How to create outlook signature

hello everyone very good morning it is a pleasure to welcome you all to another workshop in our virtual workshop series i'm john wilford an evangelist with zoho so is my colleague anjana and we will be your host for today and just before you start please make sure that you have signed into your zoho account if you wish to mirror your actions and you may not have been privileged to access certain features within zoho inventory and please do not mess with any of the existing settings if you wish to try something out do create a test instance and probably experiment over there that's it from me thank you all so much for your time and patience without further ado let me welcome rahul to take the session forward good morning to all the attendees before we dive deep into our hands-on session i would like to first introduce zoho inventory to all our you know new members of the zoho ecosystem so that they are not overwhelmed zoho inventory is a cloud-based inventory management application that helps businesses of all sizes streamline their inventory and order management process right so um in this particular slide i have uh mentioned a few standard features of zoho inventory so you can perform of course the advanced inventory control functionalities using zoho inventory you can take care of your order fulfillment as well as your order management using zoho inventory and if you're a business who stores your products across different locations then you can make use of the multi-location management feature which is the warehouse feature within soho inventory to store your products against all of these different locations and if in case you want zoho inventory to generate barcodes for you or if you already have barcodes for your products and you want zoho inventory to employ barcode scanning you we have you covered there as well and zoho inventory offers you insightful reports now um so the format of today's presentation is going to be in such a way that we are going to take a sample business and we are going to see how zoho inventory is able to help this particular business so the business that we have considered today is linnety's camera this is gina linity's camera retail business the cameras have two components the main camera unit as well as the battery the camera unit also has serial numbers so that gina can keep a track of each and every individual serial number right so this is the typical workflow diagram uh so the process starts with purchase she purchases the products she receives the products and she has a separate storage facility and she also has a retail location so first she receives the product and stores it at her storage facility then moves the products to her retail location once she gets a customer's order she will then pack the products ship the products and completes the entire sales process right so with any application there is going to be a bit of setup process and of course with zoho inventory also you will have to set up a few things before you start using the application on a day-to-day basis so we will be covering organization profile locations as i've mentioned for gina she has two locations the retail store as well as the warehouse and if you have multiple locations i'll also show you how to create locations within zoho inventory and then your masters setup where you are able to create your products and your customer and vendor contacts within zoho inventory so let me take you to the zoho inventory application right so when you log into your zoho inventory account this is the module that you will uh you know be taken to the dashboard of zoho inventory and on the top right you will find a gear icon which is for settings so if you click on settings you will be able to find a lot of options but first i am going to talk about the first option that you can see under settings which is the organization profile so here is where you will have to populate the basic details about your organization so you are asked to give your organization name the industry that your organization belongs to the business location further to this you are also asked to populate certain basic details like what is your base currency what is the fiscal year that you follow what is the language the time zone and the date format so once you populate all of these basic details you also have the option to upload your logo the reason why you're uploading your logo here is because once you do this it will start appearing in all of the transactions that you create so if you create an invoice this will appear on the invoice template if you create a sales order or any other transaction the logo will automatically appear on the template that you have chosen right so once your organization profile is completely set up you will then move on to warehouses so as i've already mentioned gina has two locations but if you wish to add more locations what you'll have to do is you'll have to click on the add new warehouse option on the top right corner where you are asked to enter the name of the warehouse and the address of the warehouse as simple as that for you to add a warehouse into zoho inventory once you have created your warehouse if you have any integrations that you would like to set up we have a separate section under settings for integrations and you can go ahead and do that gina also sells her products online so you know she'll be setting up her online sales channel integration so zoho inventory has the integration with shopping carts such as shopify zoho commerce and we also have e-commerce integrations like amazon ebay and etsy so if you know gina would like to set up her online sales she can do it under integrations so that is all with settings so we have taken a look at organization profile warehouses which is for your location and integrations if there are any once you go through the options under settings you can then start