[Music] hey friends long time no see looks like today is going to be a double upload day I'm Lisa robberry your independent Sensei consultant welcome or welcome back to my channel like I said it is a double upload day so I do apologize for kind of flooding your feed I try not to do that um but you know if it's a double upload day it's for a good reason and that's because sensey Dropped a Bomb on us earlier today letting us know that tomorrow is going to be a warehouse sale day so of course I had to bring you all the details right here right now since honestly we are on the countdown for when this sale is going to start so I'm going to share with you all the information that Sensei has given to us um read word for word and then I'm also going to share my two cents from past sales kind of what you can expect um and hopefully fingers and toes crossed that there's going to be no pickups this time around I have full faith it is going to be smooth as silk anybody else so let's go ahead and start with the information directly from Sensei I'm going to read from my iPad so if you see me looking down that is why I don't want to miss any any details so sensey says we're dusting all the corners and clearing out the attic with a sensey warehouse sale help us make room for upcoming releases and save up to 80% on some of your favorite products that's 80 save 80% I mean I love me a good sale and honestly I say this time and time again if you have been kind of waiting on trying sensey for a sale this is your opportunity amazing high quality products for a fraction of the price so here are the details this is what you need to know the sale runs from 12:00 p.m. that's Pacific time Wednesday July 10th that's tomorrow through 12:00 p.m. Pacific time Thursday July 11th or while supplies last I say while supplies last because they have allocated inventory for this sale so sometimes the sale does last the full 24 hours sometimes it doesn't sometimes we have had these sales last five or six hours and then like I said other times they do last the full 24 hours so we'll see basically don't wait to shop is is what they're saying Please be aware that one's inventory I guess I should just continue reading before I give you my two cents because here we are uh Please be aware that once inventory for this promotion runs out we will turn the sale off the sale May end short of the full 24 hours so don't wait to shop you can find Warehouse sale products under the special section of our website which is robberry wax.com or your Consultants website um like I said under the specials tab of your Consultants website here's another note here if you are if you do have an open shopping link whether it is with me whether it is with your consultant be sure to use your shopping link to get credit for your order because orders will not be manually added to your open shopping link or your open party after the fact now here's another thing that we need to highlight regarding shipping for these sales we expect a huge response to this sale and anticipate longer than usual times to process and ship orders this can take up to 21 business days that's business days that doesn't count weekends or holidays so it can take a little bit to ship but if you're doing some early Christmas shopping you should have it before Christmas so just anticipate about 21 business days but honestly the shipping department is on it when it comes to these sales cuz a lot of times they ship it much quicker so but there are times that it does take the full 21 business days so uh ceni will try to prioritize non-sale orders but some Warehouse sale orders may ship before others due to system functionality postale pricing once the sale ends you you will be able to purchase items that are still in stock but at the original retail price price no exceptions will be made all items included in this sale have existing inventory everything in the sale excluding licensed products are eligible for host rewards so if you have host rewards you can use them but it will not be the flash sale pricing which I should go ahead and finish reading this paragraph um it will be at full price so sale products are not eligible for bundle and save let's celebrate savings with sensey now I know the the biggest question that I get regarding these types of sales is is it the same as a flash sale essentially yes I don't know I don't know why ceny calls sales different things sometimes it's a warehouse sale sometimes it's a flash sale sometimes they're Freaky Friday sales sometimes they're merry Monday sales it's a flash sale they're just they're they're just calling you can call it a 24-hour sale whatever it is you want to call it it's a sale up to 80% off on select sensey product so I am here for it I always love me a good sale um do I love the hiccups that sometimes come along with it no but guess what that's just what's going to happen when ceni breaks the internet when we have such a great sale like that there's a lot of people getting on to the website at the same time so things tend to bog down slow down and all of that stuff but like I said I like to have a positive point of view I like to have a positive outlook on things and I'm channeling some good energy that we are going to have a Flawless launch tomorrow we'll see so in my experience in case this is going to be your first Warehouse sale or Flash sale experience the Q system will be in place now what the Q system is in case you are new here newer to Sensei hello and welcome I hope you'll stick around the Q system essentially is a virtual waiting room and then a virtual line to be able to get into this sale now I know I know we had some issues with the last flash sale the um timing was kind of jumping all over the place and I did kind of do a little testing and I think I did share this in one of my videos um I think it was actually like a flash sale haul video but um first time ever I actually used different browsers so what I will say is our system doesn't like Safari you can use Safari if you are an apple if you're an apple person I am definitely a tried andrue Apple lover all of my products are Apple so I get it but for whatever reason our system doesn't love Safari so you can again you can use it but there typically tends to be more glitches more errors with Safari so because of that I do actually have a couple of other browsers and what's so funny is that I feel like Apple and Android users it's kind of the same thing when it comes to internet browsers I personally I am a Firefox user and Sean is a chrome user so we have all three so we have Safari on our devices we also have Firefox we also have Chrome so during the last flash sale just as for experimental purposes purely I actually had one window open with chrome and one window open with Firefox and I think I believe it was the Chrome window that had no issues whatsoever had the lowest weight time and it had no issues like the timing wasn't jumping all over the place I don't know if that was just like a fluke thing I don't know but my Firefox had a lot more issues my timing was jumping all over the place I had more error messages um and I I did I think I even had my Safari window open as well I can't remember but I do remember that Chrome I had the best experience with and I was on my desktop I don't know if that has anything to do with anything but I just figured I would share my experience because that was the first time I had done like the the separate browsers before typically I'm just always Firefox but and of course had to say well of course because Chrome is superior like of course here we go but