How to create outlook signature

welcome to this section of the course where we will be diving deep into understanding the requirements of data for automating our Sales Inventory operational planning to get started we need to gather five sets of data the first one is the open sales order report the second one is the open inventory report which is the inventory on hand in our industry the third one is the open purchase order report to our vendors the fourth one is the bill of materials for all our in-house production parts and the fifth one is the lead time data for all our in-house production parts and our external procurement parts from our vendors you can download our example templates in our risk hours downloading section now let's take a closer look at our sales order data set here you can see this is our raw data of our open sales order I believe that each and every company maintains sales order reports whether it be manually or through an Erp system if you are using an Erp system you will need to align your sales order report based on this template in our column A we have the sales order number B column is the sales order line in the C and D columns we have allotted for a category you may use it for product region or whatever you like in the e-column we have allotted for defining the part procurement type like this is in-house production part or purchase part from our vendors here I have mentioned R is in-house production part and P is purchase part in the G column we have the customer name H column for the item number I and J columns for the description K column is for the PO date which is the date we received the order from our customer L column is for the customer purchase order reference NM column is reserved for some other day and column is for the customer required date that means we have to deliver the parts to the customer to make them happy oh column is our promise date which is the date we promise to our customer to deliver their part on based on our material availability internal work Center capacity and many other factors P column is the unit of measurement of our products Hue column is for the total order quantity our column for the list price s column for the total price of our part cost T column is for the quantity shift you column for the quantity open which is yet to be delivered to our customer the column is for the open quantity value and finally W column is for our currency in our next lesson we will be looking into the open inventory and open purchase order data set see you there