setting up your masters like i've already mentioned so we will first take a look at the items module then we will move along to customers and vendors under items as you can see there are quite a bit of sub modules so we are going to start off with the simplest one which is the items submodule whenever you want to create a new product within zoho inventory you will click on the add new option on the top right corner you will be taken to the product creation page you can specify all the basic information about your item and go ahead and click on save so for today's presentation i'm quickly going to create a test item along with you so that you can see what are the mandatory fields that i am populating and what is the use of each field right so the name will be the name of the product of course and i have given test item as the name of my product and sku is the unique code associated with the item if you have a barcode for your product you will be entering your barcode in the place of sku field because the sku is the barcode recognizing field and once you enter the barcode while creating transactions you can employ barcode scanning right if you uh do not have a barcode and you want zoho inventory to generate the barcode for you what you can do is like what i have done here you can also enter numerical or alphanumerical value and then later generate barcode out of zoho inventory so zoho inventory has both barcode scanning as well as generation next you will be giving the unit of measurement scroll down enter the selling price of your product and the cost price of your product scroll down furthermore and you will be uh you know um facing with the important section when creating an item which is the track inventory option for the item so please take a note that only if you enable this option you will be able to you know do stock tracking for your items basically once if this is enabled only the stock of your products will be displayed and once this is enabled you will be able to see quite a few options underneath it so you have the option to enable advanced inventory tracking that is serial number tracking and batch tracking if you want to keep a track of each and every individual unit that you sell then you will go for the serial number option this is mostly used in electronics industry where you know they'll have to keep a track of each unit that they buy and sell best example would be mobile phones and imei number right and track batches will be employed if your products have a shelf life so if you want to keep a track of the manufacturing date and the expiry date of a particular lot of products then you will go for the track batches option and you are also allowed to select the inventory account so i am selecting the inventory account as inventory asset and then i can set up a reorder point for my item so say for example i am entering the reorder point as 10. so whenever the stock reaches this level or falls below this level zoho inventory will automatically give me a notification saying that you're running low on stock and you need to restock your items we also have the option to enter opening stock and opening stock value so i'm going to quickly say that i already have 10 units on hand and my value of my products is 5 same as the cost price so i basically i'll give you a quick recap of what all i've entered here the name the sku and the unit of measurement then following that we gave the selling price and the cost price of the product and made sure we entered all the track inventory option uh you know related details so you know it is as simple as that for you to create an item within zoho inventory and of course you can also add images to an item that you have created so you can add up to 15 images once the product is created this is how it is going to look like all the basic details about the product on the left hand side and you will be able to see the stock information on the right so there are two types of stock accounting stock and physical stock we will be talking more about these talk uh you know once we cover the purchase transaction so you know during the later part of the session i'll be briefing you about accounting stock and physical stock in detail next we move on to the transactions tab where you will be able to see all the transactions against this item and you also have a history section where it will display who created this item and if somebody edits and makes changes to the product that will also be recorded under the history so you can keep a complete track of user activity against this particular product right so i'm pretty sure by this time your next question would be rahul you showed us how to create one item at a time and you also showed us how it will look like once it is created but we have a lot of products how do we go about doing that so for that we have the import export functionality okay so you can import your products in bulk and have them created so click on the three line icon on the top right corner and click on import items we would have given you the sample file you can download the sample file populate all the all your item related data and then put it into zoho inventory so that your products are created in bulk so the input export functionality is just not for the items module this is available for all the modules that you see on your left okay so you can go to the respective module click on the three line icon on the top right corner and you will be able to find the import option now let's move on to composite items so composite items will be used if you are combining two or more items together to create a you know finished product or a assembly or a kit so here we are going to combine two products to create a camera uh you know kit right so i'm going to uh call the composite item as camera kit i'm just going to give a random feed sku for this product and then i am going to give a unit of measurement