anyways I don't know if there's anything to that but I figured I would go ahead and share that with you so what this means with the Q system so when we get about 5 6 minutes before the launch so like I said that is 12:00 p.m. that is Pacific Time so know your time zones um we are going to also send out reminders to if you would like to opt into the reminder um you can actually text Warehouse sale to the number on the screen which is 208 8451 1560 and when you text Warehouse sale to that number then we can send you a reminder 30 minutes before but about 5 6 minutes before the launch um you might you want to hop on to like I said either our website robberry wax.com or your consultant's website and that's when we start waiting so refresh refresh refresh when you have the actual website there when the sale is ready to Launch then the website's going to come down you're going to see a white screen and it's you're going to see a cute little illustration of a warmer and a bar and it's going to say cuute it uh and then that's when you know you are in the virtual waiting room so we are now waiting we are at this point the system is going to update on its own so you no longer need to refresh the system sit on your hands it's like so painful to like you go from refreshing refreshing and then it's like okay now stop no more refreshing cuz the system's going to do it on its own it's not going to help you in in line or anything like that so the system will automatically do it do its thing so at that point ceny is loading the sale into the website and then when they are ready to have people start filtering in then that's when we go from the waiting room to the line and the line will give us an actual instead of I know some Q systems depending on what websites and stuff you're using um they'll give you an actual like place in line we don't give you a place in line we give you a timed countown down and it may say 20 minutes it may say 30 minutes it may say over 60 Minutes what I will tell you is that typically typically it doesn't take that amount of time and when we have a smooth launch um the time will start to drop down pretty I don't want to say dramatically but um it does it doesn't take that full amount of time and it may go from over 60 minutes cuz I think one of the flash sales I don't know if it was the last one or if it was the time before but it I had over 60 minute wait and then next thing I knew it was like 14 minutes and the next thing I knew it was 9 minutes so I got in within like I think total it was like 15 minutes so I did not have to wait an hour for the sale so just know if you do have that really long wait time um it's it shouldn't take that long so just it shouldn't we really broke the internet last time that was that was pretty that was that was not a tip typical launch um even for a flash sale that was a little bit disastrous but um I feel I feel like we should be okay this time like I said I'm trying to have put the positivity out into the universe so that we can have a really great sale so once you make your way through the Q system and once it is your turn and you are ready to enter you'll see a little window that pops up that says it is your turn it is time to enter the site and then you'll click this little button that says like start shopping or yes I'd like to enter and from that point once you are in the in the website there should be I would imagine there's going to be a banner at the top of the page that says sensey Warehouse sale and then usually there's a little button that will say shop now if you don't see that Banner it's okay the sale should still be loaded you'll just have to go to the specials Tab and then you'll go to the warehouse sale it's different from clearance you're going to want to go to the warehouse sale so go there and then that's where you're going to be able to shop the sale shop quickly shop efficiently so when you go in if you see the things that you want go ahead and add it into your cart what I will say little tip um I know a lot of times I I I don't want to say that this will for sure happen cuz just in case they change things up if there are things that you want that are like full price that you know you want to purchase anyway and you want to go ahead and add to this order go ahead and add them into your cart now because it should save in your cart and then when you go to shop the sale tomorrow you should still have those products in your cart and then that way you can go through shop the sale check out and then you're good to go um but yeah so you see the things go ahead and add it to your cart and then you're going to want to check out like I said efficiently quickly because this sale is like Hunger Games just because something is in your cart does not mean that it is safe and secure your products are not safe and secure until you check out and you have an order number so when you go to check out and you go to enter in your your payment information go ahead and enter your payment information and then when you go to check out this may happen where some things are removed from your cart and after you've entered in your payment information it will say like an error message it'll be a little red bar at the top of the screen that will say error message this car bar has been removed from your cart or this room spray has been removed from your cart whatever it is that sold out in the process of you checking out will be removed from your cart you were not charged I will let you you know that that doesn't mean that your card was charged any amount that's just letting you know the pro the order did not process and then you have to go through and you have to enter in your payment information again you're not charged double if for whatever reason you are charged double I think only in in my years with sensey I think with a flash sale only like once it happened where a few people were double charged and sensey refunded it you won't be double charged so you are not charged until you actually have an order number and an order confirmation screen so not to worry there um typically what I like to do is I go in kind of fast and furious that first round and then I will go back in and I will take a gander I'll just kind of peruse and then I'll see if there's anything that it may have that I may have missed the first go around and then sometimes there's two or three orders because there's things that I missed or if I check back later and there's something that's still there that I was kind of debating that I'm like okay I guess that means since it's still available I need it so the struggles the struggle is real right so we will see things like bars we may see things like laundry products we may see things like mystery bar bundles or mystery warmer bundles I love the mystery bundles they're always so fun um we may see buddies we may we may see licensed products there's a whole gamut of things that we may see and Consultants have no idea we find out right along with you what is going to be included in this sale uh like I said this is the perfect opportunity for anyone who has been waiting for a sale to try Sensei uh to be able to get these high quality products at a fraction of the price and even this is perfect the perfect opportunity for sensey lovers anyway because you love the product so you may as well pay a fraction of the price for the things you know you love so um I'm really excited for this like I said I don't mean to double upload so I do apologize for that but I wanted to deliver this information to you and kind of let you know what to expect with this Warehouse sale in case
