How to create outlook signature

one of the main takeaways I'd like to share with you all today is how configurable our user interface and our services are I'll be demoing some example workflows and I'd like you to keep in mind that if you see certain terminology or phrasing that doesn't match your business need most likely it can be configured so that it does make sense so when you log into your pdco flow account you may have access to a number of different functionalities right here on your dashboard you can set up and offer your team access to a number of different types of workflows including taking one-time payments cash or credit card or ACH check payments and also you can set up custom workflows and send requests out via our flow technology to your customers and I'll be walking through a couple of those today you you can also have access to create payment schedules and manage those schedules and of course access to reporting so anything that you're doing in this system whether it's sending those flows or taking transactions and payments you have access to all that type of functionality right here within our user interface I'll be dumb way a couple of workflows first off is sending a contract for a review and then we'll walk through how to send an invoice and a payment request all within one flow and then finally I'll Circle back and talk through how to manage schedules from within your account so first off once you've created your contact your contract in your system of record and you're ready to send it out to your customer you'll select the appropriate template in this case the send a contract for a review template and you'll enter in the recipient's information you can send these via you can send these flows via email and or text message we'll do both for today and this pin description is uh it's an optional verification that you can enter a shared secret that you know and your recipient knows and that lets them verify their identity before they can see the contents of the flow I'll upload that example contract and click yes on send event notification which will let me as the sender receive an email notification when this flow reaches a final status so for example when the recipient completes the flow or the flow expires once I'm done and I sent that my work for now is done as a team member and I can just wait for the recipient to complete their part of the work now let's switch over and take a look at what this looks like from your recipient standpoint if we send an SMS the first thing PDC flow will do on behalf of your on behalf of both PDC flow and your company is we'll verify that you have consent to send SMS messages via our service to the recipient once they confirm yes that's okay with them we'll immediately deliver a topical link the smart link that will take them into the flow request and also let's take a look at what the email recipient receives this email can be completely customizable and this in this example it says Hey we'd like you to review the service contract by clicking this link when I click the link let me just grab that and put it in here so we can mimic that smartphone View from here the flow is loaded into its unique URL I can enter that shared secret validate my identity as a recipient view the contract sign and do whatever else is required for the contract we'll just enter a name my name and the my title and if I accept the contract click save and from here my work is done if I'd like to send myself a link to this report I can do that here or I can view and download a report from here as well now because we clicked that when we were the employee and I clicked that button on the flow saying I wanted a notification as an employee I would have gotten an email notification saying hey Lucy Liu Lucy Leo is done with the flow go ahead and take the next step whether that's starting a contract work or passing the work over to the next person on the team