now i am asked to associate what all products i would like to you know put into the composite item so i am going to select the camera battery and of course the main camera unit so i am going to uh you know uh mention the quantity as one for each but if you want to change the quantity say for example with uh you know the camera kit you are going to be providing two batteries or three batteries in just one camera kit you can go ahead and alter the quantity then you set up the selling price and the cost price of your product which you can copy from the total of the raw material price as well so here we would have combined all the associated products is cost price and selling price you can copy it from total or you can also manually enter the pricing that you wish to enter and the rest of the fields if you see it is same like the product creation the item creation that we just saw so i am going to quickly go ahead and do that and click on save so your composite item will be created the only difference between items and composite items once it is created is that you will be able to see the associated items within the composite product okay so and uh so far what we have done is we have just defined the composition to the application but when you are actually preparing the camera kit which means that you're taking a battery you're taking a camera unit and you're creating a kit when you're actually doing that you will create bundles within zoho inventory so you can specify how many bundles you are going to be creating today so zoho inventory will automatically tell you how much quantity is required and then what is the current quantity available and once you click on save bundle what will happen is that the stock of your associated products will go down which is the battery and the camera unit it will go down and the stock of your composite item will increase so this is about items and composite items next we move on to the price list module so when talking about items composite items you would have you know seen that we already you know entered the selling price the cost price of the products that we are trying to create so you might wonder then why is there a separate module called as priceless so if you are providing any custom pricing for your customer or if you are if your vendor is providing you any custom pricing then you will make use of the priceless module first of all you will have to mention the name of the price list so i am going to enter the priceless name as test and i am going to say that this is the sales price list the uh you know custom pricing that i am going to be providing to my customers then i have two options to choose from either i can markup or mark down my item rates by percentage or enter the rates individually for each item if i go for the first option i am asked to select if i want to markup or mark down the item rates by percentage so let me say mark down and then i am going to say 10 which is nothing but 10 discount once i give all of these information i can click on save the price list will be created i can then associate the price list to specific customer contacts so whenever they come and purchase from me automatically a 10 percent discount will be given or i can associate it to specific sales transactions alone so i can uh you know choose where the price list has to be applied but if i don't want my you know products to be given at a ten percent discount flat i can just just change it to enter the rates individually for each item and i can enter the custom rate for each of the product okay so that option is also available which is the second option that you see here enter the rates individually for each item next we move on to inventory adjustments so within zoho inventory based on the sales and the purchase transaction that you create your stock management will happen automatically so if you create a purchase transaction within zoho inventory your stock will automatically increase and if you create a sales transaction your stock is going to decrease but due to any other reason apart from purchase and sales if you want to adjust your stock you will resort to inventory adjustment click on the add new option on the top right corner where you're asked to specify a reason for adjusting the stock so you can choose from the drop down or you can also add your own reason to the drop down okay so say for example i have some damaged boots in my inventory so i'm going to say that the reason for me adjusting the stock is damaged then i select the product for which i am going to adjust the stock so i am just selecting the test item that we created and zoho inventory will display the current quantity available ing to zoho inventory but let's say two units were damaged so i'm entering the new quantity on hand as eight and then zoho inventory is automatically displaying quantity adjusted as -2 right so once that is done you can click on convert to adjusted and the stock changes will be applied if you wish to move stock from one warehouse to another warehouse if in case you have multiple locations if you want to move stock from one warehouse to another warehouse you can make use of the transfer orders to or transfer orders module to do that and this is pretty straightforward you just have to click on the add new option uh enter a transfer order number which can also be auto generated right so once you enter the transfer order number you're asked to select the source warehouse and the destination warehouse and the product that you wish to transfer i'm going to you know show you how to create a transfer order and also a bundle a composite item ah after we create a few purchase transactions right so so far what we have seen is under the items module we have seen the item submodule we have spoken about composite items in link and then we spoke about price list inventory adjustments and transfer order next i am going to move on to