What do you like best?

We were previously using an all-paper hiring and on-boarding method. We switched all those documents over to Sign Now, and our whole process is so much easier and smoother. We have 7 terminals in 3 states so being all-paper was cumbersome and, frankly, silly. We've removed so much of the burden from our terminal managers so they can do what they do: manage the business.

What do you like best?

I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

[Music] we spent about 75 hours a week hand entering orders that we got through email and eFax as you can imagine it's very time consuming process no matter how hard you try sooner or later a CSR is going to make some type of a key punch error and those errors are very costly with the manual process cost that is associated with shipping product that's incorrect having to reship it and bring it back to the plant is just astronomical connexam originally told us that we would be able to have a hundred percent accuracy with the entry of our orders our first reaction was show us it's very hard to believe when you have not seen that type of a process to believe that it is doable in the first few sessions they were sending information back to us via EDI to really demonstrate what their process was and how it could be helpful to us touchless orders to our business is very important being able to have the orders come in through email be sent to connexium and come back to us literally as if it was an EDI order has just been a tremendous time saving for us connexium was never meant to eliminate any jobs from our organization but it has allowed us through this process and especially this year to make sure that we're still doing everything that we can to take care of the customer and in a very positive and efficient manner my favorite thing about working with connection is the people it's been just such a joyful process that is one of the things that sold us on the project along with the technology obviously the people just go above and beyond and it's made this whole process a success foreign [Music]
