today we're doing something a little bit different i'm going to be calling companies calling clients and trying to win business with my mobile phone something which i believe is genuinely so very powerful and i'm going to be winning some business from a recruitment avenue i'm going to call 15 companies and i'm gonna show you exactly how that turns i am hoping on getting some business from at least one company which will probably work out to be a three thousand to four thousand pound deal if i find them the right person so this will give you an idea to how quickly can i actually make three four thousand pounds i've never spoken to these companies i've never done anything like that i just know sales i just know what i need to say let's see if i can convince a company to use me and let me find them people if they're looking for someone right now 15 companies half an hour let's see what happens now a disclaimer i will be beeping out company names and you know their names and that sort of stuff but i will try to keep it as flowing as i can for you guys i will fast forward some bits and cut out some bits but overall we're going to keep it as legit as we can but you know the first call let's go right into it what we're going to do because i'm doing it from my mobile phone and obviously you guys can do this as well is i will just put my phone on private because if it's on private then really and truly it could be from anyone it could be a company they don't know i'm just calling from a mobile phone and yeah i'm sitting in my offices but i could be doing this from my living room so we put my id on private we're gonna give the first company a call what i've done is made a list of 15 companies and you guys can do this by just going on google you can honestly it's not that diff again you will probably understand and realize how much money i could make with some of these clients because i will mention this in these emails as well so let's go to the first client which again i won't tell you exactly what they are who they are let's give them a call oh hey there good afternoon it's musab uh frank corey i'm wondering if you can help me actually quickly do you know who i could speak to regarding the cnc site of your company in terms of the recruitment side um [Music] all right yeah no that's not a problem so i would have to it can do you mind can i get the email address is that right yep dot uk okay fab and just a quick one do you know she might be looking for someone right now it's just because i i was working with a few guys that were looking for work look would you talking of cnc people yes operators machinery setters that sort of thing bear with me one second yeah no problem hello hiya i've actually just spoken um to mrs edwards and she said that we're not looking for any personnel at the moment no problem at all i will send her an email anyway and then yeah we can just catch up later thank you cheers bye-bye bye now check this the i mean i could have ended it there i could have just said oh don't worry about it it's okay i'll send her an email but what i actually did is i said do you think we can ask a question do you know if we if you might be looking for someone that then made her ask the person that person could have turned around and said we need someone right now but they turned around and said we don't need someone and that's cool i've got an email address i know the person's contact details we move you know but honestly that's still a win trust me like that's still a win we know a name we've got an email address we know they also live in nottingham so when i'm sending them an email i might not refer to nottingham in particular but when i speak to them on the phone i may say something like you're based in nottingham that's a little bit of a distance i mean that must kill you on a drive sort of thing you know we can have that conversation build rapport building reports everything so that will benefit by the way guys i just want to take this time out to mention that if you do actually want to get into sales if you do actually want to learn how to do sales i have actually got a sales course links in the bio if someone i said oh but who is it by the way who am i addressing it to like that's just normal usually a company won't actually want to give you a name if they have a generic email address so it's always important to actually just say oh by the way who is it so trust me like that goes a long way because if you know if you know their name you'll probably get their personal email address you can an idea i actually work with some obviously larger manufacturer companies that are always on the lookout to expand um so i can definitely have that conversation with the people [Music] we do we work bigger companies if they now decided to buy this company out for example they're buying for a million pound i would definitely say look uh you know one percent that's my commission you know i'm sorting the deal out you get your one percent out a million pound you know you're probably not doing too bad so the point is is pick up the phone and you you will have opportunities happen for you i help you yeah i wonder if you can actually um it's mussab frank corey um i i i don't know if we've actually spoken before or not but i had a couple of our cnc guys looking for work located i thought i'd just pick up the phone and find out do you know if you might need anyone right now are you an agent