customers and vendors module so i'm going to open the vendors module and show you how to create a new vendor contact click on the add new option on the top right corner where you're asked to mention the name of your vendor so i'm going to enter my vendor display name as robert okay so robert is my vendor and i can capture additional information like vendor email vendor phone but as you can see these are all not mandatory apart from this i can also enter the address of my vendor contact persons related to my vendor and custom fields so if i want to create my own fields and have the information captured i can do that and custom field creation and you know capturing of additional information is just not available for vendors module it is available for all the modules that you see on the left and you also have a remark section where you can note down remarks or comments about a particular you know vendor and once a vendor contact is created this is how it is going to look like all the basic details about the vendor on the left hand side outstanding payables how much amount you owe to your vendor will be displayed and then all the activities against the vendor will be given in a timeline format below comments will display the comments or remarks about this particular vendor transactions will display all the purchase transactions against this vendor and then you can also take an overall statement for this particular vendor you can even send this as an email to your vendor so or you know these are the options that you will be able to see under a vendor contact once it is created and here again i would like to mention that we have the import functionality so you can bulk import your vendors and have them created within soho inventory right so whatever option that i've shown to you under vendors same is applicable for customers also so the creation page will look the same once you have created a customer contact um the only two difference that you will be able to see is that it will display outstanding receivables how much amount your customer owes to you and then under transaction staff of course you will be able to see all the sales related transactions right so this is the setup process that you'll have to go through under settings i'll quickly you know revisit all what we have covered so far organization profile warehouses and integrations if any and then we will have to set up your items customers and vendors now i am going to take you back to the presentation and as i've already mentioned gina has both offline sales and online sales so we are going to take a look at that later so a few pointers that i can give to you guys when you are trying to create an item again i would like to highlight that uh you know the track inventory item is very very important make sure that it is enabled and by default this is going to be enabled okay so if in case it is disabled make sure to enable this all right so and uh you know for input also uh if you would like to try the import process later make sure to create i mean create the file correctly and if you're facing any issues or you know um if you're not able to figure out how to do it you can always reach out to our team right and for customers and vendor contact uh creation the process is pretty straight forward so i hope you were able to create a few data within zoho inventory and with that we are going to move on to the next section which is purchase so with any business the cycle will start with purchase right so you will have to first purchase certain products in order to sell it and gina also uh you know uh does a lot for her purchase process and let's see how gina manages her purchase using zoho inventory so just now i mentioned the reorder point functionality when we discussed about the items module so you can also you know enter reorder points for your products and zoho inventory will issue you warnings when your products are running low on stock you create a purchase order you receive your products then convert the receipt to a bill and record the payment that you're making to your vendor let me show you how this is being done within zoho inventory so we are going to start by creating a purchase order and selecting the vendor if in case it's a new vendor from whom you are going to be purchasing you can add the new vendor right from here so the vendor creation option is also available in the purchase order creation page once you have selected the vendor scroll down select the products that you wish to buy so i have chosen two products here and as you can see i am delivering it to my storage facility uh gina is delivering it to her storage facility and then she is scrolling down and uh clicking on save so when creating a purchase order you can also mention the quantity so i'm mentioning the quantity as 10 of each and then i'm going to click on save the purchase order has now been created and you can then take a pdf copy of this particular purchase order and then send it to your vendor you can you know take a print out a physical copy and then send it to your vendor or you can directly email it your vendor from within zoho inventory itself so you have three options in which you can send it your vendor and if you want to see the template view of the purchase order you can quickly toggle to the show pdf view where you will be able to see how the purchase order will look like i have you know created a very simple template where i i have not even uploaded my logo but you can you know customize your template however you see it fit okay so once the purchase order is created and sent to your vendor it will be marked as issued the next step will be for you to receive the products from your vendor and here we have two options you can either mark the entire purchase order as received or you can create a receipt so if you go for the first option all the products and the quantity that you have mentioned will be