mortgage brokers they're doing less mortgages now why because you I don't want to pay seven eight percent uh you know interest on a purchase of a home because my payment that I was paying three and a half versus seven like I end up paying in some in some scenarios twice as much for the exact same home and the similar purchase price it's just dumb okay but industry interest industry is is Bulletproof okay it just is it's it's it's it's it's it's it's pandemic proof it's you know it's it's economy proof whatever you want man like it just is people which brings with my next one which is number nine which is that everyone has it or everyone has to okay like you need life insurance but you may not own it but you don't have to own it uh Medicare they have to have it health insurance dude I mean now you in because of ACA and ObamaCare Like You Gotta Have It um PNC in a lot of cases you got to have it right like you don't have to own a home you can rent good insurance you got you got to have it and everybody just has it anyway and number 10 I saw success in Insurance because my father's been the business almost 33 years now um and I saw I Could Be A Millionaire I saw I could create my own destiny I saw a criminal in front of a financial future and I saw that I could do something big and insurance could be the vehicle for me to use my entrepreneurial Spirit to grow and make a ton of money make an impact drive a legacy help my family future Generations a bunch of team members whatever I saw success I wanted to model success