today yes we're actually based in hierarchy but a couple of our candidates are local to yourself actually wondering if you can help we had a couple of our cnc guys uh we're basically finishing off work locate yourself in oxford so i thought i'd just pick up the phone i know sometimes you do look for it so do you know if you might need anyone right now on that on the cnc million turn inside uh do you i i don't know my answer would probably be yes however you'd have to speak to our recruitment department which would would you want me to put [Music] two [Music] hello your call can't be taken at the moment and you can't leave a message so please call later what i'll probably do with her is again the individual seems to think they're looking for someone so i usually would just give them a call back maybe if not later on today tomorrow you know and say someone told me you were looking for someone i just wanted to see what we could do and see if i can find someone for you and you know that sort of thing listen if you can get like 10 maybes right you will get like two three people saying yeah we def you know we will use you 100 you just need 10 maybes it's it's all a numbers game if you can get 10 people to turn around and say yep i need someone uh i need you you know to you know i am looking for someone so but you call back at a certain time that's not a problem like you call back at a certain time um and you you know you close it at that point again when it comes to corporate sales you can't expect to close deals in your first call it just doesn't happen and if anything to be honest the business you get on your first call probably is not the best business because the truth is they've been looking for a while they've got it out with other agencies and therefore you know the chance of you actually getting a placement with that company is much lower but if you get a company that says we don't need anyone right now we do need someone in two three months that's the perfect company because you will get first digs at it and there's a higher chance of you getting that placement and therefore making money with them i feel like i need to get a job right now you know it's only be half an hour bearing in mind half an hour we've had like three four maybes and yeah man like honestly half of an hour of calling and we've got three four maybes the fact that three four maybes could lead to like um i don't know man like three four maybe could actually lead to one person actually looking for someone and if you find that one person you know these guys usually get paid about 30 grand roughly you can charge 12 easily which works out to be three thousand six hundred pound three thousand six hundred pound and you're seeing what i'm doing right now like once you get confident at it honestly it's second nation like you can do this all day long and you will hundred percent i've done this for half an hour if i do this for like three four hours you know there's a high chance there's a high chance that i will get someone turning around to me and saying yeah we need someone you know start sending our cvs so i'm editing out this video for you guys and turns out the battery died and therefore a lot of it didn't get recorded we're talking we're talking about you see this blue bit hang on you see this this blue bit 15 minutes didn't get recorded but we did get a job we got a job so i'm gonna leave that bit in i'm gonna cut it up you're gonna hear the audio and yeah hopefully you guys benefit from the audio mustabe frank corey um we had a couple of our cnc machinists basically finish up work locate you um so i thought i'd just pick up the phone and find out if you might need anyone on milling or turning on the operating side uh do you need someone on the milling or turning no i need somewhere on the setting and programming side setting or programming side uh okay we've got six of our guys six seven guys basically looking for work um some might be local some might not be local i can definitely check with their cvs uh what sort of programming experience would you need them to have expensive expensive programming expensive price oh extension okay okay legs that's fine you know i'll just write this down because and in terms of the controls would you need them to have a in particular which controls fanuc that's fine i can just check that with them and sorry buddy the salary what sort of salary would you want them to have um roughly about [Music] 15 to 16 an hour 15 16 an hour okay is that a permanent job by the way yes okay so we're looking at about 30 000 to 32 000 roughly is that fair to say yeah yeah cool it's just once i get this information obviously i can share it with them and if one two of them are qualified i can just send them to you and you can make a call in it yourself um that's fine i'll have a chat with them find out who is or isn't are you in process of interviewing at the moment i mean how soon do you want to get someone in yes we are okay fine in terms of the agencies i assume you've already worked with agencies yeah what sort of what sort of percentages have you worked in the past about 13 14. 13 14. yeah i would do it for 12 12 not a problem because these guys are looking for work anyway so that's fine um it's not an issue in terms of the money side i'll do that for you because they're looking for work so it's not really like you know we're having to do that much more anyway 12 is fine i will