considered receipt but if you go for the second option create receipt you can actually mention how much quantity you are receiving and then you can go ahead and click on save once your receive is created successfully you will go back to the purchase order go to the receive section and then you will be able to find the convert to bill option click on convert to bill enter the bill number which is nothing but the vendor invoice number so you you have purchased something from your vendor he would have given you an invoice so you are entering that invoice number here and we also have a serial number tracked product which is the camera unit here so it is asking me to enter the serial numbers that i have received from my vendor so i am quickly going to go ahead and do that as you can see i'm manually keying in the serial numbers here but if you have a barcode scanner you can simply scan your serial numbers and this will be taken as an input automatically you don't have to enter you know data manually right so i have entered all the information and the bill has now been created and then later you can click on the record payment option on the top right mention the amount that you are paying to your vendor and all the rest of the payment related details so payment date uh payment mode paid through all of those information can be entered and then you can click on save so this is the entire purchase cycle we first started off by creating a purchase order we then received the products from our vendor then we converted the receipt to a bill and then recorded the payment that we are making to our vendor so as i mentioned uh within items you have two types of stock the physical and the accounting right so once you would have received your products your physical stock would have increased because you have physically received your products and your accounting stock would have increased once you recorded the bill within the system so gina has now you know completed her entire you know purchase and as you can see all her stock is at the storage facility so let's say if she wants to move her stock from the storage facility to the uh you know retail store what she'll have to do is she'll have to create a transfer order click on the add new option on the top right corner specify the transfer order number so i am just going to give a random number here the source warehouse will be the storage location and the destination will be the retail store and i am also asked to select the products that i wish to transfer so i am going to select camera unit as well as the battery and i am going to mention that i am going to be transferring five quantity of each right so since you know camera unit is already a serial number trash product so inventory will definitely ask me which are the serial numbers that you're transferring to the retail store so here again i am selecting the serial numbers manually but as you can see it it gives me the barcode scanning option so if i toggle that option and have a scanner on hand i can simply scan my serial numbers and enter it automatically right so i have chosen five serial numbers and then i will initiate the transfer the transfer order will be in the in transit status which means that it is still in transportation and later once it reaches the destination warehouse you will mark it as transfer right so this is how you transfer the stock from one warehouse to another warehouse and i'm going to the composite items module where i'm going to say that we are going to uh you know create a kit of the composite product so one battery and one camera unit in order to create one uh camera kit so i am selecting the serial number here as well uh to tell the system which exact camera is going into this kit okay so i am going ahead and doing that and selecting the serial number and clicking on save save bundle so here we have to enter the bundling number which is just an internal reference number so i have gone ahead and done that so our bundle has now been created which means that the stock of our you know battery and the camera unit would have reduced and the stock of our camera kit has gone up by one so as you can see on the right hand side the stock of the camera kit is now one so this is how you know you purchase your products you transfer stock from one warehouse to another warehouse and i've also showed you how to create bundles now let me take you back into zoho inventory and quickly show you a graphical representation of what we have done so firstly we bought stock to our warehouse the storage facility so uh you know it displays that 10 quantity of camera and 10 quantity of battery was purchased then we transfer the stock which uh you know then has evenly split the stock between warehouse and the store then finally we have created one kit as well so that is what uh you know those are the stock changes that we we would have observed within zoho inventory so we are next moving on to the sales section okay so as i've already mentioned uh gina has online sales too i mean gina does online sales too so if she receives an order online that will automatically be created within zoho inventory she does not have to manually create it okay so say for example she's receiving an order on her shopify website so that order will automatically come into zoho inventory through the integration that she would have set up but for today's demo i'm going to manually create a sales order select the customer contact select the product that i wish to sell to my customer so i'm going to sell one camera unit and one additional battery that is what mark has placed an order for so let's scroll down and click on save right once a sales order is created you can then create a package and a shipment for the products that you have uh in the sales order so click on create and then you will click on package package is nothing but you know you letting the system know what exactly you are