How to create outlook signature

we used to just use Google Docs and the proposal would take a whole day to build and then whenever it was time to make the contract because they were two separate steps then the contract was going to take another day and every time we had to build a new proposal or contract we made new versions we tried to make them better change the terms of change the designs change the layouts whatever it was so there's tons of different versions of this same thing basically for the one feature we're using honeybook so that we can take the proposal and we take the contract and put them into something called like a smart file so now every time we build a proposal all I have to do is swap out the scope of the project in those three options and we're done they just select one then they can move to the next step which is all the contract stuff so they can read through all of it and then once they get to the bottom they can sign and then they can actually pay the deposit which I didn't even think about so paying the deposit right that's a whole third step where you got to go invoice people we don't have to do that anymore it's all in one thing and when they're ready to go they're ready to go they can review it and if they have any questions of course you know they can email
