will be a flight a car and a hotel booking where the flight is booked in the GDS and the hotel and car are coming from a different vendor through their own website or from another online consolidator of products travel operations Enterprise is a complete mid and back office solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 what does this mean for you well it means that you are getting all the standard functionality delivered by Microsoft but also a complete set of travel specific features developed by Travelocity the sales order management workspace right here we want to search for a specific sales order so we click here and type in the sales order number we hit okay and now we can click here to open it the sales order is designed with a listing of products in the top section in the sales order lines section and the details for each product can be found in the bottom section underlying details the uppermost section is called sales order header and shows you a summary of details of the header if you need even more header details you have the option to click this header button which will then open up the full header details for you ok let's close this and have a look at the line details this section is divided into different tabs each containing valuable information for different areas first there is the price and discount tab that offer detailed information on cost and sell prices margin flight taxes GST and service fees if we leave the price area and enter the booking area we can see details of the bookings such as PNR number key dates and other information relevant for downstream reporting and reconciliation finally in the last area here we can find full credit card details there's also a tab for customer split payment where you have the option of splitting payment between different methods such as credit card cash gift certificates and so on in route you can find the full itinerary details as captured from the booking source including fare basis segment ID aircraft type and class this forms the foundation for the extensive reporting options available in travel operations Enterprise it provides valuable data for not only financial or travel related reporting but also to combine both for the benefit of either your own organization or your customers combining financial data with itinerary data enables you and your customers to drill down to the very detail and gain information on spending per airline plating as well as operating city pairs class and so on with this data in hand you can also at any time locate passengers in the past present and future and act proactively if anything happens in the air or on the ground in voucher you get full details for car hotel transfer and other land arrangements traveler is where you reference the person or persons on the booking detailed for each product general and setup provides details about dates savings vendor and provider in financial dimensions you can differentiate Department owner etc and finally you can add change and remove service fees in the travel banner up here you can handle many processes without having to leave the sales order there's a very wide panel of possible actions here including creating alerts reference fields you did Zend deposit but also printing out key reports designed specifically for the travel industry handling payment details accessing a service fee