packing into a box or a parcel so for each package you are asked to give a package slip number to identify the package and then you can specify what products you are packing into this box click on save and then your package will be created now for shipment you have two options you can either ship manually if your carrier is not integrated with zoho inventory or if you have your own team to take care of the shipment process then you will go for the ship manually option or if you have integrated your carrier with zoho inventory you can go for the second option and directly generate your shipping label out of our system itself so say for example you are working with fedex okay so if you have integrated fedex with zoho inventory you can make use of this option and generate your fedex shipping label directly from zoho inventory if not for this integration what you would have done is you would have opened a new tab uh gone into the fedex website entered all the data manually and that's a lot of manual uh data but if you have your carrier integrated you can easily do it from this one single page and for today's demo i'm going to go for the ship manually option where i am going to enter the shipment order number which can again be auto generated i have entered it manually but if you want to auto generate it you can go ahead and do that and you can specify the carrier or the person who is responsible for the shipment and now you can click on save so once the shipment is created once it reaches the customer location you will mark it as delivered then you go back to the sales order and convert the sales order to an invoice and as you can see all the information will be carried forward from the sales order to the invoice so you needn't have to enter any data manually all the data will be pre-populated unless you wish to edit and change it you you really don't have to change any information on the invoice so the invoice has now been created the last step is of course for you to record the payment that you have received from your customer so you click on receive payment and then mention how much payment that you're receiving from your customer and then click on record payment here i would like to highlight one another option which is the online payment gateway integrations that zoho inventory has so if you have set up this online payment gateway integration you can directly collect your payments online okay so you don't have to record the payment manually you can just send a link along with your invoice and the customers can pay through that link this is the entire sales process i'm going to quickly summarize the entire sales process for you we started by creating a sales order we then created a package to tell what exactly we packed into a box or a parcel and then we created shipment and for shipment as i've mentioned there are two options shipped manually and shipped by a carrier and then once you create a shipment you can then convert the sales order to an invoice and record the payment that you're making uh i mean the payment that you have received from your customer right so that is the sales process and going to take you back to the application so these are the process that we just now saw and these are the stock changes that will happen right so before uh the sale and after the sale this is how your stock is going to look like now i'm going to quickly give you a another task where i'm asking you to create the sales transaction and see how it works so first you will create a sales order then you will create a package shipment invoice and receive the payment from your customer and same what i've mentioned for purchase you needn't have to stick to this particular order okay you can create a sales order then create an invoice and collect the payment maybe you're collecting payment before you fulfill the order to the customer so what you can do is you can create a sales order first then you can create an invoice record the payment that you are collecting from your customer and then create a create a package in a shipment which which is fulfillment of the order you can later do the fulfillment okay and here i will quickly tell you which process affects with stock okay so creating a package does not affect any stock because you would have packed it but still it remains in your location only you you haven't uh you know taken it out of your location so once you create a shipment is when your physical stock will reduce and once you create an invoice that is when your accounting stock will reduce okay so when you're going through this process you can you know create a package shipment and then goes check your stock check which stock has been affected and later create an invoice and also record the payment that you have received from your customer right in certain cases or in certain businesses they do not even create sales orders they directly create invoice and uh you know receive the payment from the customer so in those cases also you can make use of zoho inventory you can directly create an invoice and record the payment right with that let's uh you know quickly take a look at the shipping channel integrations that we have so during the sales process i mentioned that we have certain shipping channels integration and uh i have mentioned a few here but actually we have 40 plus shipping channel integrations okay so these are a few that i wanted to highlight but there are you know a lot more available on as an integration okay and gina also gets her insights from zoho inventory so i'm going to take you back into zoho inventory open the reports module and see that we have categorized the report based on sales inventory receivables payments received payables purchases and expenses and lastly activity okay so if you open any report you will be able to find certain common options of course the option to customize the date range because for any report that is a standard that you will have to you know uh choose the specific date range and run the report so we we would have given you that option you can then export the report if it is required and you can also take a print out of the report if that is required and apart from this we would have also given you a customization option for specific reports so the customize report option will display you know certain customizations that you can do to specific reports but if you want to completely customize your report or completely customize the dashboard then you will have to integrate your zoho inventory account with zoho analytics and you know generate your reports or dashboards using soho analytics right so that was about the reports module i've just given you a very basic idea about the reports and gina can also do these using zoho inventory apart from the basic sales and purchase that we have discussed so far there are you know quite a lot of other options that are present within zoho inventory so the uh you know let's say uh gina receives a sales order from a customer okay and she does not have enough sufficient stock to fulfill the order to the customer there are two ways in which she can proceed she can either create a back order or a drop shipment if she uh purchases the products from her vendor and then she gives it to her customer that is called as the back ordering process if she asks her vendor to directly fulfill the product to the customer then it is called as drop shipment so both of these is covered within zoho inventory so in the first case you can see she is purchasing it from the vendor and then delivering it to the customer in the second case she is passing on the order information to her vendor and the vendor is directly fulfilling the product to the customer right she can also customize the templates that we have provided within zoho inventory so under settings we have a separate section for templates where uh for you can specify the module for which you want to uh customize the template for say for example invoices so if you click on the add new option there will be a lot of templates to choose from so choose the template that you know you like and then further to that you can do customization towards it okay and then during the purchase and the sales process you would have seen that there are options to send a lot of emails to the customers and the vendors so if you want to customize the email content the you know from address the two address uh who should be in cc what should be the body of the email all of that can be definitely customized and you can also set up alerts and automation so this is uh you know common to almost all the zoho applications where we would have given you a lot of automation possibilities so within zoho inventory also under settings we have a separate section for automation where you can send out email alerts to your customers have in-app notifications triggered update a field update third party application based on a specific trigger criteria and also perform advanced automation using custom functions right and uh you know if in case you uh you are a person who has customers globally or if you if your vendors are from different countries then you can uh make use of zoho inventory to also deal with multiple currency and zoho inventory will take care of your exchange rates automatically okay you don't have to manually feed it but if you want to feed it manually you can override and do that okay so uh zoho inventory also has the multiple currency option and other zoho applications that gina can use alongside zoho inventory is zoho crm so she can integrate her zoho inventory account with a zoho crm to create a very powerful business management tool right so zoho crm is our customer relationship management tool and it is the flagship product of zohos so she she can integrate zoho crm with soho inventory and if she is looking for an accounting application she can integrate zoho books with zoho inventory and this is a one click integration and the integration is seamless so if you create a if you create your day-to-day transactions and do your front-end operations using zoho inventory in the back end zoho books will take care of your accounting and zoho analytics already i have mentioned it is for generating advanced reports and you know a dashboard so you can create your own custom reports and dashboard zoho click is a chat application right so if you want your business circle to have a communication platform and you want the notifications to be pushed to a certain chat group or to a specific chat conversation you can achieve that using zoho click and if you have a you know customer support team uh for your business and you want them to be uh you know aware of what's happening uh in zoho inventory how much stock do we have what is you know the status of a particular order so that they can you know give correct information to a customer you can also integrate zoho test with zoho inventory right and the the best part about all of this all of the modules that we have seen so far is that it is available in both the ios as well as the android application so it is not necessary that you always have to work with the web application you can work on the mobile application on the go so i hope everybody was able to follow and you know do a few data entry within zoho inventory um if you have just uh created your transactions in the draft status you didn't have to worry but if you tried you know creating real-time data you can always delete and start afresh okay so with that i i uh you know end the session and i pass it on to anjana anjana over to you good morning everyone thank you so much rahul uh i'm sure everybody would have found this session pretty useful so in today's session rahul you just explained about the key features and he showed us how to create items contact vendors contact and vendors and how do you actually
